I am never disappointed when we do our weekly subi trip. This time I even got an orchid on my Mt Rainier sushi roll- so beautiful!!!

Subi is our favorite restaurant in this area. Friendly efficient service and great sushi. I especially like the lunch sushi and sashimi bento.

The reservation was at 1:30. At 1:35, the waitress told us they were closing at 1:45. We hadn’t even had a chance to look at the menu. We left after explaining this was a terrible practice to take a reservation only to close the kitchen (and entire restaurant) 15 minutes later.

SuBi is a fantastic restaurant to go for a Japanese dining experience. Sushi, nigiri, yakisoba, teriyaki, etc. they have it all along with a good selection of sake.

Great food. Great selection. Service is ok but not great. Closes by 8:00 on a Friday night which is strange. A bit pricey but worth it. Everything tasted great and the tuna sashimi melts in your mouth. We like to get there at least once a month.
