Visited for a birthday last week. Menu was limited and expensive. Veal was tough. Prawns were very good. We were put in a corner and left there with no one coming to ask of we wanted drinks. Waiter on arrival pleasant. Use to be better menu now very limited

The staff and service were excellent. However, due to the hard surfaces in decor, and the restaurant was packed (Sat night before Father's Day) our party of four could not hear each other. The shouting all about us was deafening like the sidelines at a footy game. It was awful. The food was great.

The menu has become much smaller recently which I think is great. A shame about having no more oysters though. Our server was wonderful, she was faultless. we had the Sicilian prawns , salt and pepper squid and the Farnese pizza, all delicious and fresh. Unfortunately the only thing that kept us from being able to enjoy ourselves was the lighting. Im not sure why the pizzeria section is dim lit and romantic and then the restaurant part is lit up brighter than a hospital; with white bleached light its absolutely off putting. Our lovely waitress asked management if the lights could be dimmed and they could not. The lighting is a huge flaw and really took away from how beautiful the food is.
