Good atmosphere, great food.
It's a different concept and very a welcome addition to the restaurants of Pittsburgh.

As Homestead starts to come back - not The Waterfront, but the main Avenue - more restaurants are opening, and Studio AM is one of the best! Great artsy atmosphere and terrific food, either brunch or dinner. Bring an appetite because the food is plentiful and delicious. BYOB too, with no extra charge! Bring some extra cash too because you just might walk out with a cool piece of art work by Barron Batch.

unique space, outstanding food, friendly staff. studio am is a gem in the heart of homestead's 8th avenue. we took out-of-town guests here for brunch instead of a pittsburgh restaurant, and it was a great decision. we can't wait to try "thai thursdays."

This place is awesome. It's a totally chill but sexy art studio with some of the best food and friendliest staff around. As of right now they are open for Thai Thursdays - which is AMAZING thai cuisine for a super reasonable price, Saturday and Sunday brunch. At a glance you might think that 30 bones is a lot for brunch- but trust me- it is. Chef Steve is creative and amazing...and super nice. Despite hustling in the kitchen he still comes out when he can to say hi and see how things are. Super accommodating. This is truly a unique dining experience- duplicated no where else in Pgh.
The gals on staff are some of the most welcoming and accommodating folks around. Really friendly, really on the ball!
Make it a point to come check this place out...and bring friends. They'll thank you. So far all of mine have.

Great vibe with friendly people and an open atmosphere to take in the food & art. Did not struggle to have a conversation. The music is audible but does not make you compete to be heard (though we were not there for live music).
The open kitchen, friendly staff, and art cave (!!) with pieces that rotate out regularly provide for an unmatched and fresh and energizing experience.

Studio AM is a funky, fun and free ambiance! I LOVED the food... LOVED the music.. LOVE the ART! It's a BYOB which I as loved as it acts some authenticity and flare! Loved the accommodation with our BYOB as the girls were more than helpful with getting mixers and ice for your bottle.

Great space for a private party also!

I will definitely return for Thai Thursday and looking forward to Brunch on Saturday and Sunday and maybe even visiting for a walk they of the ART.

Thanks Studio AM!

Sunday Bruch with a large group of friends was a great spot to choose. The serve yourself buffet and family style additions made for a great way to dine as well as BYPB you cant go wrong. Such a unique space with artwork displayed makes for great conversations and ambiance for dining.

Thai buffet plus an entree (loved the homemade chopped Kim chi) for a great price. BYOB with no corkage makes it an especially good deal. Very funky and bohemian setting among Baron Batch's very colorful artwork makes for an
Interesting evening in Homestead.

have tried brunch, and now Thursday Night Thai. Neither was a disappointment and each was a great time with great food. The hospitality, along with the food, is exceptional. Good food, good people and good vibes fill up this eclectic space. I'm glad we found the place of The Artist.
