Welcome to the Bistro, where farm-to-table dining meets live entertainment and artisanal drinks. We're housed in a beautifully restored home that's been transformed into a cozy and one of a kind welcoming venue. Choose a seat on our inviting patio, in our garage dining room, or up the stairs in our cozy home dining space each offering their own unique ambiance. We are located on the 100th Meridian and directly next door to the Robert Henri Museum and Art Gallery.

Our commitment to using the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients means that every dish we serve is packed with flavor and nutrition. We work hard at ensuring our menu is always seasonal and sustainable.

When it comes to drinks, we take our craft seriously. Our boutique wine selection is curated with care, featuring small-batch bottles from around the world. Our craft cocktails are made with home syrups and fresh ingredients, so each sip is bursting with flavor and character.

    We have eaten here several times now and have never been disappointed! I had the halibut last night and it was wonderful! Drinks are terrific and great atmosphere in the garage!

    Food was good,had lamb chops good flavor but a little tough. Drinks are excellent. Waitress forgot are app. Comped us a drink for that and sent it home with us . Haven’t been open very long,still some hiccups but I’m going back for sure management took very good care of us

    My husband, mother-in-law, and I went to Studio 6 on a Saturday. The servers were nice and busy. The food was very good. It was the best meal I had in a long time. I would recommend getting reservations.

    Food was good, but some was cold when delivered to table! Ordered steak, the potatoes and beans were cold as if they were dished up long before the steak was ready! Would like to see a side salad served with entrees and breadstick or garlic bread served with the pasta. Steak knives should be on plate with steaks for easier cutting! Shrimp fettuccine was good but seemed a little dry, taste was good, overall! Will be back to try again, very friendly employees and owner! Thank you!

    My tastebuds were doing a happy dance with each bite! I am thrilled by the new and exciting culinary options that Studio 6 Bistro brings to our growing dining opportunities in Cozad! I am ecstatic at having more fresh produce options that are beyond a simple, boring salad that anyone could make at home. These eats have flavor!!! And the serving sizes were satisfying. Excited to try other menu items, although what we ate was so scrumptious it may be challenging.

    We were there their first night open and as expected not everything went perfectly. That said, our food was good, especially liked the option to do 1/2 or whole orders of some menu items. I had a1/2 order of the shrimp Alfredo and it was very good! Great pasta and the shrimp cooked just right. My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs, 1/2 order and he brought some home. Reasonable prices, good drinks. We will be back often!
