Stuart Boathouse

Loved being able to do a reservation! Our Waiter was super nice & accommodating when we wanted to switch out sides. Even though they were super busy, we were never rushed. Food was delicious, the only thing that didn’t wow me was the parm risotto - needed a little more flavor.

The location on the river is great. We were seated outside by the water
The Sea Bass special was excellent
The Clam Chowder smaller than expected and slightly watery
Service at the table was great

The view is amazing and the food is very good. Too much sauce on the tuna and mani tacos but otherwise it was great. Service was friendly but slow

Phenomenal visit! The venue is wonderful as was the food. We have already made reservations for another night this week.

Our server Zak was excellent! Only disappointment was the lower patios were not open and our table was crammed in a corner. One of the reasons we go is to enjoy the view!

Both food and service were excellent

We had a wonderful afternoon lunch and cocktails seated at the Bar with Ashley. I really enjoyed my Beef Carpaccio and my partner loved his Escargot. The Bread was outstanding as were the Grey Goose Martinis and Bullett Rye Manhattans, perfectly chilled and crafted. Ashley took great care of us and is a true professional. Wonderful historic and charming nautical theme. The restrooms are immaculately clean and decorated in a very kitchy ship's theme that actually feels as if I am on an old fishing boat. I highly recommend spending an afternoon enjoying the food, service, the view and the charm of the Boathouse itself.

Menu has changed. Very disappointing in selection and prices

This place is a gem! Everything was better than expected. We ate outside, it was 80 degrees and we were very comfortable with fans and the breeze off the water. It has tiered seating outside and has a beautiful indoor bar and eating area. Love this place, will definitely go again.

It was an amazing experience, the only thing that would be better is if there would of been an option to sit in outside in the patio even when having a reservation.

The best thing about this restaurant is the location, right on the water and a lot of tables are on the water with a lovely view. However, the food is mediocre at best. This is my second time here and this time was not good at all. It is not worth the view.

Great location and service. The Tomahawk ribeye for 2 was incredible... tasty and perfectly prepared. We will be back!

We brought friends from out of town to our favorite restaurant. We ate outside and the atmosphere was wonderful. Our waitress was outstanding; very friendly, well informed about the menu and very timely with our food. It was a great experience as usual. This is the place we bring all of our out of town friends to eat. We've never been disappointed, nor will you!

Nathan our server was outstanding! The food and atmosphere was lovely and he had great recommendations of the menu. Everything was great.

Server Diana was awful. 20 minutes before we were greeted. We were continuously ignored. She would walk right by our table and never check on us. We didn’t get a water for 30 minutes! They were not even that busy! I asked for bread twice and never got it. Portions were small and price was expensive. Flavor of dishes very bland. Atmosphere is the only positive.

Briana was very efficient , attentive and friendly! Thank you and our compliments to the chef- the mahi was delicious! We will be back!

Food was overpriced and not interesting. The wine too was extremely overpriced and a very ordinary selection.

Seafood meals we had were very fresh and delicious. Service was excellent.
We sat outside along the intercoastal which was a huge plus. We’ll be back soon!

It was very easy to make a reservation.
We were seated immediately upon our arrival.
The outdoor seating is terraced so most tables have a great view of the riverscape.
I was happy to find skirt steak on the menu and it was prepared and served Cuban style which is the way I prefer.
I enjoyed it with the House Chardonnay {Kendall Jackson} an excellent label.

This was my second dining experience at the Stuart Boathouse and I expect to have many more.

Exceptional dinner on Saturday evening after Thanksgiving. My wife knew what menu item she wanted. I was torn between 2 entrees and took the waitress suggestion. Both of our dinners were outstanding. The whole dining experience was right on - drinks, dinner and service. It also happened to be a beautiful night afterward for a full moon stroll on the riverwalk. Definitely returning.

Everything was great until what I’m assuming was a bar crawl of sloppy drunk people came in carrying their own drinks? There must have been over 30 people crammed into a tiny space between the bar and the tables. We were having a great dinner until they came in I couldn’t even stand up to leave because a group of drunk women were literally directly behind me screaming about how they hadn’t seen each other in a year blah blah. It was great until then, it totally killed the mood. We literally couldn’t get out fast enough, that was our first time there so I don’t know if that’s a usual scenario for that place but it was disappointing to say the least.

Edamame for an appetizer tasted great!
The almond crusted swordfish was amazing.
The mahi tacos were really good, although they were spicier than anticipated.

My biggest issue with the restaurant was the fact that no one that I saw coming in to the restaurant had a mask on. My party wore masks until we got to our table. While waiting for the restroom, I observed the two female bartenders. One had her mask around her neck and the other's mask was covering only her mouth. I also saw two waiters waiting for drinks with their masks around their necks rather than on their faces.

In addition, the meals were pricey and the portions were small. I ordered soup that I needed to return to be heated through. My crab cake appetizer was very, very small and lacked flavor. My husband ordered scallops. He got four medium sized scallops as his portion. We made the trip from West Palm Beach to go to this restaurant.

Dinner was delicious. We were seated right away and lingered after our meal just talking and enjoying each other’s company. We never felt rushed and will definitely go back.
