Awful service, food was OK.
Strizzi's is an old establishment in the TriValley area. The food was okay and the ambiance is nice. Service was great. Overall a decent place to eat but nothing to rave about.
Server brought bill without asking if we wanted dessert.
Great service. Great recommendations. Great food.
We ordered several dishes from the Specials and none of them matched the descriptions. Raspberries instead of pomegranate, green onions instead of red. Ordered the brownie sundae and the brownie should have been heated. Took 2 hours for dinner due to slow service
The service was amazing! But the special, Halibut, was the worst ever! So fishy, never had halibut with that texture and the fishiest tasting. After dinner I felt sick and was burping the nasiest fishy taste.
It’s our favorite place to go in town. Good food, friendly and well priced.
It was a little to crowdy and noisy. Week, it is was a Valentine’s Day after all. Food was great as usual.
As always, great service and great food. We are always treated special. Had a waiter we’d never had before. He was excellent. Was a great Valentines dinner :)
Always a pleasure to dine here .
Location is close to home .
Food is great service is great .
Had chicken piccata, the dish minus the sauce was very good, the piccata was watery and plain. Service was excellent especially considering it was Valentine’s Day. That sauce though is hard to excuse.
I took my dad to Strizzi’s to celebrate his 85th birthday. The server was great, meal was delicious. and she surprised us with a birthday dessert! Very nice experience! Thanks Strizzi’s!!
We all had shrimp crab salad. Very nice though the thousand / Louis dressing could be better. Consistently tasty. Delicious sourdough. Good service. Thanks!
Overall it was good. Little disappointed after reading specials on chalkboard and choosing one (two people in our party) approximately 10 minutes after ordering we were told they were out of the special (Jalapeño raviolis). Why have it on the board? Why did it take so long to inform us? Even after it still wasn’t removed from the board. Otherwise food was good, service was slow but okay. Waitress was friendly.
Good food but the prices were high for the portion size
My husband had spaghetti and meatballs and loved them. I had a chicken salad and it was also good. The complimentary sourdough is delicious.
Disappointing. Spinach salad was fine as was the chicken risotto, but the lasagna was uneatable. The server dropped off the dessert menus and vanished for 20 minutes. We ended up asking the hostess for our check and skipped dessert.
Sat outside very pleasant ambiance. Food was really good.
Great place for Italian food which is excellent. Service is outstanding. Go there all the time.
Amazing food, great, friendly service. Just noisy for weekend dinners.
The afternoon Friday lunch was delicious. Waiter was kind and gave my business associate and I enough time to chat before ordering. The waiter was friendly and helpful. Suggest choices and offered a sample of the Clam Chowder. Very professional.
Small restaurant with a good selection of Italian dishes. Looks like it is loved by local retired couples (we're from out of town). Wine and beer only. My salmon was great, but my wife didn't think much of the spaghetti meat balls. Friendly service. Good value.
We met friends here for brunch to celebrate a 60th birthday. This place is great on all levels. We will be back.
Strizzi's is our favorite restaurant in the Tri Valley.
Have been coming to Strizzis since they opened
The food is always high quality
We eat in and get take out all the time
Service and food were great..
One of the best and long surviving restaurants in Pleasanton calif
The minestrone was the tastiest I've had in a while. The only reason I left some in my bowl was to leave room for the main dish! The rigatoni Bolognese had more of a bite to the sauce than I was expecting, but I gladly finished my meal because of the superbly cooked pasta. Looking forward to our return!
Parents visiting for the holidays
A good experience as always. The service team is exceptional.
Crab shrimp risotto was fantastic on Christmas Eve!
Birthday dinner was great. Service was fabulous. Thank you.
We went to Strizzi's to celebrate our son's birthday with brunch. He had the Crab Benedict, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had a breakfast burrito and my husband had the the farmer's skillet. We also enjoyed our breakfasts and the lovely ambience at Strizzi's. My son no longer lives in the area, and when I asked where he'd like to have brunch, Strizzi's immediately came to mind. We always have a nice meal there.
We like both the Pleasanton and Livermore locations. Relative to other Italian restaurants it's a little pricier. However I will say that we reliably get great service and food, so I don't harp on the price. You will leave full, and if you order dessert, stuffed.
Our server was totally inexperienced and service was extremely poor. The food was delicious.
Very loud next table not a fun family night as the noise level was very loud we could not hear our family conversations.
May not go soon there.
Food was good
A favorite of ours when in area. Great food! Would recommend
