Chef Michael Mina has created a fun and innovative menu, bold in flavor and diverse in inspiration. A highly seasonal and ever-evolving menu reflects the best of local ingredients and global flavors. Precision at its finest, StripSteak - Waikiki will feature a menu with all natural certified Angus beef, American Wagyu beef and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Other signature offerings include “Instant Bacon” with kurobuta pork belly, Seafood Tower, with king crab, a whole lobster, oysters, and more, and Michael’s Lobster Pot Pie served table side with brandied lobster cream, hamakua mushrooms and black truffle.

お店自体の雰囲気は良く、空いていたからか室内かテラスか選ばせてもらいました。
その後のドリンクがかなり遅く、催促したら泡が切れた状態で生ビールが来たので残念でした。
店員さんは気さくに話しかけて下さいました。
メインのお肉は冷めた状態で来たので、調理してからどれくらい経ってるのだろう、と気になってしまいました。他の口コミにも書かれていたので改善すべきです。
味自体は問題ないので、勿体ないと思います。

Went there after a recommendation from my boss. It was not cheap but it was worth every penny. The food and drinks were superb!!

Overpriced and pretentious. Had much better steaks at half the price at other restaurants on our trip. Server dropped some sort of sauce and it showered our entire party of three. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

インターナショナルマーケットプレイスの3階にあるが、外の席で雰囲気もよく、日本語が通じるスタッフさんもいてウェイターさんの対応も、良かった!少し高いがまた行きたいです!

どのお料理もとっても美味しかったです!
サービスで出てくるポテトも
前菜のサーモンや牡蠣、
メインのお肉も。
日本人の口に合う感じです。
両親もハワイで食事した中で1番美味しかったと申しておりました。
接客も申し分なし!
子連れにも優しく、
ハワイに行った時は必ず伺いたいお店です。

奮発して熟成のティーボーンを頼みました!お肉の甘さ美味しさを感じられることはもちろんでしたが、外側がパリっと焼いてあり、感触がよくてとても美味しかったです!
店員さんもとても親切で、とても満たされたディナーになりました。

A vendor took a group of us to Stripsteak, 9 in all, and we had a nice table outside. We ordered the pork appetizers and sampled their fabulous fries. Being a steakhouse, all of us ordered meat, Delmonico ribeyes, 35-day dry aged ribeye and two of us shared the dry-aged porterhouse. We had the truffle mac and cheese, mushrooms and the kale/spinach sides. The food was very good although our $185 porterhouse was slightly past medium rare. The nuttiness of the filet side of the porterhouse was what we were looking for in a dry aged steak. We had the Bergstrom pinot (excellent) and another Oregon pinot (okay). The service was just okay, not what one would expect when the bill was 4 figures. All in all, very good but could have been more memorable.

It was the 20 minute nite. With a reservation 20 to get seated. 20 min to even see the first server, then 20 to get bread service. Ordered 3 separate times a glass of wine and took an average of 15-20 min each time to see it arrive. Even deserts where 20 min. This was our 3rd time to visit Hawaii and eat at Mina’s. Each time it has been worse for service. I will say the food each time has been great but the service for a 4 person $700 dinner out right sucks. Reservation was for 8:30 on a slow Sunday night and the restaurant was less than 1/2 full.
We have not had this experience at the Las Vegas restaurant where we frequently have great food and service.

Strip steak is one of our favorite restaurants got a great wine list wonderful cocktails good service fantastic food in a beautiful setting I highly recommend strip steak

First class service. High quality food and prepared expertly. Good size potions. Had the iceberg salad, which would have been sufficient to share. Had steak tartare and have had steaks before st Michael Minna. Meat is superior quality with good taste. It doesn’t seem like they get their beef from stockyards.

The food was absolutely delicious! We chose the Ohana multiple course option and it did not disappoint. The appetizers were presented quickly after ordering and everything was so fresh. When dinner came, we were so excited for the steak, but the sides were outstanding as well. We wanted to eat more, but were entirely too full!

Second time for me here, it was more memorable. The food was very good from appetizer to dessert. Due to health concerns (no red meat), I had the jidori chicken and added the wasabi horseradish crust. Perfectly seasoned and super tasty, wasn’t expecting to enjoy chicken as much as I did!

First, the service and support from the staff is outstanding. The food is good, not great. The value is just not there. Even doing a special menu for Restaurant Week and adding one order of 6 oysters and only one drink each it ran $230 for two of us before tipping our very good server. My steak was rather fatty (and not in the nice marbled way), my girlfriend’s salmon was over-cooked and a rather small serving size for the price. I guess it’s worth it to give it a try, but just don’t expect to be wowed.

2人前195ドルのステーキを2セットとホタテとサラダ2種類、フライドポテトを7人でいただきました。お肉足りないかなと思ったのだけど十分な量でした。お肉はうまく熟成されていて旨味も柔らかさも充分でした。

どの店員さんも対応が丁寧でサービスが良かったです。ご飯が美味しいのは勿論ですが、テラス席は特に雰囲気が良くてリゾート気分を目いっぱい楽しめました。

For our first meal in Hawaii, our server Reynaldo was a great welcome. Super cool and helpful. A5 wagyu was amazing. Ribeye was just eh after eating the A5 first. Hard to follow that. Rest of the meal was good. Mahalo!

This was a wonderful experience. From the cocktails crafted with much care. To the service and the food. The desserts were just super. The entire dinner from start to finish was super.
I would highly recommend this for a great dinner.

Overall, a very nice dinner. Their duck fat fries.......yummmm.

My husband really enjoyed the ribeye steak. He said it was seasoned and cooked perfectly.

My lobster pot pie was very rich and tasty. However, I love the crust on pot pies. But since they serve the pot pie on top of the crust, it git soggy. I know to as them to keep it separate next time.

Lobster tacos and tartare got mixed reviews at our table.

Been there several times since opening a couple years ago.....service level has changed a bit....and restaurant was half empty on a Friday night. Leftover food taken away, and not returned (half of a $120 steak). Overall good...but not great for $400 bill for 2.

Our party had the Ribeye and 2 filet mignons -- all delicious. Service was excellent with Lane patiently explaining everything from the drinks to sides to a party of seniors, including a 93 year old. Enjoyable birthday celebration for my husband.
