Love the rooftop and it's great location.. It has a great vibe and any age group could be comfortable there
The service was fabulous and the space is beautiful but the food and mixed drink were pretty mediocre. If you stick to beer or wine and a burger, you will be happy
Visiting from Michigan, I will definitely be coming back. Drinks were nice and strong food was good, very friendly staff and scenery was nice. My favorite roof top place to be.
It was a beautiful night and it was busy. It was loud and a bit slow, but that is normal for a great outdoor space on a great summer night!
I figured it was a legitimate rooftop, but it ended up being a rooftop over the lobby of the hotel only three stories up. However, the decor was awesome, the staff were fabulous, the views were beautiful, and the food was excellent!
Positives: Great elevated location! Awesome view of surrounding buildings in downtown Chicago. Conveniently connected to the Lowes hotel. Food was really good.
Negatives: Waitress brought the wrong drink order. Appetizer order came out with the main course. Really Lame! Service could have been better, but overall for quality and ambiance, I give it 2 thumbs up. I’d go back for sure, hopefully with a different server.
Good service and drinks. Ambiance was awesome and they had us seated right away.
The atmosphere was inviting however the food was disappointing. It was to pricey, the menu was limited and dinner portions were smaller than the appetizers. Will not be returning.
Great drinks and great view
Wanted to try something new and was pleasantly surprised. Our server Ryan was wonderful and very attentive. We missed brunch and ordered all the snacks which were super tasty. The whole vibe made us feel like we were on vacay!
Rooftop was so nice. Beautiful even though it’s only the 3rd floor. Almost didn’t mind the slow service because the rooftop was so nice. But I was very hungry so the super slow service was a problem for me. Took forever to have someone take our order & then forever for the drink and food to show up. But I saw plenty of staff behind the bar so i’m not clear about the problem. Half the food was good but half of the dishes are just too salty to eat.
This place is adorable!! Wonderful service and delicious food!
Will never return. We were first disappointed to learn that this “rooftop” is only on the 3rd floor. With views of nothing but parking lots and other buildings. Not the swanky posh rooftop we were expecting or had heard about. There was a private happy hour going on while we were there and the guests were flooding the bar area rather than staying in their section. They even started putting their glasses down on our table, leaning on our chairs and table. Needless to say we asked for the check and left to another bar.
I arrived early for a reservation and the staff were very accommodating and sat me early. The service was wonderful and the view was amazing! Food wasn't the best and a bit over priced, but overall was a great experience!
Great Rooftop and Great Service. Our server was professional and attentive. Cant wait to return
Great atmosphere and awesome view of the city. Loved being able to sit outside for lunch! We had a very nice time visiting with our friends. Our waiter was good, but could have been more attentive. Waters were not refilled. Most of the food was awesome, but the avocado toast was a disappointment. No fresh avocados on top, just a huge pile of avocado paste that looked like it was squirted all over the toast from some bottle.
Know what you're getting into. This is your first stop for the night as their menu was "meh" across the board, but the view and ambiance was top notch.
Really enjoyed our brunch there. Got the bistro omelet except traded out for egg whites. Came with a great little side salad with a delicious vinaigrette dressing. Mimosas were the best!
Everything was fab except they could add few few items in their food menu.
four of us had few different appetizers we shared , everything tasted delicious, crab avocado toast and artichoke flatbread was my favorite! Drinks were great as well. Atmosphere super relaxing and casual with nice views. Definitely recommend this rooftop
Location and ambiance excellent. Service friendly but slow. Food was pretty bad- wings over cooked, calamari fried yet tasteless and unseasoned. Drinks bizarrely all sour and tart. Like every drink was mixed with sour candy. We won’t return.
We didn't end up eating there because it was too hot from the sun beaming down and the humidity. But the patio was beautiful and the view was nice. We ended up going downstairs to ETA restaurant (indoor, air conditioned) and the food was delicious, the service great. The staff was nice at both places.
I'll definitely return! Great cocktail menu, and service was good, just wish there were a few more appetizer choices. Enjoyed the vibe!
Ummmm absolutely disgusting. The service was terrible my orange juice tasted like water my bacon made me sick and my friend and I both sent our food back. Don’t recommend lol.
The food was very good if in smaller portions than I'm used to it Chicago. We went for brunch, but the coffee had to be served from the restaurant downstairs and brought up in paper cup. The service was very good minus the waiter bringing the check without being asked and hurrying us along. The view is great.
This was a total disappointment. This "rooftop restaurant" is actually on the third floor, with a few of the street and buildings. I was expecting to be much higher up and have a view of the lake. The food was ok, not great, and was overpriced. I paid $71 and was still not full.
Service is good... ambiance was ok, but not worth the price.
Great rooftop patio for drinks!
Great spot to impress a date! Great service as well
I had a beautiful experience! I will certainly come back more than once.
Great place to spend my birthday. Loved the special desert!!!
Food and service exceeded expectations
The food is decent, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this spot for foodies. However, the ambiance is awesome, providing great views of the city. Our drinks were good, but it is more a cocktail spot than beer, so not ideal for hopheads. It's a great spot for happy hour, a group of friends, or a date.
Great rooftop spot. Great place on a summer evening for a drink or dinner.
This should not be listed as anything other than a bar/cocktail lounge. Not only did the server not know about menu items, we were asked for a credit card to secure our meal prior to eating. This is definitely not customary of any restaurant I know. Food was lukewarm, yet priced on point with fine dining. Including club soda for $6 per glass...too many off points to count. Thankfully, the view and weather were beautiful, but they can’t really take full credit for either.
Loved the atmosphere of the rooftop location. The service was great as well as the food and drinks. I would definitely return!
I wouldn’t suggest going here for brunch. First, the food was just ok, the service was ok (not happy when asked to split the check for a large party) and they DONT serve coffee. They’ll tell you to go buy one at Starbucks. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me.
Great atmosphere and quiet
Great Streeterville spot. Will definitely go back!
Nothing spectacular. A bit cold and an air of pompous about the place. Afternoon snack menu was bare but the flatbread was ok. Very pricey. It’s fine if you’re staying here, but not a destination for cocktails or food. A good pop in for hotel guests.
