STREET AUNTIE aperitivo house is an innovative concept inspired by the soul of Chinese-ish comfort food. At their downtown Vancouver location, aperitivo house focuses on adding a contemporary twist to ever-changing, internationally inspired street food. Dinner and Chinese Imperial Afternoon Tea are exclusively by pre-paid reservations only. Please note that we are pleased to offer an exclusively non-alcoholic beverage menu.

AS OF SEPTEMBER 13TH: In accordance with the current Public Health Order, we ask that your proof of vaccination as well as a piece of ID is ready upon your arrival.

    Personally thought it was a bit expensive for 85$+ pp The food was pretty good but I didn’t feel the value was there and I left hungry.

    First of all, the tasting menu is great value. You get a six course meal for $60 and both of us left absolutely stuffed! For the most part the food was really tasty with some dishes being better then others. We really loved the salmon and asparagus courses - not so much for the poultry course. The major draw back of this restaurant is that there is NO ALCOHOL whatsoever. I couldn’t find this information anywhere on their opentable page and it’s not on the physical copy of their menu or drink list. We actually ordered a bottle of wine off their menu (which was listed as “white wine”) and after it arrived were pretty surprised to see it was nonalcoholic. I wish our server, who was otherwise great, would have let us know before ordering. Overall, we left with mixed feelings. Although the food was good, I can’t help but feeling like Street Auntie could do a lot better job informing customers about the experience they’re booking - especially seeing as the booking requires prepayment.

    The valentines tasting course we tried was very creative and perfectly executed. Food tasted and looked beautiful. The art and theme of the restaurant was also fun. Will be coming back!
