Our dinner was exceptionally good and exceeded our expectations. The service was uncomplicated, very friendly and fast. We would love to come back and recommend this restaurant to anyone who values good food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic Friday Night Dinner Date Night, we thouroughly enjoyed the whole experience. From the decor to the dessert. We will certainly be returning to try the Haggis, Neeps & Tatties

A great all round meal! But we thought we had made the reservation at their smaller Stravaign 2! So we had to dash over in a taxi!

Stravaigin was excellent. Went along for our anniversary, was very busy but service still very good, were able to seat us 30 mins early without quibble. Food was lovely, in fact my wife rated it in her top 10 meals ever! Look forward to returning next time in Glasgow.

Had a meal at Red Onion in Glasgow. 5 of us went as a post-Xmas meal. None of us could fault any of the dishes presented to us! Myself and my stepmother were amazed at how good the scallops with chorizo and rocket salad were! They were so delicious. A minor issue was the table we were given was not the best. It was away in the corner and felt like we were the naughty kids separated from rest of restaurant! Special thanks to our server who made a few attempts at Gaelic coffee cream floating.

Red Onion, Glasgow. Very good food with the best goats cheese starter I have tasted. We all had different dishes for each course and none were a disappointment. Our waitress was attentive but served at our pace. Comfortable and quite trendy decor. Would definitely go again.
