   Made reservations. Walked in and it’s just a bar. There was no one seating anyone

   Turns out they did not take reservations. They said they let opentable know that Resevation was nonexistent

   Great experience until we got our bill. My friend and I split the check. When our server/bartender brought the receipt book back over, only my friend’s card was in it. My card was charged but somehow got lost in the ten feet from the register to our table. She looked for the card very briefly, insisted she put my card in the receipt book, then said I could leave my information if it turned up. I told her that she lost my card because it wasn’t with the receipts. When I saw she would be no help in locating my card (that she misplaced), I started looking myself. After a rather unpleasant back and forth (her implication was that I was drunk—I was not, I had two shots and a drink—and the card was with the receipt), she located my card WHICH HAD FALLEN OUT OF THE BOOK AND WAS STUCK IN BETWEEN OTHER RECEIPTS NEXT TO THE CASH REGISTER. Wonderful bar, drinks, service (normally) and food. Unfortunately, I won’t return after my unpleasant experience with the bartender that night.

   So disappointed, we made a reservation for NYE and we showed up and they were closed! No email or anything. We even checked earlier in the day on Instagram and online to make sure they were open but nothing was updated. So sad we didn’t get to try but more bummed we were not notified and were SOL on NYE :(

   It was closed but still allowed reservations via open table. Nothing noted on their socials or website

   Tried to make a noon reservation, first available was 12:30, was only 1 other table when we got there, perhaps kitchen doesn't start before then. Service was fine, place pretty cold, I ordered unsweetened tea, no iced tea, both had diet coke and sandwiches, mine a pulled pork sandwich, was good. Friend picked up the tab while I was in the bathroom, so not entirely sure what the damages were, but sandwiches in the $15 range, in line with other similar restaurants in the area. I'd like to go back when there is a crowd, and post Covid.

   Me and my bestfriend went there for brunch for my birthday and we absolutely loved it. Food was excellent and the mimosas were good. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back !

   I try not to leave negative reviews for places, but I was really looking forward to Strangelove's as a vegetarian. They seemed to have so many options but when I actually visited, I thought it was pretty gross. It was the kind of dinner that you look forward to all week but when you actually go, you get super upset, leave hungry, and cook something when you get home. We had the loaded nachos with Chik'n, Avocado fries, buffalo garlic veggie wings, and the mac n cheese balls. The avocado fries tasted great but looked scary. The mac n cheese balls were sad, but still edible! If you go, maybe stick to apps? The loaded nachos and veggie wings were nasty. We couldn't get down either of them after tasting them, even though we were starving. The "loaded" nachos were mostly the Chik'n, American cheese, and something super sour tasting–maybe olives? The veggie wings were just awful. People with food restrictions don't need fake meat–but if you're going to offer it, at least make sure it tastes good.

   The food was terrible. The margarita flatbread was like an oval Ellio’s pizza. The burger was cooked well-done and dry, even though I requested medium. Had to ask for napkins and side plates since I we were sharing our entrees. The napkins were basically c-fold paper towels that are usually in a bathroom. My guest was really turned off and I was embarrassed for choosing that place. There was an Added $2 for truffle fries, which were just shoe string fries with a little shredded Parmesan cheese. Will not be back.

    This is a Bar/Pub… this is not a restaurant or a food focused place. There’s literally two people working, bartender was waiting tables and making drinks. You could simply walk in without RSVP. What alarmed me was the cleaning product aroma. It didn’t even smell like food, we still ordered and was very disappointed and still hungry. I ordered a 5 dollar bowl of fruit which was nothing more than a chopped up cantaloupe, no berries no grapes no honeydew. Just cantaloupe. The potatoes weren’t fresh cut they were frozen and dropped in grease… so they were saturated in grease as was the fries. The waffle… was doughy in the middle. And the eggs were suppose to be over medium but they were sunny side up. I don’t eat meat and ordered vegan option but it smelled alarmingly. I’m sure this place is great for shots, burgers and wings. But Sunday brunch, no. Don’t go. Pregame place at best.
