Storico Fresco Alimentari e Ristorante
We had a dream to bring traditional and nearly lost Italian dishes to Atlanta. The result: Storico Fresco Alimentari, quite simply an Italian grocery store and restaurant in one. We’ve gone beyond and created a true Italian experience for you to enjoy. We use locally sourced ingredients to craft our authentic dishes.

The food is absolutely delicious! We did not have one specific server assigned to our table however, so we spent the entire night flagging people down asking for every single thing that we needed, which was stressful.
Food was amazing. Bar was swamped and VERY slow at 9:30pm. We only got one drink and were lucky to get that.
Great food, great atmosphere!
Disappointingly poor and slow service contrasted with excellent drinks and food
Great ambience and pastas better than most we tried in Italy. We will definitely return!
One eats in this restaurant despite the noise, uncomfortable seats and industrial kitchen ambience, because they still make good food. The owners have filled every inch with seating, even placing bar stools in the kitchen at prep tables at which you cannot get get your feet under the table, to maximize their covers. Apparently people in Atlanta don’t have any other options because they still pack the place, although it’s no longer the beautiful people, it’s the shorts and slip slips brigade with babies. I have been coming here since it opened but I prefer restaurants with comfortable chairs, tables and even table clothes if possible, with decent decor, lighting and a sound level at which I can converse without shouting. I will be dining elsewhere in future and visit Storico Fresco for its intended purpose: a take out pasta supermarket
Excellent food, great service and fun atmosphere! Highly recommend!!
Fantastic to return to return to an old favorite. My sister from Brooklyn cried at the amazing food! Covid-19 procedures also made everyone feel safe!
Great service and food!
Awesome!!! We will definitely go back!
Kelsey is the best!
i arrived on time for my reservation. Was told 15 minutes and 30 minutes later led to a noisy table. we were a party of six.
no waiter for another 15 minutes
at that point we left
I normally love any and all pasta at storio. Last night’s very pricey pasta was the biggest disappointment I’ve had at Storio. The cook produced a clam/lemon/pasta dish with virtually zero lemon taste, only one clove of garlic plus tremendously tough clams not chewable at all. The entire dish was amazingly tasteless. The squid ink pasta also disappointed in the taste department. No flavor to the pasta. Imagine that with squid ink. The octopus & calamari in the fish were good, but overall a huge disappointment.
I regret having to write this very negative view of normally one of my favorite places for pasta.
Whoever cooked Tuesday night, get rid of them!
The Food was delicious and my husband is an excellent Italian cook from Milan, where I also lived for 20 years so I am very picky about Italian restaurants in the US but this is the real deal. It as very crowed Monday night and we only had a small table outside on the sidewalk and that was fine once the crowd went in to be seated. we got our wine and appetizers and literally the waiter never came back for the rest of our order-finally flagged down someone to get him so we could order our pasta course. We get it, they were very crowded and I am an easy going person so all good-again the pasta was ecellente ! Just dont forget you outside customers on busy nights!
Amazing, as always. Pasta was delicious and the veggie plate was great!
Always amazing! Great spot for any occasion.
Overall everything was great.
Our server added to our excellent food. Just the right touch.
The restaurant is nice and quaint. It has fresh meats and cheese, so start with a charcuterie board. The pasta was fresh and home made. I had the shrimp pesto pasta. That isn’t the name on the menu. It was good but dried up fast. My partner order the shrimp ravioli and enjoyed it. Drinks were tasty and ran about $14. The service was not that great. Took them a while to take our order. Once the food came, every thing went smoothly. Tables of two may have a divider.
I enjoy their food mostly all the appetizers are really tasty and the ravioli is very light and flavourful
Parking is a real challenge and that made the experience overall not as great as it could’ve been.
Fantastico! Always a good time and the most delicious food!
Excellent food, excellent staff! Food for foodies!
Loved this place, we will be back!
Our first time here! We were so pleasantly surprised by this exquisite gem! Landed on this baby and will now be a focused part of our rotation. The ambiance was beautiful, reminiscent of one of our favorite places in Los Angeles. The food was so darn good and enticing from the minute we viewed the menu. The spinach ravioli was amazing! Don’t forget the dessert. The tiramisu was some of the best that I’ve had. Can’t wait to go back and take friends. Excellent service and knowledge staff!
Food for s good. Noise level very high - hard to have conversation at the table.
The food and service was great. Food more so than service. Only knock is they will not change entrees to your choosing. Very busy place but only knock.
Loud. Loud. Loud. Packed with millennials. Food average. Service, particularly bar service, very good.
Really great and food was awesome
I went with my girlfriends for a bday dinner. The bread service we ordered was burned the first 2 times he brought it out. It was visibly burned when he laid it down, and then it tasted like smoke and snapped like a cracker. The 3rd bread service was softer and edible. The octopus app was delicious. The problem is they served us our octopus appetizer alongside our dinner orders. We didn't want them together, we wanted them spaced out. So our pasta got a bit lumpy and dry while we ate our octopus. Plus we felt rushed because they served us this way. The cocktail drinks were good. Even though we complained about all of the above, it didn't feel like they really cared. We did get the bread service taken off the tab but that's it. Not very good customer service, especially since we didn't have a great experience and we told them that. Didn't even want to stay for dessert but someone else came up to our table with a slice of cheesecake for our friend's bday, so we stayed to take a bite of that before we left to have dessert and after dinner cocktails elsewhere.
Place was busy as always, service is getting worse by the day, the food is very consistent
Food and service were fantastic!
Amazing and can’t wait to return!
This is one of our favorite restaurant’s in Atlanta. The food is so authentic and fabulous. My son and I had the ravioli and my husband had the Bolognese. We also had the squash blossoms, all time favorite. The staff is great! This place is a must, it is the best!
It was too loud. But everything else was amazing. Waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and so helpful.
Kelsey is the best person to work in a restaurant. Together with Server Hector we were treated so well. The food at Storica is right out of the best, no-touristy Italian restaurant in Italy.
The food was fantastic! Best Bolognese I’ve had in a very long time!! Highly recommend although it is a bit noisy.
With pasta made on site leading the way, the food was just outstanding. We had rigatoni insalata and ravioli spinach, both very good accompanied by excellent grilled vegetables. The also have a great selection of wines
Best pasta I’ve had hands down.
