The food was delicious. The service was good and I was treat like a princess. The directions to this place weren’t very good though we got lost a couple of times. Was very warm and inviting when we walked through loved the deco!! Hope to see you again in future thank you xx

I was really looking forward to this meal for a Valentine's date. Unfortunately the lamb was cold, my dates pork didn't have a lot of sauce on it so was quite dry. When I asked for more they said it would cost extra... I wouldn't need more if they'd just put a decent amount on to begin with. Also the staff just seemed to be congregating by the bar and chatting so it took a while to get our order in as we were sat out of view. For the price point, I had expected more.

I had a lovely meal in the Doubletree hotel - half chicken with mash, carrots and plenty of gravy followed by ice cream and coffee. The meal was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have given more stars were it not for your fact that I had to wait a considerable time for my meal about 45 mins considering the restaurant wasn't busy. The staff did come back to say that my meal was nearly ready. I will come back and dine here as the food was good and the staff valued your custom

Staff were very accommodating and informative. They made us our own personal cocktails due to the one we wanted they had no ingredients for on the menue. Food reflected the price. Very cosy and quite.

Enjoyed my lunch - had the chicken with mash and gravy followed by ice cream and coffee. It was a tad more pricey than I normally pay but the staff were nice and friendly
