   We have dined here several times and each time the food is delicious. The filet’s are so tender cooked perfectly as ordered.

   Grilled Salmon was excellent as was the bowl. Small prime rib was dry with no marbling. Served was nice but not very attentive. I usually would StoneWood a four Star rating.

   Very attentive and friendly service. The prime rib was perfectly cooked and some of the best I’ve had. The shrimp app and salads were also delicious. A neighborhood gem!!

   We called and ask about happy hour before we made the reservation. Server Cassidy was terrific explained five dollars off vodka drinks. We ordered drinks her suggestions. We made sure that they were unhappy hour. Ordered our meals ordered additional drinks. Asked for the check no happy hour discounts server referred to manager who said all the drinks that we ordered weren’t on happy hour. We explained the phone call and the conversation with our server Very clearly written in the menu five dollars off all vodka drinks We feel like since the check came without itemization that this happens a lot We wouldn’t have noticed the happy hour discount if we hadn’t asked for authorization of our check The manager on call was not trained snippy defensive, The restaurant on our side of town closed at stores so we decided to try this one since we were traveling Not surprised it sure appeared to be a bait and switch. The marketing was good. Brought people in the door. It’ll be our last visit. It’s unfortunate that the manager on call wasn’t better trained. Though Cassidy was terrific our server.

   Enjoyed the food but service was just okay. Had to wait for table even with early reservation, no water served, no bread and everything was a tad slow. However, will go back because it was tasty and pretty well priced.

   Dear Sir or Madam: After a very long and exciting Easter Day (20th), Stonewood Grill and Tavern is the B.E.S.T. place to be. Thanks to Maddie and Eric, my hubby (Ray) and I closed out our day with "Great food and memories!!" Also, at Stonewood, if you need assistance before your assigned host returns, any staff member will help you. Even the "sweet and handsome" busboys in passing will remove an unused utensil or plate from off of your table... not before asking.     Once again, Stonewood did not disappoint us. Service was excellent, and choice of items to indulge in on the menu varied and looked very enticing. I enjoyed the surf and turf special and really enjoyed it. Others in the party went for the filet mignon which is always one of the best in the city. Another wonderful holiday spent at Stonewood!
