   I have been to the restaurant many times this was as Mother’s Day buffet, the food was great, the service was abysmal, I would recommend the restaurant but not a one off special.

   Poor service, Food sub par! No server for dessert bar. Not what I expected based on the $79 per person price tag. Food was cold, would not recommend

   For a Mother's Day Brunch it was extremely disappointing and very expensive for what it was. The service was terrible! I had to ask for a cup of tea 3 times after having to get up to ask if we actually had a waitress. The coffee was cold, we had to ask for hot coffee. The food was fair, again nothing special, some items undercooked, steak tough, waffles ice cold, had to get up and ask to have a fresh waffle made. The room was loud. We were so looking forward to a delicious brunch and special time. I would not recommend as my husband could have prepared a better breakfast buffet. Way over priced and they automatically charged tip amount for their horrendous service including the young girl that spilled water and ice all over the table( not her fault), no one seemed trained, they all seemed like it was their first day waiting tables.

   The service was excellent. The building is large and when you enter, it can be confusing to know where to go. I wandered around and had to ask someone where the hostess was. But everyone was very nice, polite, and helpful. The hostess was very pleasant and accommodated my request to look around to try to find the quietest location to sit. The server was there quickly and was friendly and attentive. They prepared our order very quickly and the food arrived hot and was appealing to the eye. From that point on, however, the food quality was disappointing. It was well-prepared, but low quality. The steak was thin and rather tough. If you are spending $42 for a NY strip, it should be a high quality, well-marbled cut. This was inferior to the US Prime NY strips you buy at Costco. The fries were average; they may have even been frozen. There was a blue cheese sauce served with the steak, and the sauce was not thickened enough and runny. The salads were very good. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and designed, but like many modern restaurants, the decor was composed primarily of hard surfaces with high ceilings, all of which makes for a very loud atmosphere, not conducive to easy conversation. They had a mediocre musician playing which made the noise issue even worse. Overall, it was not worth it, for me. I don’t think it’s an issue with personnel…staff were all excellent. The chef is probably excellent, but working with mediocre provisions, maybe because of financial pressures or supply chain issues. These days it’s better to buy high quality food and cook it yourself, if you really want to eat well. You can’t justify these prices with this quality.

   The service was rude, and the food was terrible. It appeared that no one was managing the establishment effectively. It’s a shame because the ambiance is beautiful. We’ve been here multiple times and have never been truly satisfied, but we’ve always held onto the hope that things would improve. Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse.

   Food was great but service has lacked the last few times we have come. Drinks came out wrong. Had a soup and had no spoon to eat it with. Which I had to walk into the inside restaurant to actually just grab one. Our kids order was wrong and our main course came out 45 mins later. We were waiting for refills on our cocktails for at least 25 mins. They have too many servers and no one is communicating with each other which just causes frustration for the patron. With the amount of high quality outdoor places, I might not come again.
