I have worked in the service industry and knew we were there at a busy time, so much expectations were pretty managed. However, it took 35 minutes to get a drink and over an hour to get out food. Once the food arrived it was lukewarm and they didn't give my husband what he ordered. When we told our server she responded with "that's what I heard you order" and said she would talk to her manager which she never did. We needed to leave quickly to get to our event on time so we didn't have the time to follow up with management. Just paid for our very mediocre experience and left

Rough go. Took 45m to get our drinks (cans of beer!) and we waited an hour and twenty minutes for food… our server told us the bar and kitchen were “running behind” and recommended we get the tenders because “they were coming right out” so we pivoted and ordered those, but 1h 20m later, still no food. She brought us some unpleasant blue raspberry shots to “make up for it”… finally brought out a bowl of fries at the hour fifteen mark. We had an event to get to so we had to leave and never did get our food. Other tables were clearly having the same experience. Really disappointing start to what should’ve been a fun night. Our first try of Stolen Saddle.

Our food never came out and we had to leave without eating after waiting for an hour. The area where we were sitting on the patio was so cold and needed a patio heater but there wasn’t one available. Overall terrible experience.
