Disappointing Birthday Dinner Came here for a birthday celebration and left very disappointed. We ordered the tomahawk steak, the most expensive item on the menu, and it was a mess. Half of it was inedible thick fat cap, tons of sinew, chewy and gristly throughout. Definitely not what you’d expect from a premium steakhouse. When I asked if the tomahawk was shareable, the server said it was “enough for three small girls.” I was dining with my wife and two sons, and the comment felt dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the upselling was relentless. Every part of the order drinks, appetizers, sides, sauces came with pressure. It felt like the server cared more about his tip than our experience. We’ve had great experiences at STK in Las Vegas quite a few times but STK Toronto doesn’t compare. If you’re in the city, go to HY’s Morton’s, Harbour 60, or Jacob & Co instead.

Love the lounge seating in the bar, was a little put off at first about having to wait for our table but it was a nice experience. Food was good, service was good. Atmosphere was nice. Will come back again in the future.

I went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a quiet evening at STK. Great food. Great drinks and we had an amazing waiter. He was very courteous and attentive. Food has always been overpriced, but the food is really good. It’s just the value for what you pay, I don’t think it’s really there.

The food taste good and the service was excellent. However there was a big fly around our table and flew on top of my stake and I wasnt able to finish the rest of it.

We went during happy hour. The happy hour menu is fantastic - lots of options at great price points. It’s not super busy at that time. Overall service was good, took a while to get the first round of cocktails but for the second it was speedy. The design of the interior is really nice. Would be a great spot for a large event. My only “critique” is that it was so hot in the restaurant that we could not get comfortable. On a normal day I’m sure it would have been tolerable but it was a really hot day. Hopefully next time it won’t be so hot and we can enjoy ourselves a bit more.
