   Overall ok - came for dinner, was seated at the bar. Bar was dirty and bartenders overworked so took awhile to get service (which was good, just had to wait). Steak came out over cooked but still tasty. It was an ok, not great steakhouse experience but at a very high price.

    The food was absolutely delicious though they had run out of my original choice, as it was fathers day. It's very much a see and be seen place and has excellent decor/ambiance. With all that effort put in we had to use the washrooms and that definitely soured the whole experience. There was garbage spilling out of cans and all over the floor, including blood and bloody paper towels. Many of the stalls were out of paper and couldn't find any to replace. We tried let FOH know since it was a hygienic issue but when speaking with the host she dismissed our comments with "ok thanks" and "we're understaffed today so it's busy". We definitely understand the rush of father's day and Sunday dinners but when a patron brings a cleanliness and/or possible safety issue to your staff do not just brush it off like you don't care, makes you wonder what your priorities are.

    Host stand - male supervisor / host was not professional/ rude at arrival. Very inappropriate comment that he thought was humourous. The bartender server was kind and very friendly. Great service she provided Food was meh. Steak was cooked perfect. Bernaise amazing. Brussel sprouts were oily and underwhelming. Mushrooms were over cooked and not made with any care / love.

    Music is so loud you can really hear your dining companions. This is annoying at brunch. I ordered chicken and waffles which was tasty and well presented, but when I cut into it it was raw inside. The waiter promptly returned it but when my replacement had arrived my companions had already finished eating.

    We were seated for over a half hour before our waiter even came to take our order and drinks, and I had to ask the bus boy to get him. Our apps came out before our drinks. The service was sub par, they sat us right in a corner facing a massive wall. I had asked to be seated in a more social area, but clearly my requests went unnoticed. it was probably the worst table in the restaurant for a social bunch of 8 girls. Our reso was at 915 and although we were seated promptly we did not get our mains until after 11pm and 4 out of 6 of our steaks cooked wrong. This is a steak house and a very expensive one, the least they could do is get our steaks right... Also the bathroom garbage was overflowing with tissue which was all over the floor. I rarely leave a bad review but this place was awful. Save your money. I will definitely never go back

    We went to celebrate a birthday. Service was great and attentive, and the food was very good. They made a fuss with sparklers for the birthday boy. The music is really loud, has sort of a club-like atmosphere so if you are looking for a chill environment, this place is not that. Like most upper scale steakhouses sides are all separate/extra. What would have been helpful to know was that they are large enough for sharing. My husband ordered a few sides not realizing that. At $20+ each, it was a waste of food and money. My main criticism was that it was really overpriced. I know the cost of food has increased but it was a bit ridiculous. I can think of several high end steakhouses in the city where you could get as good or better of a meal for less. $55 for a mushroom pasta (we had a vegetarian in our party)? Come on.

    overall, it was great experience (food, service). Except for water - didn't think distilled water = spring water (FIJI). I thought it would be boiled water (free). Please be more specific - otherwise would just order tap water and not get charged $10. Which I found ridiculous.

    (1) There was no wine list provided. (2) The waiter seemed in a hurry to get us out, even though the dining room was half empty. (3) I shared the tomahawk steak. I was not asked how I wanted it prepared. It arrived at the table before the appetizers had been cleared away. It was luke warm. (4) I left the table to go to the restroom and my dessert was cleared away only having been 1/4 finished. For an establishment that charges these prices, I expect them go above and beyond. There are far better steakhouses in the city, with better service, at a comparable value.

    Went there for date night and had a good time. I love that they have selections of butter and sauces, I got the truffle butter on my filet and if was delicious. Our server was friendly as was the staff. Would come back, maybe with more people as they have big nice booths.
