Signature water Mellon cocktail was tasty but food was bad especially the shrimp. Served in large bowl of ice 2 shrimp both were tough and chewy. Sliders were cold French fries cold only item that was enjoyable were the chimi churi. Steak bites. We had high expectations for this happy hour spot. Just a complete miss. Won’t return Very sad they give u bread that has essence of blue cheese on top. Also a miss. Very disappointing

Once again, we had another great experience at STK. We typically dine at STK once maybe twice a year when in town for work. We generally have a larger group, and they don't skip a beat even with how busy they typically are. Amazingly we have had Raul as our server the past two to three visits. In the future I will try and request him as a server. He's simply the best and does a great job bringing a little bit of everything to ensure we have a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent, but the noise level is off the charts, be prepared for a noisy experience!

We had a reservation for 8.30 made a month prior and were told that it would be an hour and a half before we would be seated. The reception agent was not sympathetic to our hunger or the fact that our reservation was meaningless. When seated, the waiter was prompt and professional. The steaks were expensive and 2x over cooked. Meaning a rare would have been delivered at a medium and a medium would have delivered well done. The sound was loud. Music levels that you would have at a club. The music was good but played at a level that it was hard to have conversations with. Apps, dinner, sides, drinks and tip totaled $260 pp.

This is an establishment I have dined at on many occasions. However this time was exceptionally disappointing. I had previously scheduled a a rather lager party and several other reservations around the same time. Even with the reservations and a pre arranged party the wait time was over 1.5hrs. The music is usually on the loud side but in a good way, but this time was so ridiculously loud I couldn’t hear the person sitting right in front of me. On the bright side the servers were amazing as always. Food was good. Just rather disappointed in the overall experience this time.

Date night in Las Vegas. This restaurant is loud and crowded. Not a great place to have conversations. Good food but $100 for a steak?! Not sure that’s typical for Vegas but was a surprise. That said, food was served promptly and server was attentive.

Great food. We were there for a business meal and were “encouraged” to leave immediately after finishing dessert. They started cleaning the table (not clearing dishes) while we were still sitting there talking…
