STK is one of my top 5 faves in Vegas. This visit didn't disappoint! The steaks are always amazing! Sides too.
Their desserts could use a little work though, go for a nice dessert wine instead.
Service is top notch, they know how to properly fire the courses of the meal seamlessly.
It's quite loud and upbeat, be prepared to have to talk loud and you may struggle to hear conversations if it's a larger group/table.

Was sat down 15 minutes after reservation which is no big deal. However, After we were sat we were rushed through our whole ordering experience. I ordered 4 apps and cocktails to start and we were continued to be pressed about ordering entrees. The waitress then said we had an hr and half to be in the restaurant. We literally just ordered apps and cocktails and were sat 15 minutes late. It was obvious she was just trying to turn tables for revenue but you shouldn’t be doing that to customers at that price point. Food was mediocre as well. Cocktails were great. Certainly not even close to Vegas standards of service levels.

STK is always a good time! Servers are THE BEST! Atmosphere the BEST!

Love love love this restaurant. The food, drinks, music and ambience is youthful and fun. I love how everyone is represented and did I mention the music is always great! One of my favorite places to eat!

Great food and loved the energy

The food was excellent! It was very very loud and when one of our party asked the server to speak up, he seemed annoyed. But he rallied and was overall very pleasant. The flat iron steak...OMG!!!

I've been to this location many times. The bartender Elizabeth was excellent and friendly and professional. Our table was in a great location. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant. The DJ was great. Our waiter Carlos did a great job as is did the entire wait staff. Excellent service. The food is always delicious! I recommend the lobster mac & cheese. I also loved the filet mignon!

This place is cool, great ambiance if you want to go to a night club. Not good for a business dinner. The music is so loud that you can’t carry on a conversation at your table without yelling. Their “signature” delmonico cut steak was very disappointing. I ordered it med-rare and it came out cooked properly but was soooo dry. I had to ask for some butter. Also, needed some seasoning. For a $70 steak it was very underwhelming, go to Applebee’s for a bourbon street steak, it would be better.

Extremely disappointed! We got the porterhouse to split and it was inedible. Appetizer and Sides mediocre at best…even after all that my hubby still wanted dessert so we got the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream figuring you can’t mess that up, boy we’re we wrong! When you pay these kind of prices for food you expect to be impressed and we were so far from it!! Biggest waste of money in Vegas yet! They did take off the price of the steak but we still paid well over $200 for food that was just blah….I would choose Lone Star 1000 times over before recommending this place.

Thr service was excellent. However, the tables are really close together, the food was bland and the music was very loud. I was really looking forward to eating here but overall it was not that great.

Overrated on web sites we checked out before arriving in Las Vegas. We visit steakhouses in our home town often. This would rank below every one of them.

Magdalena was an excellent server. She was always smiling and did a wonderful job. The prices are definitely high = 27.00 for an egg white omelet that comes with nothing! But, the food was excellent and they had a live saxophone player for brunch. Really fun experience other than the prices being a little off.

Made a reservation and still had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. Music was loud to the point I had to yell at the table to talk. Everything but my steak was cold. Steak was good drinks were amazing

Let me first start by saying that normally I love STK and this normally my favorite place to go in Vegas! But right from the start this was a bad experience, starting with having a reservation time and then still having away which is no big deal I told understand it gets busy but then we are seated quite rudely by young lady hostess, aren’t greeted at the table for a solid 15 minutes when we are finally greeted there is no hospitality no specials no information just can I get you a drink. The drinks are finally dropped off and then about 10 minutes later a different waitress comes up stating that she will be helping out whoever our waiter was because they’re busy which again totally understandable but also zero service from this young lady, takes our food order I state that I have allergies and instead of adding any effort or knowing the menu at all she just States that she would have to check with the cook for some things, sensing her lack of enthusiasm it was pretty obvious she didn’t want to put the extra effort in so I just removed the items from my order and we just literally ate less dinner. If you were going to go here in a large group it would most likely be a better experience as your check will be larger your party is larger and they can automatically add the gratuity. We were simply a table of two people jammed in the middle of a bunch of other tables no room no Service just there so we could be the extra couple bucks. For a $300 dinner I was absolutely appalled and am blown away at how terrible this dining experience was. We literally sat and watched as all the tables around us were shown hospitality and were given their orders promptly I am still very confused as to how we were so neglected when we were right in the middle of everyone.

Always a great time and food was amazing

Food was cooked really poorly. Steak temperature wasn't even close to accurate. Sides were over done. Caesar salad was wilted and discolored.

Beautiful location and experience! We enjoyed mostly seafood appetizers and they were fantastic.

The food was absolutely amazing and our server couldn’t have been nicer. They even sent us dessert to help us celebrate our honeymoon! The one drawback for us was the atmosphere. The club-like atmosphere created by the loud music wasn’t exactly what we were looking for for this dinner and it’s the only thing we would change about it.

Good, steaks and drinks were great

The noise level of the background music at STK was exceptionally loud (not energetic), eclipsing what would otherwise have been a very enjoyable dining experience. While we found the food very good, the excessive music level caused an inability to hold a conversation. This will prevent us from returning. With all of the fine dining options on the Strip, there are other steakhouses that will better suit us.

Rachel and Mario provided amazing service. The food itself was super delicious too! If you like bleu cheese, try the blue butter on your steak - chef’s kiss.

We had a great server named Vinny. My Delmonico was ordered medium rare and it came out rare and cold in the center. I addressed it with Vinny and he made it right and it was perfect!! There were five others at our table and they all enjoyed their meals.
