STK - The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

The food at STK is always exceptional. I recommend STK to anyone looking for an amazing meal.

Overall we enjoyed our experience but for the price I wish we would've been more impressed. The restaurant is a very chic and trendy environment. It's really dark and the music is LOUD as the other reviews said. Which we really enjoyed! I wish I could remember our waitress' name because she was definitely the best part of our experience. She was super friendly and attentive. Our drinks took quite a while to come out. The food was good, but we were not amazed. My husband and I both ordered steaks cooked medium - mine was cooked perfectly, his was almost rare. The lobster mac and cheese was good, but not outstanding. Mashed potatoes were good. They brought out a dessert for my husbands birthday which was very nice. We think it was some kind of chocolate mousse. To be totally honest, it was not good but it was free so I can't really complain. I'd be willing to give this place another try, we might have just had an unlucky night. If you're looking for a quite peaceful dinner, this is not the place for you!!

Music was awesome! Food was great, especially the sweet corn pudding. We waited quite a while considering we had a reservation.

This was perhaps one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had by far! The veal chop melted in my mouth and my date’s sea bass was incredibly delicate and flavorful.
The server and busboy were both 5 star and I highly recommend this restaurant for any and all dining. Truly an amazing dining experience all around!

We had an awesome experience as always. Everything from the seating at our table to the service to the food was perfect! I can’t wait to come back in a couple of months for another great dining experience. Our server was named Isaac and he was awesome.

Love dining at STK whether with friends or clients. The music and atmosphere is always on point. The food is amazing and the service is always prompt and professional. Frita was our server and she was phenomenal. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Located on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan we were greeted prompty by a friendly host and seated immediately.

Atmosphere: The ambience at STK is beautiful. It seems as though as the crowd gets thciker they turn up the music volume to a level that's just a bit too high for normal conversation.

Service:
The service was about a 3 star experience with our waitress. Much higher expectations from a restaurant in this price range. Throughout the entire meal we saw her a total of 4 times.

Food & Drink:
The filet mignon was a 4 star steak. I expected more for the price, doesn't hold a stick to places like t bones or mortons. The creamed spinach was 5 stars. Honestly the best I've ever tasted and the spicy watermelon cocktail was probably the best drink my wife and I had every had.

Overall:
Possibly worth the experience but for the price you'd be better off at several other steak houses available on the strip.

The restaurant is beautiful, service and hostess, and bartenders were all top notch. Happy hour portions are made so that you have to order from main menu, as opposed too enjoying a happy hour. Its not like the restaurant was packed during the week for it to be. Drinks were good and good price.

The sea bass, lobster mac, brussel sprouts, and sweet potato donuts - all bomb. However, my boyfriend and his friend were not impressed with the dry-aged ribeye. I didn’t taste it. Overall, this place is a fun time, and has delicious food and great service ☺️

I was so excited to reserve a table here for my birthday. STK had an amazing atmosphere when we first arrived. The service however, was great from everyone except our waiter who gave us the impression that he was either having a bad day or that he was less than thrilled to be our server. Short. Rude. Unenthusiastic. Our food was good but definitely not the best we've had on the strip. Charred steak and gritty oysters. I expected a whole lot more from an over $300 dinner for 2.

This was our first time at this restaurant and the food was really yummy. The waiter was great and the music was good as well.

We had a 3:30 reservation on 1-2-2. There seemed to be only be one server for about 8-10 tables that were in the dining room so maybe there was a staffing issue which should have been addressed by management to reflect the expectation of service based on the menu prices. Our server dropped off waters and did not return to our table. At the 20 minute mark, I asked the gentleman working if he was our waiter. He rudely replied yes, and walked off. We stood up and left. It was not until then that the manager addressed us on the way out and said she would comp our meal. Where was she before? Did not stay even for free. Awful.

The overall ambiance was great, great music and attentive servers. Even great drinks. I can say however the bill did not fit the meal. I have been to just as nice steakhouses and not spent even half that ticket and had better food. I feel unfortunately that you are paying for the name.

Hands down amazing! From the service, experience and food!

Went for New Year’s Eve. We really enjoyed ourselves. Had a great meal with a romantic atmosphere.

This place was a total bust! 200% would NOT recommend. Very poor service and automatically charge a 30%tip, no recommendations, not knowledgeable of own menu and we had to ask for our own refills.

Next the food.
I gave the food 2 star for being very very bland definitely Not worth the price. Now the quality of meat was excellent, was cooked perfectly only problem was had no flavor, which was probably our servers fault because he did Not ask if we wanted to add one of the signature flavorings.
Also I do Not recommend the lobster risotto, super bland! I’ve had more flavor in a .89 cent “Rice O Roni”

Good food very over priced over $400 for lunch for 4.

Great dinner.

Great food and service. Had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated with a reservation. Covid safe. Only complaint was that the DJ had the music a bit load being it's hard to hear your server with a mask on.

The food was amazing! Best Caesar salad ever! Great service! We will be back.

From the appetizers, bread and cocktails, everything was delicious! Luis was the best.
Our dinner consisted of the porterhouse steak, sea bass and 6 oz filet. Compliments to the chefs.

Had an early dinner reservation on 12/30/20. Cocktails were on point and strong. Menu seems limited since last visit. None of the appetizers appealed to us. Ordered the wedge and it was a generous portion (enough for two) and delicious. Was disappointed that the mushroom pot pie is no longer one of the accompaniments. Both proteins (filet and salmon) were cooked as ordered and scrumptious. Finished the meal with the donuts which are a must. Always a go to when in Vegas.

Celebrating December birthdays we had a great time! except for the initial seating. Isaac, our server, is PHENOMENAL! HAPPY UPCOMING BIRTHDAY ISAAC! I will be sure to ask for him on my next visit.

The atmosphere was like a nightclub. If you want to speak to the people that you are dining with go somewhere else. The music was so loud our limbs were vibrating. We left after our drinks and went to another restaurant. The waiter was very understanding, we were not the only ones to have left prior to dining.
