   The music was good but could be just a bit lower Food was great, our main entree took a bit later my to come out but was very good.

   The food was amazing. Our waiter Tony was very attentive. Food came out fast. I had 6 oz steak, cooked to perfection. Apple pie delicious.

   Great food. Beautiful location just a little loud for an intimate type setting we were looking for. Food was great and server was kind and beyond polite!

   The server was boring, uninspired, and inattentive. When I walked in the hosts seem more interested in their phones and chatting. Even the manager spent most of the time I was there watching the hockey game. STK in Chicago and New York are great, offering enthusiasm and fun interactions, falling inline with the service and experience I receive and expect at similarly priced restaurants. We had originally wanted to go to another restaurant but they didn't have an available reservation; however, I wasn't worried because STK is a great experience in other cities. Maybe it's because it's Las Vegas; however, I won't return to that STK and I'll consider other options in other cities.

   We visited on a Friday at 3pm it had a nice vibe about the place DJ spinning some good old school tunes. All of the cocktails were very good we also did 3 choices off the $7 menu plus a half dozen oysters all of the food was excellent good portions to accompany cocktails. Service staff all excellent highly recommended

   I love this restaurant. Great vibes,great food and excellent drinks. Service is also great. Very lively place.

    Unfortunately, our experience at STK fell short of expectations, especially for what was meant to be a special occasion. I had noted in our OpenTable reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, but when we arrived, the hostess claimed they couldn’t find our reservation at all. That alone set a disappointing tone, and nothing that followed made the night feel special. Honestly, all it would’ve taken was great food and good vibes. Our server was friendly, but didn’t check in until about 10–15 minutes after our food had arrived. We ordered the NY strip medium-well, but it came out rare with grey edges. For a steak priced at over $80, it was also disappointing that it hadn’t been rested before slicing — the presentation and preparation simply didn’t match the price. And with food at that cost, you feel obligated to finish it even if it’s not enjoyable, just to avoid wasting money. We also ordered the Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, which were unfortunately gummy and clearly over-whipped — the kind of texture that happens when potatoes are blended instead of properly mashed. All in all, the food and experience didn’t justify the $125 + tip bill. We left disappointed on what should’ve been a celebratory evening. Not sure if I’ll be back, which is a shame because the food quality should really live up to the location and vibe of the place.
