   Did not disappoint! Good was amazing, service was great and the DJ was great.

   Unfortunately, our experience at STK fell short of expectations, especially for what was meant to be a special occasion. I had noted in our OpenTable reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, but when we arrived, the hostess claimed they couldn’t find our reservation at all. That alone set a disappointing tone, and nothing that followed made the night feel special. Honestly, all it would’ve taken was great food and good vibes. Our server was friendly, but didn’t check in until about 10–15 minutes after our food had arrived. We ordered the NY strip medium-well, but it came out rare with grey edges. For a steak priced at over $80, it was also disappointing that it hadn’t been rested before slicing — the presentation and preparation simply didn’t match the price. And with food at that cost, you feel obligated to finish it even if it’s not enjoyable, just to avoid wasting money. We also ordered the Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, which were unfortunately gummy and clearly over-whipped — the kind of texture that happens when potatoes are blended instead of properly mashed. All in all, the food and experience didn’t justify the $125 + tip bill. We left disappointed on what should’ve been a celebratory evening. Not sure if I’ll be back, which is a shame because the food quality should really live up to the location and vibe of the place.

   The service was absolutely stellar, they seated us immediately, and the food was spectacular, and the steak was cooked perfectly and the side dishes were prepared well and very very delicious ❤️

   The reservation time was not respected, we had to wait an additional half and hour

   Atrocious experience at STK Las Vegas. Had a 7pm reservation on a Tuesday. Was told at check in that the wait time was 45 minutes but were encouraged to have a drink at the bar while we wait. The bar was 3 people deep and utterly understaffed and challenged to keep up. Everyone who was seated looked at menus at dozens and dozens of people were standing outside waiting. Why accept reservations when you cannot accommodate folks? The attitude at check in didn’t help either and 45 minutes was not a fair estimate as we found a table at a different restaurant across the way and watched crowd swell further; people who checked in at the same time stood there for at least 75-90 minutes. Poor poor management. And turn the music down just a decibel or two. What a disappointment.

   The ladies at the hostess stand need better attitudes. We had a late reservation, and they acted like they couldn’t seat us until I showed them the actual reservation on my phone. She was adamant that she didn’t see it on her end. In any case, after we were sat, everything changed from there. Our waitress was very accommodating and the food was delicious.

   STK IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE FOR EVERY CELEBRATION!! The food, drinks & ambiance are all amazing. Our server was so polite and treated us like royalty. I can’t wait to go back!

   The service was impeccable, the servers were friendly and helpful. At our table we started with the crab cakes which were excellent. For Entree's we had the Sea Bass, Spicy King Crab & Seafood Scampi, Ribeye Filet, NY strip, and Dover Sole and all were amazing. Everything about the service and food were great. The only thing that was not good was the level the music was playing. We were sitting in a booth and had trouble hearing each other over the music. It would have been a perfect evening if it wasn't for that.
