   First subpar experience at Orlando STK (about 15th visit). Service was almost non-existent. Asked for bread as our appetizer and it came out about 2 minutes before our meals and was cold to boot, so had been sitting around. Soda refill took about 10 to 15 minutes. The filet usually melts in your mouth, but this time was over cooked and tough to eat (parts were stringy/chewy). The mashed potatoes and sweet corn were as expected and perfect. Had a free drink voucher and had to get a rerun of the bill because it wasn’t reflected the first time. It’s our favorite restaurant, but a somewhat disappointing visit this time.

   Great selection amazing steaks . Great apps, the service was perfect and fast. It’s everything you should expect out of a 5 Star restaurant!! Try the ma n cheese, tater tots and do not go without the Brussel sprouts!! Bone in rib-eye medium rare was like butter!!

   Ok consider the source. 8 senior men on a golf buddy trip. First our table was made for 6 so we were uncomfortably squeezed together. For us, the music that filled the air was way too loud to enjoy conversation. Every thing ala carte and more pricey than they had to be. Server was attentive and friendly. For the price there are other options for an upscale experience.

   Absolutely outstanding! Two of us shared the Burrata salad, Tomahawk steak, roasted brussle sprouts and corn pudding. Two sides were more than we could finish but everything was a 10. Perfect meal and service.

   Our server was great fortunately, the one bright spot. The kitchen was so slow that it took over 45 minutes to receive bread and over two hours to receive food (at lunch time by the way, so it was not crowded). They also did not honor a food allergy, so some members of our party could not partake once the food did arrive. The food was not up to typical STK standards by any means. Management made things right after we raised our concerns. Unfortunately it was the worst experience we’ve ever had at any STK.

   We had reservation and was seated right away. Unfortunately after that it all went downhill. It took 45min for appetizers to come out and they we’re all cold. The steak and fitted weee ice cold and mushy. Calamari was cold and chewy and the falafel and tahini was cold. The manager never came over to apologize after we complained. Overall it took 1:20 minutes for our entree. We had the Chilean sea bass and the Maine lobster linguine. Those entree were good but the nothing to rant about. The overall experience was a letdown especially for the cost of the place. Many other options at Disney Springs with better quality of food to choose from. Will not be returning.

    Honestly this is the worst service. The food was mediocre and for the price it was definitely not worth it… del friscos is such a better choice for the money. Any foodie going here will not be impressed. Waiter was pretty useless and not in touch with the tables needs at all. As soon as drinks were ordered he was gone and I was left with an empty drink for over 20minutes. When the food came out it was decent enough pasta and steak however the tater tots were cold still from being frozen. You can tell it’s not worth the price tag and the only reason they can continuously make money here is tourism because it’s in a prime location like disney springs.

    Had reservations and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes to be seated. Reservations even said need to be wheelchair friendly table. They decided to give us a booth for a person in a wheelchair. This made it difficult for people to get in and out of the booth seating difficult. I did see two tables put together to accommodate 8 people why not do the same for 6? Didn't want to change tables for fear of waiting longer on another table.

    4 of us for happy hour menu. Excellent food ( very small portions but priced accordingly) . Wonderful server, beautiful delicious cocktails. Sat outside on patio and enjoyed people watching. Great fun, will definitely return!

    This is a very expensive restaurant. With the price being so high, you would expect top notch service. Not here, at least not the service we experienced. The server only returned to our table after we were done eating ( in my husbands case, not eating) Therefore our water was never refilled, nor did she ask how the meal was or if we needed anything. Husband had the short ribs $51.00, were so fatty he took 2 bites and left it ( most servers would notice the food was not eaten and ask if there was a problem) I had the salmon ($52.00) it was very good, but I felt sick to my stomach that night and the next day. Disney Springs restaurants are higher than most places and the food is not always great, but this place was really bad! Our 2 meals, along with 2 side dishes ($19 each) plus 1 soda ($4) came to $140, after the pass holders discount. Side of approximately 10 green beans that were undercooked was $19.00.

    Bradley was great but kind of pestered me into getting a more expensive steak that I knew I wouldn’t like. We were 9 minutes late to our reservation because the drop off is a 15 minute walk from the restaurant. There is a 15 minute grace period and our reservation was cancel due to a “no show”. So we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for our table. I understand it’s Orlando and Disney, but this location doesn’t compare to the others.

    Food tasted really good, unfortunately not for the price or service I had recieved. I was tended to once for my drink, and for my food, and the waitress was mainly tending the bar. Im guessing she was training for it, or covering a shift, but it felt too robotic. The place itself was loud, which may take away from the experience as well. When laying my bill I placed a coupon on there that was completely ignored, 15% off, and it wasnt worth the time fighting, as I didn't believe the staff would make the adjustments in a timely manner.

    Service was beyond slow. Tables sat after us were served before us. (Different server) no table checks and our server was no where to be found to let know my steak was over cooked. You think for 70 dollar steak they would at least ask how it is. We sat on the patio on March 21 with reservations. Out table was so wobbly, the food runner tried to fix.

    Our party of 4 decided on getting 2 Date Night deals (dinner for 2 available Sun-Wed) which is a good way to try a number of things from the STK menus. Our entree choices were 2 fish (sea bass and salmon) and 2 steaks (both filet both ordered medium). The salmon was the best of the bunch followed by one of the steaks which was cooked medium as ordered. The sea bass was a surprisingly small cut which was overly salty/miso tasting. The second filet arrived very rare and had to be sent back twice before it was done to the medium that was ordered. Unfortunately, by the time it was done correctly the person who ordered it was in no mood to eat it. Apps and desert were good. We were charged incorrectly for drinks which had to be sorted out after we left and reviewed the bill. So, some good, some bad but a far better experience than our previous visit to STK which was terrible from beginning to end. I'd contacted the restaurant twice concerning that experience and never got a reply, very bad form STK! The few times the restaurant was good, it was very good but when it's some degree of bad, it shades to being bad in multiple ways and I wouldn't make a recommendation of the place to a good friend.

    Terrible experience. We had 6:30reservations we were on time. Waited out front for 25 minutes. We were a party of 4 when we got to the table there were only seating for 2. We had to stand and wait for someone to bring chairs. Waiter came and said he would be right with us. 15 minutes later he brought a wine list. Finally got wine at 8:10. Then waited until,8:40.to,Place our order. 2 of us ordered or beef cooked to medium. It cam out at 9:00. And they,were rare. So,rare the inside was purple. Sent it back. The next one came out still rare. By then the sides were getting cold so I said just take it back and don’t bring any more. Left a 9:30 stopped at 7~11 on the way home to buy ice cream because I I,was hungry and didn’t want to risk waiting for another bad experience. Our bill without tip was $480. For the prices you charge I expected a much better experience!

    We enjoyed our server; he was charismatic and very helpful with his recommendations. My family and I got to spend time with my step-daughter, who we don’t get to see very often. So the service and the food was like the icing on the cake for a very wonderful day.

    A must visit in Orlando but when you dine here you MUST have Travis as your server. Travis is so knowledgeable and exceptional at his job. He makes your dining experience. The food is stellar and each course was better than the one before. The Porterhouse was cooked exceptionally and the chocolate chip cookie dessert was the perfect end to the meal. Leeroy the manager also was so great. All around perfect experience and you can't miss STK when you come to Orlando.

    We enjoyed our meal. It was high priced, but the entrees you got a good size for the price. The sides on the other hand, $19 for a side of soggy fries, was not a fan. Our server was great. We sat outside and they had warmers on and we were comfortable and welcomed (even with our 3 year old).

    Compared to the other restaurants in the same class as STK does not rate high on my list. For the restaurant being basically empty service was slow the dining room was dirty. For the cost of the meal I was expecting more. This was no different than going to outback with the exception of the price. I have been to Vegas and NYC locations and the experience was much different. I will not be going back to any STK after my Orlando experience nor will I be recommending it to others. First impressions are lasting impressions

    When I made the reservation, I specifically wrote that it was for our wedding anniversary and that I’d like to have a table that is as private as possible. Our reservation was at 6:30, we didn’t get seated until 7. Instead of acknowledging this request, not only was it never mentioned or acknowledged by anyone at any stage of the night, we were out at a table that is placed as close as possible between 2 other larger tables. I was sitting closer to the women at the table next to us, so much that every time they got up, they bumped me every time they moved. There was an open available table 10 feet away that would have been perfect, but it was never offered. In addition to this, all night we were the forgotten small table (party of 2) that was last for everything. This includes drink refills, bread, even the check took forever to be brought then another 10 minutes for them to come back to get it. Overall the doors itself was good, but extremely overpriced for what it was. The noise level was a little too high if you want to actually have a normal conversation. Overall, it was the worst anniversary dinner I’ve ever had, thanks STK.

    STK has a great vibe to it. I admit I was surprised at first by the loud music. I thought I was walking into a club. The dining experience was fair/good. The food did take some time to come out, there was little to no accommodation for plastic silverware because the silverware provided was very suspect. Our waiter, even though he gave us excellent service, I felt like his work load was heavy for the 2-3 tables he was handling. Overall it was good, I’d definitely recommend a casual place around the city if you want a lively scene or if you want fine dining, perhaps sticking to Ruth’s Chris.

    Food is very good with all entrees ranging from $50 plus and drinks starting at 20. If you like loud dance music this is the place for you . I don’t like dance music while eating so will only eat outside
