STK - Orlando

We were seated near a speaker so it was difficult to hear our waiter and talk. Food and service was very good. My filet was super rare when I requested medium rare, but otherwise our experience was good.

The service was amazing. The sides were really good but the steaks were very charred it was like their fire was to hot which cause the outside to get burned. One of the steaks were burned bad enough that it was taken off the bill. Definitely wouldn’t come back for the steaks but everything else we ate was great. And again the service experience was the best we have ever had.

Not clean and low stuff

STK Orlando compares in NO ways to the Las Vegas version. It felt a bit dingy and beat up, the prices were ridiculous, although I thoroughly expected an expensive meal this felt like being ripped off. The service was mediocre at not in line with a restaurant that bills itself at this caliber. Overall, they place needs a small face-lift and a bit more attention to detail.

Always as for JT. He’s amazing. Love this place every time we visit Orlando we have to stop here. No more Ruth Chris. STK is everything.

Overcooked steak - asked for medium rare and half of it was well done, the other half medium. The lobster was also overcooked - perhaps microwaved? It truly takes an effort to make a lobster have the consistency of my child's toy rubber chicken. FINALLY: I ask for an option other than butter to dip the lobster. Do you have non-diary spread, perhaps some olive oil, anything you might creatively come up with as I pay $300 for two for dinner?! NOPE - that's all we have. Combine that with our sitting directly behind the DJ blasting music so we cannot hear each other talk (maybe the server just didn't hear me say a couple times I can't have dairy) and you have an over charged awful experience. This was the worst dinner I've had in a long, long time.

Great happy hour, attentive service, good food and drinks, can't go wrong here.

Overall good experience. Waiter not so good. Everyone else was very attentive. I expect a lot more in service when I spend $360 for two people

34th birthday celebration was amazing thanks to server JT. The food was great and atmosphere was very nice! I would recommend this location for brunch.

Birthday dinner was amazing here!

We ordered 10-oz filets that were very well prepared and delectable to eat. We also ordered an appetizer, sides, and a bottle of cabernet sauvignon, which we were already familiar with, and enjoyed that as well. However, we did not enjoy the personality, or lack thereof, of our server. He was very short and direct with us and seemed to be rushing us. We noticed this trend with his other tables as well. It was sad to watch. This place used to provide a much higher level of service. We would be better off at Kres, Hillstone, Vito's, or Ruth's Chris for a solid steakhouse experience.

I had a reservation at 8:30 and they made me wait over one hour. They were not nice about it either. I was with my 72 year old parents and we had to wait outside in the cold. They also did not give us an estimate so we thought it would be quick. Not a great way to treat customers. I actually really enjoy the food and I always go to STK in different places. Las Vegas, Atlanta, NYC, and I go to the one in Miami a lot. I don’t think I will ever visit an STK again after the way they treated me and my family.

It was everyone first time to STK so we followed the servers recommendations - Food & service were excellent. My only recommendation would be to share upon booking how challenging the parking will be and to leave yourself 15 minutes to walk.

Gladly would come back on our next visit to Orlando.

This was a follow up visit from our first experience two years ago. Our first time was not great, but we were willing to try it again. We arrived about 10 minutes late for our reservation time due to the awful traffic trying to get into the parking garages. We were seated approximately 15 minutes after we checked in. They had a considerable amount of people congregating right outside the front of the restaurant. It seemed as though they may have been overbooked or running behind on reservations. We were seated at a small table in the back of the restaurant, which was nicer than our prior table from our first experience that was in the bar/lounge area. Our server was nice, but not attentive. I felt he was turned off by the fact we ordered beers instead of cocktails and we did not order any appetizers. He came to check on us when our entrée hit the table, but never once checked back after that. I got the 6 ounce filet after being talked out of my original choice by the server. The steak was cooked to the right temperature, but lacked any flavor and was quite chewy for the cut of meat. I shouldnt need to have a sauce or toppings to make it taste good. My wife, got the sea bass, which was very tasteful. No complaints at all on that dish. We got a side of asparagus, but it needed salt. Our server never came back to the table so that we could ask for salt. Overall, the experience was nothing exceptional. The place is overpriced and wants to be trendy, but it just falls flat. I know being on Disney property comes with inflated prices, but this place is 20% more than the already increased price of that area. I’m content with paying $10-$15 for a cocktail, but $20 is ridiculous. $48 for 6 oz filet, and $16 for a side of asparagus is quite steep as well. If the food was good, it would be worth the price. I’ve had $50 steaks that are worth it. Just not this place. I’ve had more flavorful steaks at Texas Roadhouse.

Desk staff great. Great safety procedures. Staff wore masks and gloves. Our server was attentive and did a great job. Never saw a manager checking on tables. Bread service ok. Presentation very good but really not much taste in the loaf. Could have been way better with some more thought. Wedge salad very good portion and fresh and crisp. Steak was good not great. We had the wagyu tomahawk. Lighting level at table very dark. Could not see what we were eating. Some tables had lighting directly overhead. Ours did not. Music level very loud and very hard to have a conversation. Not sure if it was designed that way to turn tables but not appropriate for high end steakhouse and more suited for a Planet Hollywood restaurant. We are local and wanted to try it but honestly not an experience I would repeat. Better steakhouse options in the Orlando market.

Food was excellent. Arrived five minutes before reservation but our table was not ready, we didn’t have to wait too long but for the price for dinner I would expect them to honor reservations. Overall nothing bad but for an $700+ dinner for 4 I thought the service and cleanliness of the place should have been spot on and it just wasn’t to that level.

We live locally and have dined at STK many times. We always had a good experience until last night. We sat on the rooftop patio which was really nice. The food, however, was not as good as usual. Starting with the bread. It was cold and dry. Not like it usually is. As far as our steaks, I had the Delmonico which was a little on the tough side and was way over cooked. My daughter had the 10 oz Filet and it was way under cooked. My wife’s and son in law’s Filets were good. The Asparagus was not good at all. Pale green, soggy and watery. Really disappointing. Used to be so good. Grilled and perfect. Even the bacon Mac and Cheese was disappointing. Only a few small specks of bacon. $450 for a really disappointing meal. I don’t know what’s going on with STK but we may not go back. Sad because we really like the place and used to like the food.

This STK is in the middle of Disney Springs. Takes 90 min to get to it from the time you see the restaurant to actually getting inside. You have to wait in long parking lines to get into parking garage, then wait in very long lines to get into Disney Springs. Absolute nightmare. Find another place to eat in Orlando. This STK is NOT like other STKs around the country.

My wife and I had a great experience not only with the food but the service was exceptional as well.

STK has a wonderful ambiance and we had great service. The food was wonderful but I personally do not think it matches the prices. The steaks we had which were fillets were average for this level of dining in my opinion. My steak was cooked more than asked but my wife’s was perfect and they were supposed to be identical. I didn’t send it back as we were celebrating her birthday and it was about her. Happy hour appetizers and drinks were very nice and sides were fantastic. I’m not sure I would go back based on price to quality.

Awesome place. We loved everything about this restaurant. The food was incredible. We will be back.

Nice Experience in a very Good place

The ambience was lovely, the service was great, but the food was okay. I had calamari (didn't care for it but the white sauce was tasty)], crab cake (was good), NY strip ( was okay), Bone in filet ( was much better than the strip!), lobster mac and cheese ( I've had better), and the donuts was nasty, the sugar was on the outside and no where in the bread if you know what I mean. For the amount of money I spent, I was expecting more. Ruth Chris was wayyy better.

It was excellent! Our server Eric was very attentive. This is our second visit, the first was my birthday, and the second was our anniversary. The steaks were excellent, they melted in your mouth.

First, we waited 50 minutes for our table with a reservation which we arrived on time for. We probably would have waited longer had we not inquired multiple times about what was going on (with no good explanation from anyone). Our filet was of average quality for a fine dining establishment. Our Delmonico, however, which was recommended by the waiter, was barely edible. It was so fatty and tough that much of it remained on the plate at dinner’s end. Our waiter was rather inattentive and needed a shower. Such a shame that one of our favorite restaurants now has an overall quality issue that we will never return to this Disney Springs location.

Our waiter Charles Walker was so beyond fantastic. He catered to us the entire time and was so fun and personable. Simply the best!!

The food was truly excellent, and Philip was one of the best servers we have ever had!!! Great experience.

Phenomenal restaurant! The waiter made excellent recommendations! He knew the menu so well and was able to make perfect pairing recommendations! The music was super fun and even though it felt very upscale, my 11 year old really enjoyed the ambiance too!

Perfect for a night out when you are at Disney Springs

Outstanding meal at STK in Orlando. A bit pricey, but the food and service (Tommy) was outstanding. Cowgirl Rib Eye, Brussel Sprouts and Bacon Mac&Cheese. What could be better???

I’ve been to 6 STK restaurants. Definitely Iives up to expectations! Cannot wait to go back

This place is priced like a Ruth Chris but run like a Chucky Cheese!
I am fortunate to be able to eat at a lot of very nice restaurants. I was looking for a steakhouse in Orlando using OpenTable. They need to do a better job with the description. This place was cheesy as hell, had loud, bad, dance re-mix music playing
It was hard to have a conversation at our table.

My steak was cook properly but as I ate it, it got saltier and saltier, My son had the same experience. It would appear that during the plating or prep the salt was applied quickly and inaccurately. Now if this was a $14 steak at a diner, OK, I get it. But at $85, plus 20 per side and $18n for a glass wine. I expect a damn good steak prepared perfectly. That why I'm paying $85 for a steak!

Had I known this was a Disney property I would have gone elsewhere. Parking was a real pain, getting to the restaraunt was a B%$h.

Do not waste your money. You will get a much better meal at Outback

Enjoyed our lunch. Food and service was excellent. Will be joining them again soon for lunch.

Ribeye had to be sent back - it was supposed to be well done and it was medium well. So...my meal was finished before my wife got her meal.
