The best !!
Always perfect. Great service, awesome DJ, good energy...and of course the delicious steaks!
Great food. Fantastic service. The restaurant is a bit too noisy for table conversation. I will definitely return to this restaurant.
We were disappointed this time at STK. The service was ok, they didn’t seem to have their acts together. The food came out slow, the mashed potatoes were watery, the corn pudding not done enough. We got another tables bread and they were upset because they waited over 20 min to finally get their bread.
We’ve eating here before and never had problems
That bih was fire🔥 y’all did that thank you for the service
It took 45 minutes to seat us after our reservation time fir which we arrived 30min early. Then they tried to seat us upstairs which is basically eating outside after we told them we wanted inside seating. Then they sat us in a private dining room with Shots by LMFAO with Lil John blaring. The manager got annoyed with me when I instantly complained about how loud the music was and snapped he was adjusting it. Halfway through our meal (which we started eating at 10:30PM when we had a 8:45PM reservation) my friend got up and complained so they shut the music off in our room. Ugh! The manager spent 15min talking to another customer who complained but never came to our table to see how things were.
2 tables left before being served, and another left after her young child had eaten(she waited an hour after her reservation to be seated)
So with drinks and steaks for 4 people it was a $500 tab. The food was good but the rest was lacking. Will not be going back. Much prefer Morton’s or Ruth Chris where they know how to take care of their clients!!!!
Almost hour wait time with reservation waited to be seated indoors because it was cold outside they tried to then seat us a table away from the open doors with a child. Then tried to place us near a fire pit with a high top after waiting so long — very safe for a child. After us stating that wouldn’t work we were put in the box of a room in the private dining area at that point we were fed up and just ordered apps and for the child. To his credit, the Manager tried to make it up to us by offering to move us and giving us free dessert but we were so exhausted— we made an early reservation as we were coming from disney and had to be up early as well. We stated we just wanted to finish up and leave so 10 minutes later, paid the check and that’s what we did. Sadly will not be eating at an STK again after this.
Food and Service by the waitstaff great... the host/reservations was not the best. Was told when I arrived the wait was running behind 15 minutes. We were finally sat 1 hour 15mins after our reservation time and after an attempt to have us sit outside (in the cold). Again, our server and most of the food was great but For the amount of money spent... not sure if I would go out of my way to come back.
Our night got off to a rough start. We had reservations for 7:45 but our table was not ready so we went to the bar. After about 20 minutes, they tried to seat us in an adjoining room with only two tables that felt like it used to be a storage closet or something. It did not match the ambiance of the main restaurant so we refused the table. One of the ladies sitting at the only other table in the room said "Good choice" so we were not alone in disliking the room. We were then offered a high top outside which to us was much better as we enjoyed watching the crowds walk by, although that may not be for everyone. Once seated, everything was uphill. Our waiter was excellent. We started with the tuna tartar and wedge salad, both of which were very good. For our entrees, we had the bone-in filet and the ribeye. I thought the ribeye was better but they were both good. For dessert, we had the bag of donuts which were exceptional. It's pricey, but you at least feel that you get what you paid for.
My wife, kids, and I had a great experience at STK even though I had a small issue with my dinner.
The server was on top of it and Management had corrected the problem.
Everyone said that it was a great meal and I agreed even with my meal.
I’ve been to CK many times. It is not quiet, So make sure you are coming for a fun night rather than a quiet low-key night. The food, as always is delicious!
Loud, over priced small plates. Not sure we would go again.
We frequent the STK NYC location. I am happy to say that the food and atmosphere is every bit as amazing. Bonus...lower prices, especially for cocktails! I am actually going back again tonight. Our server Phillip was wonderful!
Would not recommend for their brunch menu. They do not even have jam or jelly for the toast served. Was not willing to accommodate a special request of Eggs Benedict without the muffin/bread.
One word sums it up “Disappointing”. To start our 8:45pm Reservation turned into a 9:30pm seating - why have a reservation? Then we were seated in an awkward back room with decor from the 80s with loud rap music blaring. Food was very good especially the corn pudding... Service was sub-par and at one point we were the only ones left in the room except the 4 or 5 tables still filled with dirty dishes from the other parties that had left. I would not recommend this location or least make sure you are in the main area with an attentive server...
Our wedding anniversary dinner.
Too expensive. Quality of food no different than other restaurants at a cheaper rate.
I’ve been to STK in Atlanta and DC but this one by far was the ABSOLUTE BEST! The service, food, and ambiance was superb! I recommend anyone going to Orlando please visit this establishment
Service was excellent, attentive, had the surf and turf, steak was perfect, tasty and tender, lobster was lacking in flavor, would say it was ok.
It was a dining celebration, so would recommend for celebrations, or special occasions.
Great truffle fries
Too expensive for steaks that were jot that good. It was just ok.
Good service = good experience. Our service was severely lacking upon this visit. I have been at this location for a private party in their second floor dining room and the experience was 5-star across the board. I have also been to STK Miami and had a phenomenal dining experience for my birthday with friends. However, this experience was seriously lacking in the service category. Our service was at times pushy, and others inattentive. When the server greeted us, we were giving drink orders and I had a question about a particular menu item and he acknowledged me and then said let's talk about food later, let me get your drinks now. Well, I'm the paying customer so we will talk about food when I want to. Drinks took a very long time to arrive, as did bread, which came after our appetizers. We rarely saw our server even after the food arrived. One person in our party ordered a drink that took extremely long to arrive, and when the server brought it he offered a plastic cup to take it with us although we had no intention on leaving yet. But the message was clear - get out so we can turn the table over. I flagged the server and asked for some more bread before the meals arrived and he responded like, mmmmyea okay I can bring more. It never came and was never offered even after the food arrived. For the price per person for dinner, I expect a little more in the service category and I am extremely disappointed with my visit and would never return to this location.
Delicious and fun vibe super busy place service fine but not grear
The steak recommended was average, not STK quality. We had reservations at 7:30 and didn’t get our main dish until 9:20!!! Our cocktails took 20 minutes. Our server did the best he could but this place is not the “STK experience” I’m used to from NYC.
We frequent STK in Las Vegas and it is delicious. The Orlando location does not even compare. Service was wonderful but the food was not so great!
Great location and atmosphere. Service was subpar for spending over$500. My filet came out rare, after I ordered it Med well. Not sure how you can confuse those two. Kind of over priced, but good experience.
The dry-aged Delmonico steak was worth every penny. Best steak I've had. No need for sauce or accompaniments. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the Creamy Yukon potatoes and asparagus as well.
I ate @ STK twice this week while in Orlando on business and both times were great experiences! The front of the house team down to the sommelier were extremely accommodating! I will be back :)
The porterhouse steak was cold....
The last time I dined here our steaks weren’t cooked right. Management convinced me to come again. I am so happy I came back. I took my son for his birthday and we had a priceless experience. The food was great and the service was amazing. The manager Yaqeen came over to introduce himself and appreciated me coming back in. He also stopped me on my way out to make sure everything was perfect. Our waiter Israel was awesome and the dessert platter he made for my sons birthday was amazing.
Customers should always try to talk to management and let them address any bad experience instead of ripping a restaurant apart with a bad review. Remember every company is going to make mistakes but how they handle the mistake is the key. STK handled it perfectly. Thank you
We made open table reservations for 8:00 pm on a Sunday and were not seated until 8:40. I got the sense this was normal for them. The place was extremely loud- downright obnoxiously loud. The waitress immediately told us the steaks we ordered (small filet) were not enough and we should order larger. The man at the table next to us was yelling and whistling to get the servers immediate attention. It was just all around unpleasant. We got up and left immediately after ordering. I do not recommend this restaurant, particularly if you have children.
The food was amazing, service was extraordinary my only issue and it’s not a big deal was the music was really loud. Which wasn’t conducive to a business conversation. It was also very dark. So in the future I would only go here for a date night or a girls night celebration
I enjoy to wine and fine dine; and also, I enjoy entertaining friends. I have a reputation to impress my dining guests and STK is the place that I can do it. Just being seated in the private room in the back was impressive enough. Everything went according to plan without any hiccups. The food, the service, and the drinks were spot on. Even though they didn’t have the spirit that I wanted, they had a nice selection of whiskey, scotch, and bourbon. In addition, the had a nice selection of wine bottles. By the glass, they carried a conservative selection to wet any palate of the most finicky wine connoisseur. Thanks for an enjoyable time. This would be my 8th time going to STK with my guests. I highly recommend this place
We took our kids (8 and 11) for a special brunch to kick off a spring break staycation, the food was excellent and we really enjoyed it! Our foodie fifth grader tore up the 6-ounce bone-in filet and frites with some lobster mac and the little one loved his chicken fingers (he never met one he didn’t like, though). Mom also had the steak frites and added a glass of frosé, dad had steak and eggs and an old fashioned. Everything was exceptional. Great special occasion meal, we’ll definitely be back!
One of the best steakhouses I've been to. I usually find the quality of places like this doesn't justify their price point, this place totally does. Amazing steaks, the service was really good, fun place all around.
Dinner on Saturday night with five friends. Greeted promptly and warmly by hostess staff. Table linens and wine glasses for those wanting a high-end experience this is it. After 10 minutes, waitress came over and asked us if wanted spring, filtered or tap water. We chose "tap". Another long wait (20 minutes with no explanation) for drinks to arrive but try the cucumber martini - I did three times! Started with Blue Iceberg wedge lettuce with blue cheese and bacon - not the best I have ever had but good nonetheless. The Wagyu flatiron steak was served medium rare as ordered and I ordered a chimichurri sauce that took a few minutes to get to the table. The dish I loved the most was a side of Jalapeño Cheddar Grits which was amazing. Despite the waits for service, it was a great dining experience.
This was our 2nd visit to the Orlando location and it continues to be one of the best steak houses that I have frequented. Ambiance, food and service are all excellent and the setting and location within Disney Springs is fantastic.
Spent $289 on a dinner for 4. Was excited and the food was pretty good but man.....it is Super Loud with Techno Music!! Seems like they are targeting the 25-30 year old party crowd. Bye the way, if they seat you upstairs, you will not be sitting in the swanky part of the restaurant, you will literally be sitting on metal chairs with elastic straps, very uncomfortable. Worth a try but will not go to another STK.
Was a great brunch!!!
