   It might be a better place for smaller groups. We were with 10 and the food did not come out at the same time and it was handelde by the manager very poorly. The quality of the food was really good and out waiting staff was very friendly.

   I have been going here for years but this location was by far the worst. The management is terrible. The manager decided not to honor the lounge as happy hour even though the menu stated it was in that area. She never came and spoke to us herself she sent people. They were out of many items multiple beers, bread, and many other menu items which is truly juat poor management. There was at least 15-20 people working with people only at 3 tables so the staff was messing around throwing stuff around and some even eating right in front of us while working. The food came out cold and had terrible flavor. The steaks were undercooked and shrimp just rubbery and old tasting. It was much more a bar than a restaurant in atmosphere and staffing. Overall one of the worst restaurants in disney springs and the worst steakhouse I have ever been to. We will not be going back.

   100 out of 100 points on taste, service, and presentation!  Entire restaurant ran out of bread don’t really understand ?

   Food was excellent, service was great. We did have one of our sides. That was a little on the chilly side, but not bad.

   This specific stk is inside Disney springs so there is a lot of kids in the restaurant and it is also not as fancy as the other stk like in Miami. The dj music was very low I could hardly hear any music and being that it’s “brunch” it would had made it a bit nicer

   Fun place to eat dinner, but for what you get extremely overpriced. Food was pretty good but to pay $100 for a steak I expect it to blow me away. It was a pretty average meal.

    Absolutely awful experience. Waited an hour for our entrees. I had to get up twice to refill our own waters. When our entrees were finally brought we were given no plates for our sides so I had to get up and grab plates from another table to be able to enjoy them. Waiters were nowhere to be found. When I questioned waiter about it he told me where he was from instead of answering why we basically had to wait on ourselves. For a $300 dinner it was atrocious service.
