STK artfully blends two concepts into one—the modern steakhouse and a chic lounge. A large central lounge area is furnished with creamy leather banquettes and textured crocodile tiles, and is surrounded by an elevated dining room for more formal dining. Theatrical lights illuminate each table, while a DJ creates an energetic vibe throughout the entire space. STK is located in Disney Springs and, as anticipated, steak is the main attraction. STK offers small, medium and large cuts of meat, as well as naturally raised options, and even wagyu and Kobe for the decadent dinners. Aside from steak, signature items include Parmesan Truffle Fries; Lil’ BRGs; and Sweet Corn Pudding.

Horrible and Disappointing
As a frequent patron of STK in New York and on occasion in Orlando, I was horrified at the service, quality of food and overall experience on 2/24/18 in Disney’s STK. Workers were rude and the servers seemingly discriminatory. We were asked if we had a dining plan and said no but will use Tables of Wonderland, to which the waiter responded, you know I automatically get an 18 percent tip. We affirmed (we usually tip more). With a reservation, we ordered an appetizer and two main courses. We waited and waited. Seated next to us, a couple that arrived significantly after us, who had the same waiters as us, proceeded to order drinks and food. Within two minutes, the complimentary bread basket arrived with three condiments that were highlighted. We waited and waited. No bread basket. The waiters returned to all the tables around us and not ours. We eagerly tried to get their attention. Forty minutes later the waiter came by, apologized for no bread blaming the chef. We inquired- if there was a chef issue how did the couple next to us arriving later get bread before us?He uncomfortably responded, I don’t know. Fifty minutes later, the bread arrived with one condiment. We asked to see the manager. We explained the issues and asked him to look at the bread service next to us evidencing the difference. With no explanation, he returned with a cup of unappealing cooking butter (lard) instead of the whipped butter served to others. One minute later, our appetizer arrived. A half minute later, the dinners arrived. Astounded, I asked for the manager again. No explanation other than the waiter thought we should have everything together. Seriously? We asked what they were going to do with our dinners. He said he would remake them. Person at the next table returned food to the chef. Our dinners arrived cold and dried out. When asked about dessert, we declined, although we would have ordered it. We just wanted to leave. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

We enjoyed our evening at STK. Our server was attentive and well versed on the menu. The Braised Short Rib 'Meatloaf is a must in your party.

Everything was just average, nothing special, food was average, service was horrible, as if they just didn't want to be there. Have eaten at STK in Manhattan a few times, and this was just a Disney version rip off. Sinful the prices charged with the food, service, and presentation offered.

Excellent service (Miguel!) and food. Had the bone-in ribeye--amazing! Wish they'd turn down the base in the music. Are you a club or a restaurant?

The food is amazing. They have a grilled octopus appetizer that is the most tender octopus I've ever had. The servers here are very attentive and knowledgeable of the wines and menu.

STK is part of Disney Springs, hard to find and VERY loud DJ! Why they even have a DJ is puzzling!
Food was good everything is Ala cart very expensive average bill is near $200 for two. Not a place for children at any time! Remember if you go you have to park in parking garage so give yourself extra time to get there.

One of our favorite places. Food was good, waiter was nice. They were out of our favorite steak and ice cream though :-/

We had a fabulous time. Our server Rob was attentive as always. Mike B was there to help out too. Both were great and we couldn’t have been happier with everything.

Excellent steak, actually the highlight was an appetizer we got, fried spicy rock shrimp. Will not be going back for a long time, very expensive at least as much as Ruth's Chris. Not entirely convinced it was worth it, as I have spent far less and been 99% as impressed at many other fine restaurants. The table was not stable, had a rock to it, but they fixed it with a napkin. Service was excellent, and very attentive as you would expect at this level of fine dining.

The food was good, but way over priced. Sides were not incredibly exciting and my steak was over salted, but it was still a good steak. Music is way to loud for any kind of meeting. It's a cool place to go, but expensive, crowded and noisy.

First off it is so loud inside that you cannot have a conversation and I couldn’t hear a word from servers.

Second, the host/seating process was bad. Had reservations but stood in an odd open area waiting to be seated. Was finally directed to a second floor where we stood in awkward location waiting again to be seated.

Third, seating options are wide open with no good privacy or views. Our first table gave us a view of the elevator door and the host desk. We asked to move and we were given a wobbly table outside immediately adjacent to another two top table.

Fourth, the server at this table asked my wife if she wanted water. She said no. He said “you’re going to have water anyway, it’s Florida and it’s hot”. She again said that she didn’t want it. His response...”what do you want then?”

Finally, we were able to speak to a manager and get a different table and proceeded with dinner. Final tally for two meals, two beers, one soda was $186. The price wasn’t the real issue, it’s that you’d expect a much higher quality experience for a restaurant with this type of menu.

Bottom line...skip this place and go to any of the many nicer restaurants in Orlando.

Too loud if you're trying to have a good conversation, but lots of fun with great service and amazing food. I would go again. A little pricey. A few more vegetarian options would be nice, but i still had a phenomenal meal. What is this madness called chive oil? Pull apart sourdough bread dipped in chive oil will haunt my dreams. Such a treat!

The food was much better last year. I was disappointed that the food quality has not been maintained as STK approach’s the two year point.

This place was wonderful. Good ambiance, great food and fabulous wine. The waiter, Phillip, gave us great recommendations for both the food and wine. We had an octopus appetizer that was outstanding! Phillip recommended a steak that was not on the menu and it was outstanding as well. The manager, Antonio, came to our table and seemed genuinely interested in how our experience was. All in all, I can't wait to return.
