Absolutely phenomenal steak—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and high quality. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance made the whole experience feel special. Overall the best steak in New York City !!

I dined solo at STK this evening as a Mother's Day treat to myself, and it was perfect! The food, drinks, music, and ambiance were just what I needed at that moment. My waitress Nicole was the best! She exemplified a friendly and patient demeanor, and we conversed so well it as if we had met before. I left happy, full, and in a good mood. I will definitely be returning.

The service was terrible for overpriced fair food. They never checked in on us frequently and for almost $700 it wasn’t worth it. The steak and oysters were fair. The waygu slides were beyond mediocre. The tuna tartare was good. The bread was very doughy. There are a lot of workers walking around not doing much with an attitude. They only cared about serving us more alcohol. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

I have to say I was embarrassed for you, to bring not only one glass, but two glasses of flat sparkling to me after I complained of the first glass being flat. Did you think that finishing the bottle and pouring a second glass from it would magically make it effervescent again? And instead of telling me there was no more sparkling available, you poured a second flat glass to pass off to me as a new pour. I question the integrity of the bartender and waiter for thinking two glasses from the same old sparkling bottle was going to be okay. I felt like I was being taken advantage. Honesty would have been appreciated, and I doubt I’ll be coming back to a restaurant that is dishonest with its customers.
