   Good food but poor service. Our waiter was arrogant and never polite. I asked a glass of mineral water and I have been told they run out and they can serve only bottles. After mu complaints he showed up with a glass of sparkling water

   Asked to change the table several times (sat us right near the speaker) with no response. The special was never offered. The waiter was not thrilled when we asked for it.

   We had a big business dinner and they tried to fit us all at one table, which was way too small. They made us split up our group, and we had people fly in for this dinner. It was unacceptable imo and I will never go back.

   Nous avons très bien mangé,mais c’était trop rapide on a pas pris notre temps pour manger, après la commande on a été servis 5 mn après, on avait même pas commencé à boire notre cocktail.

   The dining experience at STK-Midtown left much desired. While the atmosphere and the environment were pleasant, the food was extremely underwhelming. My partner and I were very disappointed in the design and taste of the food considering the upscale nature of the restaurant. The price of the food alone suggests a sublime dining experience, however, this expectation was not met. I cannot recommend this restaurant. The server was pleasant.

   All 3 steaks came wrong. After sending them back, they came medium well AGAIN. Terrible experience.

   It was not easy finding the location but i called reservation number and the representative was very helpful and even push my time back 15mins because you know NY traffic is sooo congested lol but overall parking garage across the street was very convenient.. food was amazing.. staff was amazing.. very clean and organized they even did a round of free shots hahaha i had a great time

   Terrible evening. 1) They served us the wrong drinks 2) We sat for 7 minutes with our $85 steaks waiting for our knives and forks. None came. I had to walk over and find someone to give us utensils. 3) The manager proceeded to tell us they had a fork shortage 4) The bus boy told us that our waitress was terrible 5) Our waitress told us they were having problems with the wait staff 6) No expresso--the machine was broken 7) We ordered coffee. Cream was served in a coffee cup. The cream spilled all over from this ridiculous cup and we asked for a napkin to clean up the cream. They served us with another coffee cup filled with cream. no napkin ever came. 8) We requested some butter with our steak. A special waiter was supposed to melt it with a small flame device--sort of a nice touch. The waiter never showed up. We were charged $13 for the butter tab. To their credit the food was actually good and they took off 25% and no charge for drinks or desert. Will we be going back ever...I think not. Will we recommend this restaurant...I think not.

    We really wanted to like this restaurant but unfortunately it fell short across the board. Visiting from Boston for two nights we picked what we thought would be a top steak restaurant, but it was mediocre and wish we had selected another restaurant since I know there is an abundant of them. The filet was decent, not bc special, but good enough quality, however, the sides were really where it fell short. The mashed potatoes were soupy and bland, the creamed spinach wasn’t edible and the “crispy brussel sprouts” were soggy and just disgusting. Drinks were below average and it was incredibly noisy and crowded. We frequent steakhouses across the country and this one is not worth a visit unless you want to waste your money on underwhelming food in a noisy restaurant with servers that don’t really care if you are there or not. I asked our server if she would ask the chef if he could melt some blue cheese on my filet and she very rudely told me they don’t do that. She seemed like she wanted to be elsewhere and didn’t deliver the type of service you’d expect in a restaurant in this price point. Definitely won’t be back to any of their locations.
