I’m a heavy set guy almost a Tony Soprano clone. I had a hot date with me and they sat us at the smallest booth I’ve ever seen. Almost had to sit on my dates lap just to eat. When I requested a bigger table I was refused. The ambiance was okay but crazy noisy. They had three private parties with a DJ in the main dining room. Couldn’t hear my date couldn’t hear the waitress. We ordered their special pina colada summer drink but the waitress said the blender broke and they’d have to serve it over ice. I told them it’s 6pm Wednesday night in NYC can’t you send a bus boy out and buy a new blender? Seems crazy a Gordon Ramsey restaurant only has one blender and can’t get a replacement. After the pina colada incident we tried their spiced watermelon drinks and my date ordered a glass of champagne with his caviar. The champagne took a very long time to come and they accidentally gave us an extra spiced watermelon drink. Not as an apology for anything but because the waitress mistakenly brought an extra. We wanted the caviar and burgers first then the crab legs and salads. They failed to stagger the appetizers and all of the food couldn’t fit on the table so we had a “side table” for our excess food. The side table was far away. Shortly after we started eating the appetizers the manager comes over and asks if we’re ready for our entrees. I said are you kidding me? Where can you put it? I didn’t want the entrees on another side table. The manager then said he’d “refire” the entrees. Once we finished the caviar and apps we waited 40 minutes for our “refire” entrees. We both ordered bone in filets with lobster tails. They were delicious and the only saving grace from the meal. We ordered dessert too the cloud cotton candy dessert, pineapple rum cake and the donuts. Cotton candy dessert was too sweet and more an instgrammable moment than fine dining experience. The pineapple cake and donuts were excellent. Spent over $1200 on the meal very disappointed

The food was delicious. Just didn’t like the steak sauce. It was too much barbecue in it and we didn’t get a steak knife.

Raheem was the best server we had a blast. His recommendations were excellent. The atmosphere was good. We felt welcome and taken care of.

Very rude person who answered the phone when we were looking for directions to restaurant. I provided them the building I was standing in front of. Her response was you are close and hung up. Jerome the server was excellent! The crowd was a little different than I expected in a midtown steak house and that could be because it was a happy hour crowd!

We did the Steak special and had a fab time. Service was excellent. Nick was our waiter.

Food was excellent but overpriced. Service was slow. We told them we had to get to a show by 7 and that didn’t seem to change anything.
