   As a regular visitor the Embassy Hotel in Niagra Falls, we always vited the Keg in the hotel. With the change to the STK in the new year, we were looking forward to trying it. the Good, Excellent service from our server Paul B. Table beside the widow for the view of the falls. Ambiance was modern, open concept, but lacked the intimacy from the previous venue. Good selection of wines, at premium prices. $18.00 for 6oz. glass. We did a package deal from the hotel, which had two good choices to pick from. The Bad, If Aa Cart, our main Salomon entres, would have been over $ 80.00 each. The food was good but very rich in taste, a reasonable size, and served hot in a reasonable time. I knew going in it would be a Premium Restaurant, but that kind of pricing was not expected. Overall it was a once in a lifetime experience, not to berepeated. Nigel.

   Food is very overpriced. My gf got the salmon and it was one small piece of fish and some cherry tomato’s cut in half and some veggies. very small fish also very bland for $84 wish is crazy. The wagyu burger however was very good very juicy but a bit overpriced for what it was at $64 kind of un reasonable prices but i guess you pay for the view. in all honesty it wasn’t worth the $200 bill we had at the end with drinks and all that. Would rather spend my money at shoeless joes half the money same food and vibe just minus the falls view

   Gr8 place for a romantic dinner right on the Falls, prices are double to triple what it used be with the keg. But it is worth it for sure

   AUSTIN! Ask for Austin. What an amazing person. He was fantastic to us and his recommendations were on point. The food is a giant plus. It was amazing. We had an amazing time from the minute we got there to the minute we left . We'll be back for sure. Everything was fresh and flavourful. From the oysters to the waygu, to the lobster tails. I ha e no negative comments.

   Dine here for our 25th anniversary, definitely a 10 out of 10 , the great service, our waitress was amazing very attentive and professional and to top it off the views just amazing .. dine at the location in Miami south beach but love this location better Thank you for making our experience a great one .

   The Wagyu burger was the driest burger we’ve ever had, especially considering the price, our expectations may have been too high. But Wagyu should never be that dry so it was either overcooked or sat under a heat lamp for too long. The pasta was average, definitely not worth the price. Our kiddos kids meal pasta was better. Two stars instead of one because the free bread was delish. Our server was great so five stars to her, same with the view!

   We picked STK Niagara Falls to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary after a good experience at STK in Puerto Rico. The reservation process was easy and upon arrival the staff was nice. This is unfortunately where the good part ended. We ordered our drinks, starters and mains. After we received our cocktails we waited for over 1 hour to get any waiter on our table again, telling the food would come in a little bit. A few minutes later 2 waiters wanted to serve Steak on the table behind us, to later find out these steak were ours. We kindly denied the Steaks as we were still waiting for our starters to come in and asked for the Manager to visit our table. The Manager offered to serve the starters right away, but at that point (1,5 hours later) we had enough and decided to leave the restaurant without food and a very tanted anniversary evening. Almost every Restaurant in the surrounding area closed at 22:00 hours, so we ended up having take out. STK is far from cheap, but we knew that up front and accepted it for the A location and expected good to excellent service. With the service aspect completely missing, we can't justify paying a premium for this restaurant again.

    Overall a good experience, food and service were great. It did take a while for our food to come out, ie. over an hour plus. So, make sure you order some appetizers. Definitely an energetic place, with a live DJ spinning. Fantastic view of the falls.
