   The food and service was exceptional! This steak house is much different than others that you will find in Nashville - vibe wise. If you are looking for a trendy club / lounge feel, coupled with a high-end steakhouse, this is your place. The in-house DJ was really cool and had a great play-list. If you don’t like loud music during your meal, this is not your spot. Will definitely be visiting again for sure!

   It’s is incredibly suited for high-class people who like the atmosphere and shiny things versus good, quality food. Waited several minutes for anyone to greet us once seated at the table. Bread has bleu-cheese butter on it, fiance enjoyed it. Mashed potatoes were good. One side is shareable with 2 people. Truffle fries were very bland. Caesar salad was delicious and enough for 2-3 people. They don’t offer smaller salads. Steaks - out of 4 steaks, one was edible. One was replaced because of it being over cooked. One was taken back to put back on the grill to cook more and the third steak was so chewy and tough my son could not eat half of it. I feel like these steaks were from dairy cows. Not beef cows. Manager was nice. One steak was comped. But for four people, 3 drinks, the bill was close to $400 for mediocre, at best, food.

   We had a big reservation and they sat us late to our table. They told us we weren’t almost going to get served because not everyone was there…. Found that extremely rude and uncalled for when a) you sat us late B) we’re having a 8+ dinner at a small table you can wait an extra 10 minutes for the other guests to arrive. The server was miserable, didn’t give us ideas on what to order etc. when we got the bill she put it on the table and left. Didn’t even say thank you and grab it from us after we paid…. It’s was an automatic 20% tip too which was $400+ CAN….. good restaurant, good food, but sucks when the service isn’t to pair with that.

    We had reservations at 8 pm on a Saturday night and arrived around 7:30 pm. We didn’t get seated until 8:15 pm and watched one group with reservations later than ours get seated before us. I attributed this to them arriving earlier than us so I just made a note for next time. The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing. They have a DJ playing music in the background as you eat and drink. They also walk around with streamers and hand out free shots so everyone at certain times on Saturday night. Our food was okay and the cocktails were a bit on the expensive side for Nashville ($21). This place is definitely a vibe but for Dinner at least you probably need to get there earlier than your reservation time.

    The service was great. The crowd was lively. My martini was warm and the food was unimpressive. My NY Strip was dry, flavorless and very expensive. I will not be dining at STK again.

    Expensive, but not fine dining. Issue starting from the beginning that the blonde hostess never even looked at us while looking up our name, via open table I requested a table in the dining room and that we were there celebrating a birthday. We were sat at a high top in the bar, and no one ever acknowledged our celebration. That was disappointing and it didn’t spoil our experience overall. The biggest issue with STK is that it’s charging you for a fine dining experience that you definitely do not get from the food, service or atmosphere. Go elsewhere!! I’m a local and won’t be back.

    The food was phenomenal. We had filets and lobster tails and they didn't disappoint. Very flavorful and cooked perfectly. They were very quick and attentive with the service. We had a 6pm reservation and they were able to seat us early which was nice. They only thing That wasn't perfect, was that we felt a little rushed from our server to turn our table, but this is a small thing for such a wonderful evening at a great restaurant.

    This was a date with my girlfriend that I had planned after SEC game. This was hands down one of best steakhouses I’ve ever been too! From the food quality, environment, services, and management! Everything was over the top and a great experience for both of us!

    I can’t believe I spent close to $200 by myself lol. The chicken that I came for was HORRIBLE so salty and I was so disappointed with it being $60 and taste like that. They then brought me a cocktail in the smallest glass ever and that was $21 I’m sorry that was ridiculous for a small glass like that but charging like it a full glass? I was happy with my wine the only thing that made sense was wine only the rest was just horrible. The waitress was good. But paying that much for horrible food should is just a no no especially on your bday the sauce they used was horrible like what did I do to deserve this ?

    Absolutely horrendous. We asked about the special bone-in and server couldn’t say anything about it besides the price. Nothing about how many days it was aged, marbelling, suppliers (meats by Linz, Allen Bros). For the price per entree, that’s unacceptable. I would never recommend wasting time or money here- especially with a staff that either slept through training or doesn’t care.

    There are many steakhouse options in Nashville. Unfortunately, the STK experience disappointed. For what they charge for every menu item, I expected more - more taste, better steak quality, proper cook temperature, and service. Purchased the 28 oz dry-aged Porterhouse steak for $122. Supposed to be medium rare but was medium. It was tough. While they asked (10 min after delivering the steak) if I wanted them to prepare another or they would take 25% off the steak. A little late to redo. It was tough, dry, and lacked the dry aged flavor. The sides were good, but small for $19 each. The $25 wedge salad was good - but $25 seems a bit overpriced. Service was solid w the waitress but the other staff didn’t pick up used plates off our table. Overall, with all the steakhouse options in town, I will not come back.

    The food was maybe average at best and was just nothing to get excited about. Everything on the menu was a La cart, of which we got several of the side dishes hoping that we made some good choices, but once again was disappointing. We had a party of six. The service was okay and they when they brought out our food, the servers had no idea where to place everyone’s order. The biggest disappointment was the cost! If you’re paying this kind of money for a meal, you’d expect this experience to be an enjoyable one and this experience wasn’t even close. There are a whole lot restaurants around Nashville area that have much better food for almost half the cost. Just go on STK’s website and see if this is an exaggeration.

    It’s a policy to overbook making reservations almost pointless. They have overflow seating in what looks like storage space. They wanted to place our party of 6 at a table barely made for a party of 4. They did accommodate our request to move. Very very loud restaurant. Party, nightclub atmosphere. 1 steak was grossly undercooked. Manager gave a 50% discount for this inconvenience. Dirty paper menus. Overall the price did not match up with the ambiance.

    Worst experience I have ever had at an “upscale” restaurant. We had to wait over 30 minutes past our reservation. The music was so loud… like club level loud. Extremely over priced wine list and wine by the glass. No reason to up charge that much. The worst part was ordering a $120 steak and it’s not cooked right, only to have them “remake” it and it is still wrong. We were sat at a table with no plates,forks,napkins, ext. When they brought out the bread I guess we we’re supposed to use our hands. Kinda ridiculous to have to ask for a set up at an “upscale restaurant”. When I said something to the server about the steak she had an attitude and then literally never came back to our table. I guess it was my fault for ordering the steak SHE RECOMMENDED!! Never in my life have I wanted to leave a restaurant so fast. It was awful and way overpriced. Go to Bourbon Steaks if you want a nice experience. This place is a joke!!!!

    We had a reservation for 8:30 and did not get to our table until about an hour later, but we decided to go sit at the bar and we had a great time! Drinks and service at the bar were phenomenal. It didn’t feel like we waited an hour for our table. Once we got to our table our service continued to be great. This guy knew what he was doing, and he knew the menu really well too. It was my Dad’s birthday and we were all a little drunk, but he handled us really well. The food was amazing!! Great taste and presentation. Overall, I’m so glad we came here!

    Waited 70 minutes to be seated and arrived 15 minutes before scheduled reservation time. Other patrons were delayed even longer. The manager was aware of the situation and both hostesses said they weren’t responsible for reservations. Once finally seated, our table was alongside the bar. Our table was continuously bumped through out the meal. The place was so loud conversation was nearly impossible. The manager, even when asked, wouldn’t comp even one drink. Markedly overpriced in comparison to nearby dining sites.

    We were offered to take assorted seafood, but for some reason the prices were not indicated on the menu. As a result, the assortment turned out to be $ 270. Suddenly. I ordered a ribeye steak.     Our 6 oz filet ($58) and bone-in filet ($88) were ok, but not for the price. There are other steakhouses in Nashville that we prefer in the same price range. Seating was very tight. It was VERY loud and difficult to have a conversation.

    My party of 5 were visiting Nashville for the SCI convention, and decided to dine at STK on a Friday night. Arriving earlier than the rest of our party my wife and took a seat at the bar. We were expertly served drinks by a young woman whose name I don’t recall. The restaurant was too loud for conversation and quite dark on the first floor. This is a theme we have noticed in other restaurants where we have dined in “Music City”. We were then seated upstairs where the noise level was more tolerable, the lighting better and the seating crowded and less comfortable. We were then expertly served a sumptuous feast by Casey and some of the rest of the support staff. Overall, an amazing dining experience with the above mentioned detractors.
