About STK – Miami Beach
STK artfully blends two concepts into one—the modern steakhouse and a chic lounge. A large central lounge area is furnished with creamy leather banquettes and textured crocodile tiles, and is surrounded by an elevated dining room for more formal dining. Theatrical lights illuminate each table, while a DJ creates an energetic vibe throughout the entire space. STK Miami is located in the heart of Miami Beach, bringing the pulse of New York to the rhythm of South Beach. Executive Chef Aaron Taylor mans the kitchen of the bi-level venue located in the 1 Hotel and Resorts. As anticipated, steak is the main attraction. With a female-friendly mindset, STK offers small, medium and large cuts of meat, as well as naturally raised options and market fresh fish entrees. Aside from steak, signature items include Parmesan Truffle Fries; Lil’ BRGs; Sweet Corn Pudding; and Jumbo Lump Crab Salad.

STK Miami Beach is hailed as one of the sexiest modern steakhouses to hit the shores of Miami Beach and we couldn’t agree more. With a sophisticated, trendy vibe, STK Miami is more than just steak, it’s an entire experience.
STK – Miami Beach Ratings and Reviews
Meal and service were very good. Noise level was very high, but ambience was inspired by DJ’s excellent mixes all night which really added to total experience.
Wine list was not very extensive, overpriced and the wine we selected was meh. The warm cookie dessert was to die for.
Tried STK for a Saturday night dinner before heading to club LIV, and it was excellent. Really good food with a vibrant and fun atmosphere. We both had fillets that were perfectly cooked with good flavor. Highly recommend the grilled brussel sprouts and tater tots as sides. They had a DJ who was mixing a perfect blend of music, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic so we had a couple cocktails at the bar afterward. Not sure if every Saturday night is like last week, but we will for sure be back next time we're in Miami.
The food was pretty good but the service was just blah. The server was reading the specials off of a pad and had no real interest in us. The server brought the wrong appetizer, and never took it back. Never explained the meals etc...
They sucker you in and then leave you alone. For the price $$$$ the service should be better.
Good food, just wouldnt go back because of the service.
This was the absolute and most horrible dining experience I've ever experienced.
Husband and I are celebrating our anniversary- specifically mentioned that in reservation along with the request for a nice seat. Well we ate next to the flipping kitchen - so we stared at that the whole dreadful hour. Nothing special was done for our anniversary not one mention.
The waiter was horrible - he took forever to bring my husband his basic cocktail and the first drink we ordered - well they ran out of whatever was needed for it. He didn't check on us didn't advise if any menu options -NOTHING!!!!
He was more concerned with pouring water for the patrons seated next to us.
The steak was over cooked the chicken tasted like it was frozen than microwaved.
This was the an absolute dreadful experience and I'm still pretty annoyed that we spent $200 for crappy service, horrible food and a ruined anniversary.
NEVER AGAIN and NO I do not recommend this establishment.
The steaks were good but not even close to amazing. Service was good but not great. It must be a Miami thing but I’m not a fan of eating in a supposedly high end steak house with a DJ blasting music and customers in shorts and hats. Not even the STK in LA or NYC is like that, however putting that aside the steaks were just good. I would not return to this location.
STK has reliably great food--and you can walk right next door from The 1 Hotel. While the menu might be "inspired", only thing our choices were inspired by was the desire for a mouthwatering steak, and what-ever to accompany said steak! Husband had the Miami Spice menu and was delighted. Salmon medallions (they were out of the pork belly app by our 8pm dinner res and almost no one else was in the place--huh?) We shared what could commonly be called a wedge salad-crispy and correct . I had a great ribeye and jalapeno grits--both perfect to me. ( STK has all the great toppings and sauces, etc for your steak, but why?????) He had the fries and I can attest that my husband's highest praise for fries is "as good as Nathan's" which he did utter--but aesthetically they come stacked artfully. So take that as you like. For dessert he chose the banana split which could have been shared by 4 and was also perfect for a banana split--it ain't broke right? So Las Vegas STK and now Miami are worth counting on. The place starts really happening at the bar and throughout 10ish--great and creative dj too.
