   On the 1st of June, I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at STK. Despite having the option to dine at any other restaurant, my loyalty to the New York 49th location led me to choose this South Beach establishment. However, this particular visit proved to be quite different. While the initial welcome from the waiter was warm and inviting, our server appeared disinterested and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Hastily rushing us through our meal, the dishes that arrived fell short of expectations - the creamed spinach tasting more like watered-down avocado. A simple request for salt and pepper was met with a peculiar look. Following a brief discussion on seasoning, the general manager intervened, offering a professional explanation for recent menu changes. The unexpected appearance of the chef only added to the overwhelming situation. Opting to settle the bill and depart, we were disappointed to find the restroom in poor condition, a matter I felt compelled to bring to the manager's attention. Attempting to pay with a gift card was met with rudeness from the server, who initially claimed it was not accepted at STK. After some insistence, the payment was begrudgingly processed. However, once the bill was settled, the server failed to return. It is evident that further training in emotional intelligence and empathy is necessary for this individual. Regrettably, due to this experience, I am uncertain if I will be returning to STK in Miami.

   The staff was exceptional in their attention and service the food was mediocre, nothing special but the Ambiance was absolutely horrific. Imagine if they put a restaurant inside of a Miami nightclub.... don't go there thinking you're going to be able to have any type of conversation with your party because you won't. It's nothing but a massive speaker system blasting music into a restaurant setting. I will not be returning solely for the fact of the Ambiance being absolutely terrible.

   Had a great time. Went for a birthday dinner and the birthday girl was very satisfied. Our host Miguel was very nice and friendly.

   It was my birthday and the entire staff made me feel so great ….i showed up late (which i don’t recommend) but they still accommodated me. My server Leo was amazing A++++++ Service…The food and drinks were amazing….will be back there soon

   The food here is very tasty and plated well. They offer great crafted cocktails. Cheesesteak egg rolls with actual strips of steak in them…sooo good, and the pickled dip and aioli I really need the recipe! The Mac n cheese is to die for!! I had beef short rib that was so tender and well seasoned it was falling off the bone! Other items were the filet with truffle butter, very well prepared. Mashed potatoes were so creamy, asparagus cooked tender and seasoned great! Our waiter Luiz absolutely outdid himself, very attentive and explained the menu very thoroughly. The price here is on the higher end for a steak house but definitely worth it for special occasions. I will return!

   Had an amazing time at STK Miami with my friends! The vibe was perfect for a night out — upbeat, stylish, and full of energy. The food was absolutely delicious, the steak was obviously the best as we got a flavorful ribeye. Service was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot to hit when you’re in Miami and want great food with a fun atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

   Absolutely bizarre. We went to STK to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. The experience started off bad and just got worse. Our server seemed completely annoyed immediately even though we are (honestly!) low maintenance (no special asks etc) and TOLD him it was her birthday. We got the 10oz filets with au poivre, bernaise and the stk sauce. Along with the potatoes au gratin and Brussel sprouts. It was all extremely plain and truly zero love put into it. Boring plate no seasoning…all of that made so much worse by a dance club volume dj?? At a steakhouse with no dance floor? The pounding dance mix made it impossible to talk, (we love music I swear I’m not exaggerating it shook our table,) and made us all a little sick? Felt like we had to eat fast because of the beat. He never came to ask if we wanted anything else to include desert. He brought my daughter a surprise piece of cake which was very nice but didn’t ask what she wanted or ask if we wanted anything? So it was a flavor that she disliked and it was her birthday??!!! It was so loud there was no way to get him to bring us a dessert menu. They don’t validate parking even though they say they do. So the grand total (before parking) was $375 for 3 people and a terrible unspecial experience. Total spent $410. Which would have been worth it if anyone seemed to care AT ALL. So upset. Do not go here. Really.

    We had another amazing girls’ night at STK, and once again, Pedro was our server and he truly made the night! It was our second time having him, and somehow, this experience was even better than the last. Pedro is attentive, friendly, and makes us feel like VIPs every time. The food, drinks, and vibe were all on point as usual. STK is officially our go-to for girls’ night, especially when Pedro’s taking care of us! 💫🥂
