Amazing food and service with fun ambiance
Highly recommend! The Brussels and Mac and cheese lobster was 🔥 with my filet :)
Great food, service and atmosphere. Wish more people dine here like we experience at the STK in LA and Vegas.
Food is sub par compared to the price. I have visited better steak houses. Ambiance was very nice
TERRIBLE, so first off I specifically requested indoor and CALLED the morning of to confirm that I would have a seat inside not outside for me and my date. Well upon arrival I was shocked to find out they lied to me and they rudely told me I could go elsewhere... I was upset and embarrassed and still paid $400 for some mediocre at best food and cold lobster. So the food was the 2nd let down, attitude of waitress was a total turn off, I will never go here again, insanely disappointed. I live right next door and there 5 other places within a mile that BLOW THIS PLACE OUT THE WATER. I will continue going to them huge mistake giving this place a shot.
Reservation system was a complete mess
Service and atmosphere great, portions a little small but food was very good and a little high dollar wise
Had reservation at 7pm. I arrived 5 minutes till 7pm. (6:55) checked in, was told the table was getting ready. Then 3 other parties checked in after me and all got sat before my wife and I. Those parties had more than 2 people. Finally at 7:30 we get our table. Spent over 250 dollars for a 30 minute wait.
STK was nothing less than amazing! From the food, to the music, the atmosphere, and the drinks. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday while in Denver, and our server Shawn made it one experience to remember.
Birthday dinner
Had so much fun and can’t wait to go back!
STK is the hot spot to go to if your looking for amazing drinks, outstanding entrees, and top notch service. You will meet a classier group of young adults and mid aged people. Love going here!
Great happy hour! Phenomenal cocktails
Was very disappointed with my steak(Delmonico). Love the STK in vegas. Didn't feel like complaining when the restaurant is already going through so much with the Denver COVID protocols, but would not have been happy under normal circumstances with the way the steak was prepared or tasted. Tuna Tartar was excellent and the highlight of the meal.
Our original server was horrible. Very rude, very cocky, was not interested in being of any assistance, only wanted to be the center of attention. However after speaking to manager and getting a new server, our experience was much nicer. Had it not been for the original server whom almost pushed us to the point of walking out, and being u. The cold for the first 30 minutes because he refused to inquire about closing in the tent we were in, the experience would have been much better. Food was great, manager was great, and the woman who replaced our original server was great. They are the heroes
Considering the COVID restrictions, the experience over all was fantastic.
Service was extremely slow. Food was not as good for the price.
WEIRD. Just took my parents here for New Year’s Eve. I do not recommend, it was basically a $1000 techno dinner. As soon as we were seated I asked if they could turn the music down, instead it got turned up. So loud the poor girl sitting in front of the speaker jumped. After they also asked for the music to be turned down, it was set to the original level.
Food was ok, not worth the price. Rather bland. Service from the server was ok, nothing spectacular. Bus boys just reached over and in front of you sloppily. Possibly bc they couldn’t hear us over the music. Messed up the cook on two steaks. We didn’t send back due to the fact the music is loud and we were just over it. Maybe if this was a $200-$300 dinner I would consider coming back. I do not feel like this was the upscale experience I expected. Would not recommend and would not return.
We shared an Appetizer Crab Cake ($28), ordered the Truffle Linguini ($40) and Surf & Turf ($99), had a slice of Chocolate Cake ($12) for dessert, and 4 Cocktails. Total Bill: $355 with Tip took us to $420! Worse, the Surf & Turf was two small medallions of meat, a SINGLE, 5" long crab leg, and a small lobster claw. Heck, for $420, I could have bought 10 Filet Mignons and 4 pounds of Lobsters from CostCo for half the price.
Service was great, but the small portions are terrible. We won't return.
Tent seemed a little crowded and the music was blaring, just terrible ambience. We didn't even order food, we just left because the prices were so outrageous and we weren't going to eat in a cold tent.
After making an online reservation, we were still made to stand outside in the cold for almost 20 minutes. I had also called ahead and asked if the outdoor seating was heated. The answer was yes. Once seated at the windy end of an open tent, realized there was no heating at this particular table. I asked the staff and they said they would bring a heater. One was brought to our table but it was small and really only good for one person. There was a sad attempt at a propane heater outside blowing into the tent but not really directed at our table nor warm enough to do anything with the wind and the setup. A moment later they seated a table next to us and the staff came to our table and said they would need our 1 person heater since we already had the heater that was blowing into the tent. So did the other table! Everyone did, if you could even call it useful. Beyond the heater fiasco, the tables were too close for proper social distancing, the 4 top next to us was close enough they could have eaten off our table and the music was so loud it was hard to even hear the person across from you. It was with all of this in mind that we decided to leave and have an enjoyable dinner somewhere else. And we did. Perhaps indoor dining would be good at STK but until that happens I would not recommend their outdoor experience.
Service was very good, the heat lamps were ok on a very cold day. That’s my only complaint. I’ll return again once things open back up! Happy to support our restaurants!
STK had great service. Unfortunately, though
food was not worth the price. The food was good, but overpriced.
Had a great meal & excellent service. Only downside is we were right at the open end of the outdoor tent so it was a little cold. The staff did bring us an extra heater that helped.
It was advertised as separate outdoor “igloo” single table dining.... it’s for sure just a long cheap party tent packed with people...
Very attentive staff. Even though it was outdoors, many accommodations were made for comfort.
Prices are way too high and food isn’t that great. Service is terrible also.
It was amazing! Great food, great service! Chris and Alexis were great!
We had an awesome server! We had to sit in a tent outside but they did they best to make it cozy. The happy hour menu is a great value and the filet chimichurri and the tater tots were amazing! The truffle fries and little burger were also wonderful. The warm cookie dessert was great but the doughnuts were disappointing. The wine and drinks were perfect!
Overall a fun time and I appreciated the hard working servers out on a cold night!
Our second visit to STK. First visit was fraught with mishaps. The GM, Diana, invited us back as her guests to give them a second try. So glad we did!! This time we got to eat inside. Very cool vibe and atmosphere. Sean, our waiter, was fantastic. Martinis and Old Fashions were exceptional. Chef started us off with a muse of seared scallops. Perfectly cooked and great presentation. Next, 1/2 dozen oysters. Great brine. We shared a wedge salad, which was huge. Four of us split 2 8 oz butcher cut filets with king crab Oscar, creamed corn pudding, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered and sides were delicious. Lots of food and we ended up taking leftovers home. Sean gave us great wine recommendations for dinner. Everything arrived at a perfectly timed pace. Not too rushed, not too slow. Diana checked on us a couple of times but we never felt like anyone hovered or overcompensated for last time’s missteps. We had a wonderful and relaxing dinner — Diana and Sean and the rest of their support staff made sure of it. We will definitely be back and look forward to it. Denver has several great steakhouses and we count STK as one of them. Thanks again!!
The wait for our food was lengthy. we got a large steak to share so we understood the long wait for the main course, we waited for dessert for almost 45 minutes and my waitress and the manager both forgot my birthday candle.
Was in town from Texas! Awesome food and service. Worth every penny.
Great meal and atmosphere!
Griffin was the sweetest! He made sure everything was perfect! I forgot our waitress name but she as well was great! Food is amazing!
Host were just horrible and rude customer service is horrible
Here. Our servers were the o my
Good part of this restaurant.
Food was amazing. Definitely going back.
Outdoor dining but not prepared, shortage of heaters. Food quality has been great in the past, not this visit.
STK was above and beyond. Warm tent, great service, management was over the top. Food was great. I will be back
Made a reservation at 8:15 and arrived on time for our reservation. The hostess greeted us and said she was waiting for a table that had a heater to be cleaned so that we were more comfortable. When our table was cleaned, another waiter took the heater for another table. I brought it up to the hostess that she can’t promise a seat with a heater and then take it away, we brought it up to our waiter and he said there was a rotation for heaters and that we would be “placed in the queue.” Then another family was sat at an empty table and someone immediately brought them a heater. Felt like it was disrespectful that we were already mid dinner, still freezing, and they clearly didn’t honor that we were there first to bring us a heater. Overall poor dining experience, mediocre food, and didn’t feel like any of the waiters even acknowledged our presence.
