It's decent played but overhyped. I though foods were okay, had better steak at other places. But nice vibe to the place. And people were nice.
The overall experience was very terrible terrible came out wrong didn’t taste appetizing at all and sent back. Took forever to get the bottle of wine we ordered. Nothing was offered off the bill after numerous requests for the wine and food. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat there ever
Truthfully, way overpriced for the meal. I’ve had way better steaks in my life for about half the price. I think you’re paying for the ambiance mostly and the name.
First time here and we absolutely loved it. Our server, Bria, couldn't have been more sweet and nice. She made the whole experience enjoyable and she should be commended.
We had an amazing and kind waitor named Jeff. All of the staff I interacted with was very kind and warm. I honestly enjoyed the experience and the ambiance a little more than the food. I went around 3:00 on a Sunday and the food had beautiful presentation but it was a little underwhelming on the flavor. I would def return for the experience. Maybe instead of coming for lunch, going for dinner.
It was okay nothing spectacular
Extremely slow service, took over an hour to get food, we were the first table there and everyone around us got their food before our arrived. The server didn’t seem to care or check on us at all. Food was excellent but unfortunately we won’t be going back because of the poor service
Very nice steakhouse in the party district of Chicago. It seemed to me that this particular restaurant caters to a younger, more urban crowd. There was a DJ that played hip-hop music (it was Saturday night) and a few patrons started dancing, although it was not encouraged. Food was amazing and we had a really good waiter (think his name was Eric). Probably a tad bit more expensive than other steakhouses in Chicago, but if you are going to eat at a downtown Chicago steakhouse, you know that you will be spending money. All in all, I had a good time here and definitely recommend.
Food and place were amazing. Server barely came to our table and we only had a 90 minute table time so that and the server that barely came made it a bit of a rushed experience
It was very difficult to hear the waitress due to the music being really loud. It was hard to even have a conversation with the people in my own table. It also took a bit to receive our order. Otherwise it was good.
Really fun atmosphere! Great for special occasions. Everything we ordered was delicious.
Club feel/vibe, lots of loud music
This a night club pretending to be a steakhouse. Quality of food/experience is NOT worth it.
The service was horrible
Great music - too loud in dining room area - couldn’t converse at all
Steak not cooked per request - asked for medium well and got well done
Specialty drinks not great
Crispy Brussels Sprouts were lukewarm, not cooked through and very little was crispy
Food was overall good but everything was pricey for serving sizes
The staff at the Front desk and at the bar were amazing. However the wait staff was mediocre.
We had a great time at Happy Hour! My new favorite spot. Erik took great care of us.
My main issue was it was not crowded and everything was slow…
Great service and amazing food
First, out the gate, we felt welcomed in, got seated, and started to order. It took a while for any food to ever come to our table. We had ordered 3 Steaks and 6 sides and i would say we sat for over 30mins with no food service. After a while we decided to ask the waiter if there was bread meant to come to the table, the response was oh yes we have wonderful blue cheese bread that comes out .... it had not arrived in 30mins I assume he forgot. When it did arrive it was a welcomed sight. But within 5-6 mins of its arrival, our dinner showed up. After splitting up the meal amongst the 6 of us... We started to cut into our steaks and I feel like everyone other than myself was happy with their steak. But as mine was not medium I was coaxed by the table to send it back for how much it cost. I was assured a steak would be right out for me. As I sat and watched everyone at the table enjoy and finish their meals, we checked on the steak twice to be told it was right on its way. Over 15 mins had passed and someone offered to clear the table of dirty dishes as everyone was finished. By the time I was served my new steak, we had cleared the table, and gotten togo boxes. The only reason I hadn't paid and walked out was I never saw the waiter again until I had asked for my check. Sad day to say, not a great experience. I would not recommend this place as there are many places that might give better service.
Great steak! I had the rib eye with truffle butter, it was mouthwatering 👌🏽
The food was horrible and customer service was horrible would never come back here
Service was fantastic! Great people. Best part of it all, along with the music.
Food was good but frankly not worth the price. Have had better experiences at half the price.
Was an awesome experience. Went for a birthday food was amazing but oh when the bill came, jesus be a fence!
We went to STK on a Sunday for dinner at 7:30 for my sister’s birthday and we were seated pretty promptly.
Service was not great but it could be just because of the shortage of workers so we understood.
We were seating for over 20mins already before someone put ‘empty’ water glasses and plates / silverware. And maybe another 20mins before the serve came to us. She was very nice but you can see they are all working way too many tables.
They give you housebread which was covered with blue cheese butter and some type of chimichuri sauce. It was good! But we were pretty hungry at that point being in the restaurant for about an hour already.
I was there at the restaurant celebrating my fiancé birthday. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful. However, we were asking the server for ice water and the water wasn’t cold and it was horrible. We asked another gentleman and he brung more water that was horrible and we asked for ice. We also asked our server for bread without the blue cheese. He explained that it was still cooking. A couple minutes later we saw a server come out with bread for other customers. I wasn’t pleased with that. I will not return to the restaurant. It’s the small things that count. Was a glass of ice water to much to ask for? We were not feeling that all. The bread was good, minus the blue cheese. Our experience wasn’t the best. Hopefully they do better.
Our server Matthew was wonderful. The filets were well cooked and flavorful - great cuts of meat. The potatoes were the best we’ve had in a long while. The ambience was Vegas in Chicago - clubby music with sexy lighting.
Everything was great. Julio was our server and he was very down to earth which made our experience even better.
Disappointed. I went for my birthday. We sat for 20-30 mins with empty glasses no water no server. She took drink orders... another 20 mins. Dinner order another 30-40 mins. Never mentioned my birthday, no apologies for the wait. Steaks were ordered med well they came med rare. Brussel sprouts bad, corn pudding too sweet, mac n cheese watery. Waste of $300.
The food was good. I had the 10 oz. filet, and it was cooked very nicely, but it appeared to have been sitting out for a while, as it was a little dry. My date had the sea bass, and was pleased with it. We shared an appetizer of tuna tartare, which was good, and apple pie for dessert, which was delicious. The service was polite, but the main server was not very prompt. We sat outside, which might have contributed to the delay in service because of our location. Inside might be the better choice, as it was also very loud on the street.
One of the top three steaks I’ve had in my 50+ years. Simply amazing. I’d travel back here just for their steak. Waitress was phenomenal—responsive, kind but not hovering. Perfect meal all around. Truly, truly worth every penny.
Wonderful ambiance, great meal and knowledgeable waiter.
The pork belly eggs benedict was phenomenal and our server Bria was exceptional. I would definitely return.
My bday was awesome great crowd food and service
Eric was our server and was excellent!!! Highly recommend. The music is loud which we loved but some people may not be as interested in a vibe like that for dinner.
Loved the ambiance. The food was amazing and our server Erik was attentive and helpful. He made sure to make our experience enjoyable and made great suggestions. My husband enjoyed his birthday dinner. The food and drinks were delicious. Loved the overall experience and will definitely come back.
Great food, tons of food runners, and people cleaning up your table. The only downfall is that they seem to rush you while eating there.
