   Our server brought up that we were there celebrating a birthday but then didn’t do anything or give us anything for it. Not even a scoop of vanilla ice cream. So that was disappointing but otherwise the service was great.

   It’s a great place, great cocktails, good wine selection, and the meat it’s amazing, deserts not much variety but the donuts are good. It’s very expensive by the way. We pay $1,500 usd for 5 people (2 wine bottles)

   I was visiting from Southern California and brought clients to entertain. We were thoroughly impressed with ever aspect of STK. They accommodated my group of 8 with easy online booking. The food was top notch from delicious bread, enticing appetizers (the pickled jalapeño shrimp cocktail was delicious) and one of the best steaks that I’ve had in a while. Our server Brett was friendly and attentive. It was a memorable dining experience.

   I ordered the sea bass, and unfortunately the Bok Choy was very gritty, which I suspect is due to the vegetable not being cleaned properly. The sea bass itself was stupdendous.

    I know things are getting expensive, in an ultra capitalist way. However, the prices here have gotten ridiculous from when I first went. NO way 1 prawn should cost $11.

    Service was great. Restaurant was very loud for a Sunday at 1pm. The noise was not coming from patrons but the DJ. Five people, $700 bill for small portions . The cost does not align the quality or quantity.

    Jeff was my waiter and he was perfect. Made my birthday dinner a success, and I also did a proposal that he made special. Food and service were 10/10. Will definitely be back again.

    This place feels like a club; it’s loud with clubby music. Every 5-10 minutes 4-5 members of the staff wave these sparklers around for birthday celebrations. It’s fun, but it fills the area with a potent sulfur smell, which lingers quite a bit. Cool place geared more towards women, in my opinion. Steak was excellent. NY Strip. The steaks are overpriced compared to most Chicago steakhouses, though. Brussels have more bacon/sugar than anything. Potatoes a little too soupy, but tasty. STK Mule wasn’t great. Have had loads better elsewhere. Food was good enough for me to have enjoyed it overall, but wouldn’t go back. Service is good; everyone from the waiter, water refills, cleanup.

    I loved my birthday dinner it was very nice the only thing I didn’t like was we sat right next to the bar and everybody had their tush in our face but server was great food was good horrible bathroom for such a nice restaurant so girls no bathroom pics

    I asked for my steak to be medium well, i received a well done steak. It was very dry. The steak sauce was nasty.

    Food and drinks were outstanding. The bar staff, exceptional. Not a fan of the “self service” check out. When charged a premium for food we have come to expect a premium experience, and that includes the staff handling the billing portion of our meal time.

    I love to dine at 5 star restaurants. This one was definitely 5star prices with 2star service. Food was delicious. Restaurant was beautiful. Music was extremely loud, waitress checked on us twice. We had to stop him for water refills, we all order alcoholic beverages and we received them one at a time. Very disappointing! Mash potatoes was so runny it look like baby food. Oh and I guess he didn’t care bc gratuity was added into bill. Three of us dined bill was $320 and we had to box our own food.

    Absolutely the best Happy Hour I’ve ever gone to in a long time. The menu was perfect and the portion size was ideal allowing you just enough to sample most of the things STK has to offer. Looking for a place to spend Happy Hour? STK is absolutely a great choice!

    Our waitress was amazing, and steaks were great. The sides were sub par, and the lil brgr appetizer was well done when we ordered it medium rare. I would definitely go back and try something else, but overall it was solid

    I was very exited to come to this restaurant because I had heard great things about the food, I arrived 10min prior to my Reservation! And was told I’d be seated in 15mins (perfect) I stepped outside took photos with my friend who’s birthday I was there celebrating, about 50mins had past and we had still not been seated I asked the host at this point to speak to a manager because I checked in after the pics again and was told “oh just 5 more mins we are waiting for others to get up” At this point Andrew the manager comes to the host stand and was VERY VERY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE, I let him know that I had been standing all day long due to working before my arrival and just would like to be seated, he responded to me that he too has been at work all day and would like to get his words out instead of listening to me the guest who arrived 10mins early and had been standing for 50mins unseated! And still currently seated as he complained to me about his “long day at work” FINALLY we were seated exactly one hour past our reservation time, where he then came to my table to tell me that other guest did not show up on time and that’s why everyone is standing at the front upset (yes about 4 other parties were visibly as well as verbally upset) and that he would take care of us, I figured he meant maybe a desert for my friends birthday , but nope we never saw him ever again Katrina our sever WAS TRULY THE ONLY THING THAT KEPT US IN THE PLACE!! She was so knowledgeable about the menu and inquired what we were celebrating she took our pic wished my friend happy birthday she was so welcoming and kind, she did forget to ring in our calamari but quickly rang it in and got it to the table The calamari was comped off the bill because of (server error) mind you an error that we did not complain about because she communicated as well as got them out to us. THANKS SO MUCH TO KATRINA!!! For being a outstanding server on your team

    It was great until I paid over $2000 for my tables meal and beverages and the manager then promptly came over and told us even though we were having a great time we needed to be courteous and get up so others could have the table. 1- we were never told of a time limit 2- we paid maybe 10 min prior and were finishing our drinks , we are happy to accommodate and think of others but the approach caught us off guard and was slightly rude and condescending.

    Steakhouse? More like a night club. Music was so loud and ruined the whole experience. Food is excellent! Drinks overpriced just like any other downtown restaurants. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon.

    The plan was to have a birthday brunch for my sister, but instead had dinner because of time. I ordered the short ribs which was so small that the slice of garlic butter covered the very very small piece of meat. I should have said something to the waiter but I didn't. Needless to say, I fixed a sandwich when I made it home.

    Friends birthday and STK made it fun and special! They did shots for the entire restaurant with sparklers they also gave us a round of champagne! The vibe was upbeat and energetic, way more than I expected for a steakhouse! We loved it, so much fun I will definitely come back!

    Servers were a unique pair. Bus service could use finesse. Gorgeous rooms and lively crowd. Meat was delicious, sides were cold, dessert is a mixed bag. Bad wine recommendations. Too many cameras everywhere too Instagrammable. DJ was outstanding!

    I enjoyed STK very much but would have to reserve it for a special occasion -- much too expensive to go very often. The food is good, the atmosphere is lovely, and we had an excellent, very nice server names Jeff V. The Manager was very friendly and accommodating when I asked to be moved to a different table because the music was too loud.

    Tables wobbled a lot. Very close together seating for the price, I would have appreciated a little more space. Also service was good but door staff not so much. I called to ask about valet they said they didn’t have any but when we showed up they did!!! Horrible
