   I feel horrible I don’t remember the name of the lady who greeted/sat us, but she was amazing. She accommodated us with outdoor seating after we were originally sat in the restaurant. She was very friendly and personable. Our server, not sure his name either, was awesome. He was very attentive and joked with us throughout our dinner. The food was amazing as always. We had the surf and turf, mac n cheese, and asparagus. We also had the little burgers for an app. Everything was cooked perfectly and amazing taste. We ended the night with tequila shots! Overall 10/10 experience- and my favorite restaurant to eat at for date night. Thank you for amazing service/food!!

   Food and service at STK was excellent. We enjoyed the New York Strip steak and the Sea Bass off the "Date Night" menu. The restaurant with its music is a bit loud for quiet conversation.

   We were basically robbed. The waiter suggested to try an Espresso Martini with tequila instead of vodka, claiming it was delicious, never mentioned the price. In expensive restaurants you assume it will be $25/30? We got the check and the martini was $69 dollars!! WOW what a way to take advantage of people. Disappointed is an understatement. Anger is more accurate. I am planning to report the incident. Is abuse to the consumer not to tell you verbally, or in the menu what they are charging you. And of course, to trap you even more, the machine for the credit card already comes with 25% option for the tip. This chain restaurant with average food, music so loud you can’t talk, and pink neon lighting, is the worst experience we ever had. Poorly managed if they think they will keep succeeding on stealing from customers.

   Good points: -service staff -ambiance -cocktails were nice -bag of mini-donuts were great The rest -mediocre steak (porterhouse), little to no flavor, overly charred -Mac and cheese was grainy, the ruex had broken -Tater tots were basically giant square tots with a cheap mouth drying Parmesan, it didn’t even add saltiness to them Overall, I could have gone to any national large value-based steakhouse chain and received this type of food. I would not recommend going for the food, especially based on the price. The ambiance was a nice change and the staff were wonderful.

    If you are looking for a nice and quiet atmosphere for dinner, this is not the place. This may appeal so some but my wife and I weren’t fans of the value and allure we got to experience. Restaurant is pretty overpriced for what they were (and I’m from Hawaii), you can’t hear the people you’re with if you’re near a speaker, and servers were pretty pushy to upsell. I get that’s the business but we didn’t enjoy what they were putting out.

    We came for ( first ever?) the Mother’s Day Vibe tea service. The food served was excellent and presented well. It was a fair amount of finger sandwiches plus scones and mini cakes and we enjoyed a visit from a corporate manager and one of the chefs. Only knock on the food was that the jam was very runny ( but tasted good) It appeared that much of the staff was fairly new and inexperienced. Our server was very sweet and was putting in the best effort she could but will no doubt improve even more with time. Overall, we would return for this event again

    Wish you offered one or two vegan options. Had to ask a staff member passing by for an ice bucket for bottle of Champagne. Desert was delicious for mom and the Rose's on mother's day a very special touch.

    Air conditioning wasn’t working properly on Mother’s Day. 40 mins wait for food. My order was messed up twice and poor communication from management. My order was comped and I went next door to Earls because I was still hungry since I didn’t get to eat. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

    Made a reservation for 12:15 on Mother’s Day. To say they weren’t prepared is an understatement. We never actually dined there. After checking in at 12:15 we were told at 12:50 that they were running at least an hour behind on seating reservations. Unless we wanted to be sat outside, in the heat, next to a hotel valet. We canceled and went to another Bell Square restaurant and after a short wait, had a lovely meal. “See, you know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservation and that’s really the most important part of the reservation, the holding.     We went for Mother’s day brunch and was not a great experience had to wait 30 minutes beyond our reservation time, chicken had gray residue on it and arugula on my eggs Benedict was wilted everything was subpar do not recommend going there.

    We made 12noon reservations on Mother’s Day. We checked in 10 mins early and was told it’ll be about 10-15 min wait. Okay no biggie, we’ll stand outside in the heat on the busy roadside. We waited 50 mins, still no table, but was offered a table outside where there is no AC and in the heat. Now why would we want to do that?? Politely declined. Continued to wait. FINALLY seated an hour later. We almost left to go elsewhere and prob should have as the food was mediocre. The toast was crouton worthy, as if it was toasted and sat on a shelf. Sausage patties were nothing special and the bacon crust was tough where I had to cut it with a knife. Our first time here and highly disappointed!

    Worst experience, sitting at patio on the hottest day. Try to change other table, however they say once you seat that table unable to move table. But that table we seated no umbrellas and no shade. I saw many empty seat and server said seats are reserved but for last 40 minutes the seat are empty. End up I need to talk to another servers to move my table. My phone was overheating and unable to use. I order a truffle steak on the menu, the server ask me do I want the truffle butter on the steak. Since the server ask me that way, I thought the truffle butter is included in my truffle steak. When I look at my bill it is charge $12 for my truffle butter. Not the best experience feel like getting a scam.

    It’s Mother’s Day and we had brunch resv for 11:30. When we arrived, there were swarms of people waiting to get in. We were told there were 1500 people that were booked. We waited a little more than half hour to be called for our table. Once inside, everything was fine. Terribly overbooked - unacceptable.

    Let me caveat this with some past history. We had been to STK for several dinners and although the food is expensive, the service, preparation and quality of the experience had been great up until Sunday May 14th. The degradation of the food and service on Mother's Day was profoundly disappointing. This is what happened: 1. We had a reservation, however we had to wait until 40 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Not what we expected. 2. We waited at our table for approximately 10 minutes before the server even came to give us menus. 3. I was lead to believe from an email I received that Afternoon Tea would be served. This was not the case for the time I had booked and we were disappointed this was not communicated in the email from STK. 4. It took almost 30 minutes from our order to receive our food and it was cold and the portions were small for the cost. I have come to expect more from STK for what I am paying and I could have done much better with food and service at a local diner for a much lower cost. 5. The wait staff did not fill our water when empty, we had to ask. 6. I understand from the wait staff that someone higher up the decision chain allowed reservations to be booked that exceeded the capacity of the restaurant by 300%. 1500 reservations were booked, whereas the restaurant can comfortably serve 500 for the given time frame. This is extremely poor decision making on the part of management, making for unhappy customers and extremely stressed restaurant staff. We will not be returning to STK and remain extremely disappointed with the situation on Mother's Day.

    Great place, been there a few times. But not good for special occasions. Made RSVP for Mother’s Day and checked in at my time. Hostess said 15 more mins, I said even with a reservation? She said you and 1500 other people. Basically they over committed too many reservations. After being seated 30 mins after our rsvp, our food took 1 hour to get. Server tried the best he could but the management really set the experience back.

    Booked a reservation for Mother’s Day brunch. Took them 30 minutes to seat us (party of 2) even with a reservation. We had our baby with us as it was my First Mothers Day. Strollers are not allowed in the restaurant so we had to park it up front. We had to put the baby car seat on the floor next to our table. They tried to offer a high chair but our baby cannot sit up on his own yet. It took over 10 mins for our server to acknowledge us. And another 20 to get our drinks. While waiting for our food, our baby had a blowout and I had to take him to the bathroom to change him. There were no changing tables in the women’s restroom!?! I had to put him on the floor of the bathroom stall, luckily I had a portable changing pad in the diaper bag to lay him on. Another mom came in after me and had to do the same with her toddler. Once our food finally arrived over an hour after being seated, the food was mediocre at best. My husband had the short rib Benedict, it had good flavor, could have used more hollandaise sauce. I had mothers goodies and it looked like it had been microwaved. Lacked flavor and presentation. I realize now this restaurant is not in any way suitable for parents wanting a fun meal out with their young family. Come to STK for Mothers Day brunch, but don’t bring your children or babies because we will not cater to them or the parents in any way. If you don’t want kids in your restaurant make it 21+. Wouldn’t come back even for date night.

    The food at STK is delicious! Unfortunately, the portions are very small and the benedicts came with no sides. I left hungry. The service was terrible. We were left alone 30 minutes at a time, half the drinks we ordered didn't come and then took another 30 minutes to come. A lot of items were forgotten and we finally just got up ourselves and had to find things. It was Mother's Day brunch and they were very unprepared. Inside we freezing, outside was sweltering with no shade. The ambiance was quite nice and the food was great but the prices were too high for such small plates. No kids menu on Mother's Day, are you kidding me? I definitely would not recommend.

    Got into our reservation at the correct time, but we waited for our food for over an hour and kept asking for things that seemed to get forgotten. Tables near us who were seated after us got their food first. Half of our drink glasses had lipstick stains (that weren't ours) on them and we had to keep asking to get clean cups/beverages. We didn't receive any bread refills and when we did ask for a refill for the 4th time, it eventually never came out and we just gave up. We were told right before the check came that the kitchen was backed up. Not sure if they were understaffed because of Mother's Day.

    Reserved a table for 5 for mother's day brunch. Management set their wait staff up to fail - the restaurant was obviously overbooked and understaffed. After checking in at our reservation time, we waited 30 minutes without updates until we were seated. We ordered immediately to keep things moving but didn't receive our food for another 30 minutes. Wait staff had their game faces on and were clearly fighting to keep up but were visibly overwhelmed (not just our wait staff - we saw the scene repeated at tables around us with different servers). When the food arrived we were honestly baffled - the "mother's goodies" special breakfast item ($30) was a moderate portion that looked very much like something I might throw together at home (note: I'm a poor cook). The most annoying item however were the pancakes. We ordered a stack of chocolate chip pancakes ($25) to split between myself and a kiddo. I generally prefer smaller portions and think most portions at restaurants are insane, but even I was baffled when we were served 5 pancakes about twice the size of a silver dollar (it's possible there was a design choice that I didn't understand, but they also appeared and tasted undercooked). The atmosphere was not so loud that it was uncomfortable, but was too loud to easily talk across the table. I'll take the blame for that - I did get us a reservation at a steak house - but it did seem an odd volume choice for the mother's day brunch window. Overall, didn't really enjoy the aesthetic, but again that's a personal choice (I prefer simple and quiet to moderate volume). I honestly can't think of anything we particularly enjoyed - the only thing that saved the moment was that we were able to laugh at how absurd it was. One of my kids summed it up best (lightly paraphrased because my memory is bad): "They seemed more interested in being fancy than a restaurant. I don't wanna go there again."

    Service was great. We spent $430 on a dinner for three. Steak was great. The AC was broke or not working and it was over 80 degrees outside. I wish someone would have been honest and advised we don't have AC today. It was my birthday and Mother's Day weekend so the place was busy. Staff was good.
