    Everything was amazing, very nice experience. The music was a little too loud so talking at the table was a challenge at times. Overall a 5 star experience. If you are looking for a quiet place this is not the place for that.

    My daughter and I went for Happy Hour. The portions were small. If your planning to drink a little, you will probably have to on order an actual dinner. At least your portion would be descent. Otherwise, nice place but I wouldn’t recommend Happy Hour.

    Made reservations for New Year’s Eve at 11:30 pm. The host said they were running behind by 20 minutes on tables when I showed up. We waited until 12:30 standing and still did not get called for 2 people. Very unorganized. Ruined our plans if they would’ve been honest from the beginning on how far they were behind we would’ve gone elsewhere before it was midnight. Terrible experience. We ended up going home since nothing else was open at the time.

    Overall, the food was really good with the exception of my overdressed $30+ Ceasar salad. Seating was so close together that you virtually were dining with the table next to you. Our table on the southern window line had a considerable draft coming off of it. Drinks from the bar while we waited were extremely expensive. My wife had a Lemon Drop, and I had a Woodford and Coke (2Drinks) and the tab was $45. Since it was our anniversary and we are used to dining at places like John Howie, Ascend, The Metropilitan Grill and El Gaucho but the pricing was over the top for the drinks.

    Told at door, “ You only have 90 minutes! “ Table was near door and froze every time opened. Main course and sides were delicious! Deserts were horrible. Apple pie was like the old table talk pies. Cardboard crust, canned filling for $20! Told coffee machine was broken!! I felt rushed and just not a relaxing dining experience. It was obvious they just wanted us in and out which doesn’t equate with an over $800 price tag. Our waiter was very nice and tried to make it a good experience. I would recommend STK for a special evening but not on New Years Eve.

    Just isn’t worth the money. I ordered a 14?oz steak and got a 6 ounce they said it was right. It was dry and over cooked. It’s a cool place but 6 people 3 kids and a 700 bill with only 4 drinks? I’ll never go back. Acend is the best place in Bellevue just a few blocks Away and was half the price With twice the service. If you want tomcreal Put some young servers this is your place. The manager is a fat old creepy dude and the place reflects his personality.

    I went for lunch during the holidays. The bleu cheese on the bread wasn’t that appealing, but “free bread” is always an “up in the air” proposition. I ordered the Tomahawk rib eye medium rare and truffle fries (fat kid status). The meat it was cooked perfectly - they do a good job sourcing their beef. The fries were an afterthought. The service was very good. I would go back. It was a very good experience.

    My son and his teammate (both of whom play for UW Huskies) joined you for dinner on Christmas night. Since the team is preparing for the Sugar Bowl and had to be away from home on Christmas day, we wanted them to have a great dinner to celebrate the holiday. Unfortunately, a fight broke out right around their table, with some very intoxicated patrons and it was sad to see such a class act restaurant not live up to it's reputation. Disappointing!

    We were grateful they were open for Christmas Day, but overall, unimpressed. Just average. Caesar salad was over dressed and inedible. Bread was plain and dry. Sides were good, but not spectacular. Steaks were great. They kept clearing the plates and bringing back service for four instead of five. At first it was comical, but it became annoying as I was the one eating cold food waiting for a plate and silverware. Not really worth the price.

    Horrible experience at STK. Slow service, food came out at different intervals, overcooked steak, out of holiday cocktails, front door constantly stayed open with cold air coming in. Fight broke out in the dinning room and police came. Not worth the prices, small portions, seafood is not fresh. We won’t be back

    Our server was really great , attentive to our needs. However the food was overpriced for the servings and quality. Place wasn’t accommodating . Was told , needed to make a specific reservations for the booth . For sure , we are not coming back even if it’s the only restaurant open on next Christmas Day.

    The food was terrible, we had lamb, filet, New York and short ribs. Everything was awful, cold or overdone. Do yourself a favor, go to Daniel’s for half the price and much better food quality.

    Excellent steak (fillet)! Other items were just average, at best. A bit too noisy for me, but I'm older and hard of hearing. The waitress was outstanding, though I'm sorry I did not get her name. Would recommend, but only for the steak (food-wise). It is a great steak house!

    The place itself was big but setting and organization was so bad. We got sad at an extremely dark corner with a crooked table and a squeaky noisy chair. Food was mediocre. We ordered a dozen of oysters and miso glazed seabass. Oysters were poorly prepared, they still sandy and had shell sharps in them. Seabass was weirdly seasoning. Honestly, the bokchoi comes with it tasted better than the fish itself. Service was nice and helpful but can’t really do anything to save the night due to everything already started bad. STK needs to do more and provide better experience if they want returning customers

    Busy Xmas Eve, happy to be seated earlier than my reservation. Very loud restaurant. Small; no separate bar area for appetizers. No appetizer menu anyway. Just the bar and tables unless that was only the holiday set up. Food was fine. Steak cooked perfectly but no special flavors that makes this restaurant stand out or makes me want to return for the menu. Sides are limited selection, nothing special, and extra charge. Not terrible but not memorable and overpriced. Waitress was great.

    this place is trendy so it's rather loud, but that wasn't my complaint. i feel their menu is misleading....the shellfish platter lists dungeness crab, lobster and clams. Turns out, it was a dungeness crab salad (mixed with mayo). the lobster were two small claws and the clams were also some type of salad which was not good at all. the presentation was not worth the $70 per person they were charging. the food came in individual PLASTIC ramekins on the ice platter. the jameson (neat) i ordered a double and they were charging $34. c'mon, this isn't vegas. we returned the food and left, didn't bother ordering the steak - there are plenty of way better options for steak around. I eat out alot, at least 3 to 4 times a week and spend a lot of money on food and service. this was the most disappointing experience i've had in YEARS! I was not happy at all with anything other than i got seated right away for my reservation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    If you want a crowded restaurant with uncomfortable seats and music jacked so high you cannot talk to your companions this is the place for you. The steak was excellent but the sides were all tasteless. Our server made the overall experience more palatable as she was both polite and efficient. I will NOT return to this restaurant as I can get get good steak at other places and better prices and the sides will be tastier and I will be able to talk to my friends while enjoying comfortable and spacious seating.

    Our server was great, very friendly. But the Christmas Dinner special had a tough turkey roll as the main meat, and the steak my brother ordered was over cooked. We made reservations early to avoid the rush and they seated us at the worst table available at the end of the ramp where all the staff comes with the food. I honestly won’t ever go back. The worst $350 meal I’ve ever had. So disappointed

    They charged us for items we didn’t order. Then only removed after we told them multiple times. Then tried to include 25% tip without getting us a receipt. Had to argue with the staff. Never was able to get it corrected. Not going back.

    I ordered apps and dinner. The server asked if we wanted our apps first? Strange question, but yes, of course I do. Mined you that they sat us at a 1ft by 2ft table. Then they brought out everything at once. $227 of food falling off the table and almost getting Brussel sprouts in my husband's armpit. I let the person who runs the food that this was wrong and also clearly doesn't fit. And then I told the server, and she did nothing. Here, I am trying to enjoy my food as it is all dying on my table. Oh, and my lobster was overdone... I was so hopeful when I read the reviews. Will not be back, but on my way to the car, I saw a lot of other restaurants I can't wait to try. $227 with no alcohol. Just food. WTF. The service should have been on point.

    We got seated on a small table in the corner. Got warm tap water, I requested candles because it was our 1 year anniversary being married and there were no candles like I requested. Food was good but wish it could have been better.

    My wife and I had a rare night out at STK. Reservations for 6PM, into the queue at 6:15, seated around 6:30. The first waitress who came to us unfortunately left us abandoned for 30 minutes with no food ordering, no water, no bread. That was strange because she said she'd be "right back with a menu" and had even taken our drink orders -- then proceeded to serve other tables behind us, never checking on us again. When we finally felt like we had waited long enough, we caught her on her way to another table. She appeared apologetic, and said that she had just been helping another server, who she said she had told about us but who must have forgotten. Maddy L took over, and was a delight -- impeccably professional, fast, efficient, warm, and considerate. By the end of the night, all we could talk about was how she had saved our night out, turning a really poor start into a wonderful experience. The best: the mini waygu burger appetizers: perfectly cooked, completely adorable. Delicious. It helped that we were so hungry 1 hour and 15 minutes after our reservation. Also amazing: the jalapeno shrimp cocktail -- big, meaty shrimp with just a bit of zest to give them a kick. Excellent: pre-meal bread. Perfectly crisped on top with a sweet glaze, armed with a tasty green sauce we couldn't identify but which was buttery and complemented the sweetness of the bread. Okay: Mac and cheese was fancy, and good, but not spectacular. Ditto, the tater tots: fluffy, gorgeous to look at, and crisped outside just right, but kind of bland inside. Very good-to-Excellent: we had the 6 oz filet and the 14 oz NY strip. I had asked for medium rare, about half of the steak was medium; the other half was indeed medium rare. Very well seasoned, good cuts, and it came with a barbecue sauce that was tasty if a bit too sweet. Worth the price -- they know their signature steak. Maddy for the win though. She reminds me of the type who does right by everyone, and is good at everything. Thx M

    I made a reservation a week before we went to celebrate my twins' 18th birthday. When we got there, our table was not ready with all utensils and plates. The server did not come for 20 min to take our drinks/food order. We ordered calamari for appetizer, 2 drinks, 4 rib-eye steak by size (1 small and 3 medium) but the server was going fast and forgot to ask how we want it done. After about 10 min she came back and said she's sorry but they ran out of the rib-eye "filet" steak. I went to speak to the manager, he was really uncaring nor unapologetic and he said "Sorry we ran out of the rib-eye steak since yesterday and the shipment has not arrived yet! I know it's not an excuse but you can order something else!" So while knowing well in advance they still took our order! The server came back to see if we want to order something else and asked if she can put in the rest of the order. We told her to wait on the rest of the food, as at this point we were looking to find another nearby steak restaurant. After a few minutes, even though we told her to wait on putting in the rest of the order, they came out with the calamari which was only a few pieces and too dry! Then a minute later they came with the 2 drinks! We said we decided to leave and she brought us the check for $54 for the calamari and the drinks!!! We didn't touch the drinks. And the calamari was not even good at all! We ended up paying for the calamari since we ate from it. This was the worst service we've ever experienced for a restaurant at this price range ($$$$)!!!

    I was very excited to try this restaurant and booked it for a birthday dinner . When you walk in you have to look for a hostess , they are over to the corner and there’s no one to check you in as you enter . People just kept coming in and there was no were to stand it was so packed . Our reservation was for 830 and we weren’t seated until after 930 pm . They clearly had over booked , there were several people waiting for tables and they also had reservations before us . There were even people sitting on the stairs inside the restaurant. I’m pretty sure this is a safety issue . The food was very good but service was just okay . The busboys were the most efficient ones there . This is not a cheap restaurant but it felt disconnected, is it a bar or a restaurant and who is managing this place . Even the washroom wasn’t clean and I had to tell someone as I was leaving the washroom. She seemed very uninterested. We were given a 15 % discount on the bill and a round of bday shots . Not even a manger came over to follow up and apologized for what had happened , in fact I didn’t see this happen with any of the tables that had been waiting as long as we had . I really wanted to like this restaurant but it really was an awful experience.
