   This was our first experience with STK and we were very disappointed. We had a reservation at 4:00PM, checked in 20 minutes prior to our reservation and did not actually get sat at a table until 5:35PM. We ordered food and drinks upon being sat. We did not receive our drinks until after our food arrived and we were 3/4 of the way done eating even though we asked several times about our sodas and sweet teas. Then we were told that they ran out of sweet tea and would not have more. We had also ordered a cocktail before our meal order was placed; however, we did not even get the cocktail until we were finished eating. We were offered no apology for any of the short comings at dinner tonight. Our bill was $750 and to be honest the service was so bad that it ruined the meal. Very disappointing!

   Understandable that it’s Mother’s Day and there may be a small wait but this was my first time here so I made a 2:45 reservation. We didn’t get seated until 4pm 😳. Waited another hour just to get bread and water to the table 😳, had to give my drink/appetizer order twice😳, and waited almost another hour for our full order 😳. Our waitress was nice and we enjoyed our spread but the wait for it all was ridiculous. Yea, having my Mom standing around for over an hour to be seated was not a good start to what I had hoped for would be a great experience. Spent almost 1k for the 6 of us, including a drink or two for each and tip. 🤷🏼‍♀️

   I was not seated until 3:40 pm for a 2 pm reservation. We reserved in order to enjoy the bottomless brunch which ended at 3 pm. By the time we were seated, we were not able to have the brunch. I was very disappointed.

   Food was cold and nasty and they were short of staff so the bartender isis was not able to attend to us.

   Throughout our time there for Mother’s day brunch, we had a hard time figuring out who our primary server was. The lady who initially came over was seemingly serving others tables around us (except two) with joy and ease. Not sure if we fell through the cracks and had no primary server assigned. There was a prefixed menu and they initially only brought the bread. We had assumed they would bring out the rest of the menu items and ended up having to ask after about an hour of waiting. One server who walked over identified himself as “the helper”, would hear what we wanted and proceed to never bring it over. At one point, we asked when the rest of the menu items were coming and his response was “I think that’s it”. We could see them serving others and looking at us out of the corner of their eye. It would be comical if it was not a mother’s day celebration after one of the hardest weeks we have had as a family. We had such high expectations at their premium price point. Disappointed and underwhelmed would be a massive understatement.

   My Mother was in town for Mother’s Day and our waiter simply didnt know anything. They had a limited brunch menu of food that wasnt cooked with love and intent but rather just something to do. It did not taste good and I was very dissappointed.The waiter handed me a mimosa and I dont drink alcohol. We had to fix the 30 dollar mimosa charge and get that taken off the bill as well. The pancakes we stale like almost crunchy, the cinnamon roll tasted like they had been made overnight and just set out. My mother tried to remain cool about it. But I was very dissappointed and embarrassed. I will NEVER attend this restaurant again.

   I hadn’t visited this restaurant in years, and I won’t be back again. It was over-crowded, and there isn’t a dress code(men had on ball caps). The food lacked flavor and was extremely overpriced. I ordered a cocktail and it took 15 minutes to arrive.

    I have been to STK before and had an incredible experience. Last night unfortunately was nowhere near the same. Our reservation was for 7:15, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes in a very crowded area to be seated. The hostesses were so busy talking amongst themselves that they rarely acknowledged guests filtering in. We were seated in the back room which looked like an event room. I didn’t even know this room existed, and it was not what we signed up for. The design and ambience is vastly different than the front room (not in a good way). We were told we would receive bread and it went to the table next to us that was seated well after us—we never received bread. When our meals came out we were missing sides and were not given steak knives. By the time we received our missing items and steak knives, our food was cold because we had waited so long. I ordered another drink when our food arrived. My drink did not make it to the table until well after our table had been cleared from dinner. On a positive note, our server was outstanding. But the restaurant experience beyond that was a great disappointment for my Mother’s Day celebration.
