About STK - Atlanta
STK artfully blends two concepts into one—the modern steakhouse and a chic lounge. A large central lounge area is furnished with creamy leather banquettes and textured crocodile tiles, and is surrounded by an elevated dining room for more formal dining. Theatrical lights illuminate each table, while a DJ creates an energetic vibe throughout the entire space. STK Atlanta is located at 1075 Peachtree Street in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio mans the kitchen of the two-story restaurant situated adjacent to the Loews Hotel. As anticipated, steak is the main attraction. With a female-friendly mindset, STK offers small, medium and large cuts of meat, as well as naturally raised options and market fresh fish entrees. Aside from steak, signature items include Parmesan Truffle Fries; Lil’ BRGs; and Sweet Corn Pudding.

STK - Atlanta Ratings and Reviews
What a fun place. Very exciting and lively. Food was outstanding and the vibe was great. This is not a family friendly restaurant. Had a great time with my wife and we will definitely be back. Think of this place as an ultra lounge that serves outstanding food.
Energetic, vibrant steakhouse in the heart of Midtown. Unfortunately, STK is the only steakhouse in the Midtown Mile, but the food and service are still top-notch. There is normally a DJ playing, so if you do not like loud music, this is not your place.
Ordered the filet au poivre and the tuna tartare as an appetizer. The steak was overcooked. Because it was so tender, I actually did not care. Au poivre sauce was lovely. The tuna was fabulous. Had a great time, and I will be back.
We ate there extremely early, 6:00 on a Friday as we had tickets to a show at 8:00 at the Symphony. There were speakers right in the door as you walked in, but since it was so early we had no issues with the noise level in the mail dining room. Beet salad to start was very good and fresh and the market sea bass was perfectly cooked and seasoned very nicely with squash and just a bit of spicy salami that added a lot of flavor. My partner had the salmon which he said was very good and a generous wedge salad. Our server was very nice and attentive and got us out in plenty of time to catch our show. I really liked this place however I thought it was expensive so it will be an occasional special treat and not a regular pre-show stop.
Food was really good. Went there to celebrate friend's special birthday. Informed restaurant of that when making reservation and twice there. Arrived for and early dinner so this would be handled by Nothing special done for friend's 65th birthday. Embarrassing oversight by this restaurant. Won't return soon.
Meal was excellent and so was service. I will say that we made a 10:15 PM reservation and arrived at 10:00 PM (thinking that they must close later since it is midtown ATL) and were told upon sitting that the "kitchen is closing right now so you will need to order". Not wanting to be "those people" we order right away. Just know to go in a bit earlier even though you can make later reservations. Server was stellar and the food cooked perfectly! The bone in filet with crab topping to die for and Lobster mac-n-cheese WOW!!!
It was our first time and it will be the last. We were seated and waited for more than an hour for our food that didn’t arrive. We had to speak to 2 managers,, when all the tables around us ate not only their appetizers, but also their entres. We decided not to stay, not only because it took more than an hour for our food to get to the table (which miraculously showed up after talking to 2 managers), but for the poor service and communication. It’s a shame, the place is nice, although the music is a little too loud, we will not be returning.
For $63.00 for a steak is pricey but worth it most times. This was not. It had so much pepper on it that it wasn't enjoyable and the meat was fatty inside. Our waiter was dismissive of us from the get go. Took forever to get a drink and acted like we put him out anytime we asked or needed anything. We didn't leave a 20% tip. He got 10%. That's all he was worth. However, the manager didn't feel that way and came out to ask us if that was correct as they usually ask for a 20% tip. REALLY!? How rude. We're not stupid or cheap, we know how to tip and on good service. I will never go back to this place. How dare you chase me down while I'm waiting on valet and just spent $423.00 on dinner. I'd get better service at Chick-Fil-A!!
LOVE the NYC Meat Packing STK and am a regular! The Atlanta STK has areas they could learn from NYC STK. Examples: reservation was for 8:30, was rushed when we sat down at 8:45 and told the Kitchen was closing and did not think they could make the Blackened Salmon, they ended up making it and it came out raw, complained to the manager, was told the kitchen is closed, can't make anything else, ended up walking out upset, hungry and a very poor customer experience with STK Atlanta!
Stk was great I was debating between stk and sundial and I am glad I picked stk to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The food is a bit pricey I ordered shrimp cocktail and got 4 shrimp for $17 and "fries" for $10. But I didn't mind the price because I was a celebration and it's expected to get minimal food with a high price tag at places like this. The energy was high, our server was amazing! They had a little light show but I'm not sure if that was because it was Halloween weekend or if they do that every night. But it was great!!
Service was good and staff was helpful. The 10 oz filet was delicious and cooked perfectly (medium rare). The star of the show was the roasted Cauliflower... OMG! I would go back and order just the cauliflower side dish cooked with pesto. To die for!!! Excellent food and experience!!!
This was one of the worst dinning experiences that I have ever had! I have dined at STK in NY and in DC and Atlanta was the worst!!!! The only reason 1 star was given is because the system required at least 1.
My friend and I had a 10:30pm reservation and still had to wait 30min for a table. The place closed at 11:30pm and there were plenty of dinning seats open in the front lounge area. The lounge area clearly had not been cleaned since the entire time we waited dirty glasses remained on the cocktail tables in front of us. Once finally seated, the waiter apparently had an issue with how I answered a question in regards to my order and he sucked his teeth at me and put his hand up at me towards my face. At that point I should have left but I was starving and it was already late. My order was screwed up, I never received my appetizer and we finally received the bread after asking 2 other wait staff members once we were half way through our warm dinner. The waiter came once to the table during our dinner to ask my friend if her food was ok and replenished her drink, clearly ignoring me. Once we finished our dinner, the menu for dessert was put on our table as if mail was being delivered. The waiter never once even told us that what he put on the table was the dessert menu. Finally, he came back to the table dropping of the check not saying a word to either one of us. I did not leave a tip because one wasn't needed. The only reason I didn't bother with a manager is because I knew I would never be returning. Lastly, we had to pay the valet twice because the 1st attendant never put on our ticket that we paid when we arrived. Once we left he was no longer on duty so the new attendant claimed we never paid. It was nothing to enjoy from start to finish! Very disappointing!
