I took my friend for his birthday not my first time here. The food was wonderful and so was the service we went during the day so it was pretty empty but we enjoyed ourselves

This was my first time going to STK, and I loved it!! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were incredible. Very great vibe. It is on the pricey side, so I would just going when you are able to splurge on a nice dinner.

Very cool vibe, but music playing so loud it’s hard to talk to people at your table. The music is fantastic, so that makes up for the volume. The only con was the waitress told us several times we were on a 90 minutes time limit, she was very hurried, which made us feel very rushed. She finally chilled a little by the end of the evening. The food was phenomenal!! Sooo good!!

Not the best experience all around way over priced steak on the porterhouse the fillet was over cooked spent over $400 wasn’t offered a dessert for our 28th anniversary I’d rather stay up in the northern suburbs where I’m appreciated and not be harassed about a mask!

I had a great time except the waiter kept getting our tickets wrong and wouldn’t correct them. It was an older lady.

We arrived for our reservation on time, the hostess takes us to our table in the empty back room with tables mostly setup for large parties, and one, 2 top that she tried to seat us at. This back room was quiet no music or ambience, the STK is known for. We requested to be sat in the main dining room, the hostess advised that there were no tables for two. We could clearly see multiple parties of 2 seated at larger tables. She seem to have an attitude, and said well here we go, has she directed us to a table in the main dining room. Other than the hostess, our evening was great, good food, good service and ambiance. We have dined at several STK’s all over the country, and expect exceptional service from the time we walk in, to the time we walk out the door.

My family of 4 came into STK on a Thursday night. We are fairly easy and are a small group. When we first arrived, we ordered drinks and appetizers which didn’t come for 25/30 minutes. While waiting, our waitress was no where to be seen and didn’t check up on us once. We then asked for bread (because we saw the other tables had it and we were never brought any nor asked) and got bread that was hard and cold. 30 minutes later, our appetizers came and were okay, nothing more than the quality of an average Outback Steakhouse. We didn’t get any silverware and our waitress never checked to see how we were doing once again, so we had to go up to the front to ask. We got funny looks but I obviously wasn’t going to eat with my hands. Never once an apology. When we placed our food orders, we were never given refills and didn’t see our waitress again until another 30 minutes passed when our meal was out. Once again, our waitress didn’t come around to even make sure we needed anything (silverware, refills ext) and we were left until time to pay. Being an expensive meal, I would expect great service. I have NEVER not tipped 20% before but what did our waitress even do? Would never go back again. Don’t recommend.

I went to STK for my Husband's Birthday and we had a wonderful time. It was a great first time experience. It was so nice inside with beautiful flowers everywhere and great music. Our waiter Dante was awesome he was the icing on the cake. He had great customer service and very funny. Thank you Dante for a great experience at STK and we will be back soon.

Like most "high end" restaurants they require that the whole party is there before being seated. Then the waiter barely spent any time with us. Didn't go over the menu. Wouldn't return with correction of drink issues. Didn't even check up on how the food was until the end of the meal. Food was good, but not great.

My fiance and I had a 9pm reservation. Upon arrival, we were informed by the hostess that they were running behind and it would be a "couple of minutes" before we were seated. The wait turned out to be about 20 minutes. The host and hostess where very unorganized. They walked us to 2 different dirty tables before we were actually seated. Other than that the food was great. Our server was very attentive and gave great wine suggestions to pair with my food. I would definitely come back.

For my first time experience and trying to have a romantic dinner with my girlfriend for her 40th birthday a milestone it was totally disappointing. After the reservation was push back 45 min due to them running behind we were then lead back past the beautiful ambiance, music, and the reasons someone would want to come here to celebrate such an occasion and pay premium prices. Instead we was seated at some wobbly flimsy table, horrible table, in the back or the building where there were dishes everywhere on the bar, music was crappy, food was undercooked. There were serval people besides us unhappy and complaining as to why they we were stuff in a back room throw together like some overflow area. After voicing our concerns we were told that this was out only option only to see other guest seating out in the area people actually come to STK for receiving great service. Where we were felt like some overpriced bar and grill. I was furious and couldn’t enjoy anything about that place, I’d love for them to make it right but I’m sure that’s a long shot, be cautious when choosing this establishment as we were robbed of a precious moment

Always have a great dinner at STK. Odelia, Lawrence and team of servers are diligent and responsive. They keep your food and drink preferences, which is amazing. Only thing i had to send back was salad too much dressing, but steak, creamed spinach and warm cookie were mm mm good. What a treat. I eat my steak well done and it came out perfect, brown, juicy not charred. Clubby lounge vibe Thur-Sun so you have to love loud bassy music to enjoy - felt the bass in my seat woowee! Will keep coming back and always sit in the back booths. Thanks team

I would personally never come here again. We had reservations and yet the hostess sat 5 other parties ahead of us. We didn’t even get seated until 30 minutes later. Literally no point of a reservation if you’re going to make us wait IN THE COLD. Once inside, it is so damn dark you can’t see anything. Had to use a flash light just to get to the bathroom. The noise, good grief the noise. You can’t even hear yourself think the noise is SO loud. The waitress said that the sides are shareable, not even. One side is probably enough for one person but not big enough to share with two people. Once inside the waitress was nice, but the rude hostess that made us wait in the cold ruined it all for me.

Love the place. I came here on my birthday and I’m actually sober. The waitress brought out a cranberry juice shot for me. It made my night that she went out of her way to make me still feel special. She was an awesome server!!
