   Our server Ashley was fantastic!! She took time to get to know us, as well as tell us a little about herself. She was on point in all regards of what makes a great server. The supporting service and manager who was doing table touches were all great as well. The food and drinks were mediocre. Our first round of margaritas were watered down. Not sure if that’s how they make them when you ask for a skinny margarita, but we asked for regular margaritas to replace the skinny’s and they were still not that great. Pretty weak on the pour. My GF had the short rib and I had the 10oz filet. Both pretty basic. The short rib was barely seasoned and tasted like pot roast. The filet was a little tough as I had to saw through it with a steak knife, mind you it was served medium rare. The Brussel sprouts were tasty as well as the calamari and Mac& cheese. Ambiance was nice. I would have rated it higher but the food and drinks were not worth the $325 check. I did tip Ashley extra over 20% because she and the supporting staff were outstanding, just not enough for me to give them a better rating then a 3. They for sure were five stars.

   Signed up for the 2 for $69 and was then told that we couldn’t because it was brunch time. We also requested for outdoor patio and was seated inside. It wasn’t until we asked that we were told that we couldn’t go outside because it was closed. We are going to try again because the first time I went I had their waygu burger to go. It was a great experience I ate at home for my birthday I wanted to eat inside. Hopefully my next experience will be the same as my first time and not my second. However the waiter Alec was great and he is also the reason I am willing to try again for the third time.

    The food at STK is not that good. Oysters aren’t shucked. Had to send my steak back because it was over cooked. The bread is not that good. The staff (not their fault) checks on the table too much. Just nothing here worth $250 for mains and one appetizer two people.

    Food was amazinggg, place is beautiful as well! Only feedback is the music would be better if it was lower. Also, our waitress was not great. She was a sweet girl but she kept forgetting about us and had to run our card a few times due to errors.. I still recommend tho!

    OVERPRICED and overrated! Parking was pay only which was validated by STK...so, after 4 hours in the restaurant, after spending over $700 for a party of 4, we still had to pay to park because what was not mentioned was the validation was for 2 hours only. Without a doubt, there are far better options in Atlanta for what you will spend at STK!

    It started with the hostess being dismissive when I checked in for my reservation. She confused me with another party and refused to address me to get it straightened out. The server was outstanding and made the experience overall wonderful. The food, ambiance and price were pedestrian and does not set itself apart.

    I visit STK frequently, this is one of my favorite restaurants. The server was great she tried her best. I ordered the tomahawk steak medium well and it came out rare. She sent it back and it came back out medium rare. There was a lot of sending back between drinks and food. This was a first for me. The server finally called the manager over and he seemed like he didn’t know how to rectify the situation and ended up taking off 50% for the steak. Then he offered me plastic take home containers. Apparently they don’t take the food to the kitchen and pack it up anymore. I was very disappointed and went with someone that I raved about this restaurant to that stated they will not be giving STK another chance. I can say they same for myself, however I was very disappointed with the service.

    I made this reservation for my daughters 21st birthday and they stop us at the door stating we could not bring her cake in because it's the weekend and per the manager they want to turn the tables as fast as they can. I asked store the cake in the refrigerator I was told per the manager no, this was not listed anywhere on their website otherwise I would have changed my reservation immediately. So I had to leave my daughters expensive custom cake at a table in the front. We get seated in the back of the restaurant where it's hot to the point my hair frizzes up because the manager prefers to have the back doors open. The music was so loud I couldn’t even hear my server when he was talking to us. Random drunk people came in and started harassing us at our table. People are walking into the bar area and taking free shots. The kitchen staff attempted to deliver our food to the wrong table. We were served room temperature Figi water never offered any ice. We order steaks they all well done not what we order and the check was over $600. It was time to go I retrieved my daughters cake and the icing had melted due to the restaurant being so hot. This is not my first time here and based of the last time I dined here I expected more. It was one of my worse dining experiences ever.

    Restaurant is now more like a nightclub. Received advertisements for “National Burger Month” specials and arrived to learn they were not offered. Classic bait and switch. Spent over $150 on overpriced appetizers. Service was slow resulting in ~2 hrs sitting. Not a fan!

    ….Eh. This was our third time here and “eh” sums it up. We were there at 6pm on a Wednesday, so it was quieter, not as busy as they are on the weekends. Our waiter was very nice and professional, but food service was very slow. I waited like 20min for a glass of Prosecco. Also, the cocktail I’ve had several times was way stronger (and watching the bartender make drinks the whole time we were there I see why… very heavy hand). Seafood platter we got as a celebration but it was definitely not worth the $108. Underwhelming. The bread is great. Mashed potatoes I love. Steak was.. decent? Don’t think it’s worth the price you pay. We’ve dined several places for the same or less money and it was definitely better than what we had at STK. Safe to say, after an almost $400 dinner, we probably won’t be back.

    Overall had a terrible first time experience at STK for my birthday today. We all ordered the power lunch special since it was a Monday afternoon. Per the deal, one should be in and out within 45m. It took 40m from ordering to receive the appetizer (two miniature tacos), and such a simple small app came to the table after the restaurant served food to 4 other parties that came in after us. Then at the 50m mark, the server informed us that they had some grill issue (needing to warm up?) for cooking our steaks - at a steak house that had been open for two hours by now. We should have been informed of this when ordering the steak to begin with. Shouldn’t they have known how long it would take to get the grill going when we ordered? Additionally we had ordered medium rare, and after waiting for over an hour, the steaks they brought out were medium well. We didn’t have the heart at this point to ask them to be remade after waiting for so long. We were hungry and had other plans to get to. Then the server finally brought the check saying sorry about the delays and her being sure we had places to be. I had my card pulled out ready for the check, and the server walked away without taking it. After she didn’t come back for a few minutes, we found someone else to run the card. Thinking that would take a while with how things had happened so far, I went to the restroom, and it was a complete gross mess. No clue how it could be so disgusting on a Monday afternoon. Here I thought I couldn’t be disappointed even more. Then having to pay over $50 per person for this terrible experience, I’m very upset that I spent my birthday there. Won’t happen again.

    Granted it was Mother’s Day. I had an 8:45 reservation was seated at 9:15. Bathrooms were dark and no seat covers and waited 2.5 hrs. to eat. Those with a party of two who were seated hours after us was served before we were. When the food finally was served it was not hot and the vegetables we hard. The server was excellent I can’t say anything bad about him.

    This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I have had ever. There seems to be a lack of structure, discipline, organization and communication within this particular branch of STK. A corporate trainer definitely needs to show this branch a little love and attention or else you will see many disgruntled guests in the future.     This was my first time attending a STK, and as excited as I was to go there, because I was hearing great things about the establishment I have to say I was very disappointed to say the least. Having a reservation at 8 o’clock only to be seated 45 minutes later was totally unacceptable. We had to wait to get a text message to be seated. Granted it was Mother’s Day however, I feel like patrons who had reservation time should’ve been prioritize that was not the case after being seated, the music was extremely too loud. I have to give a shout out to our waiter Delano . He was absolutely amazing in all of the hectic and chaotic experience that we were having it became so uncomfortable with just the chaos that we end up taking our food to go, we did not sit down to enjoy the experience upon leaving I did expressed to the manager that the music was very loud, and a recommendation would be to lower the music Just so that people can think he advised me that he was sorry that I felt that way and that the music is the signature of the restaurant there was a mother that was sitting next to us not having the best time and kept putting her hands on her kid and the baby was crying. I was not a fan of that my first time going to a STK. It would be my last. I was not a fan of the service and first impressions are lasting, and then upon my exit and I was expressing to the manager about my experience, the girl at the entrance that checks gust in had the audacity to say to the manager and I “everyone is feeling entitled today. Now you tell me, where do you go and it is OK for your employees to make a comment of such in front of your patrons and your guests 10 out of 10 do not recommend!!!!!!

    Mother’s Day at STK I had a reservation at 7pm. Didn’t get seated until 7:45pm. So my 65 year old mother had to stand outside on a very hot day mind you. I’ve never been to STK before, but I thought it was a classy place, however they had a DJ pumping loud music in the very packed, sweaty restaurant. When we finally got seated, it took another 10 mins for our server to arrive. We ordered drinks, which took another 20 mins to arrive. Because of this we placed our food order quickly. I can only speak for myself, but: My steak king crab Oscar was lukewarm, not impressed compared to filet Oscar at Ruth’s Chris. The drinks are expensive. And not worth the price. The only thing great was lobster Mac n cheese mashed potatoes and pulled sourdough bread. Not sure what’s going on in ATL. But come to Charlotte for Steak 48, Deans Italian steak house and Ruth’s

    The food for the prices were too over priced. Lobster Mac was not good at all. Look like valveta shells with extra cheese and lobster out in it. It was salty. The cream spinach was watery and spinach too crunchy. The steak was decent. For you to charge 5 dollars a glass for minute made lemonade out of the coke machine and in a small glass was not where it was at. They don’t even carry sweet tea. And the music was so loud I nearly could hear myself think. Will I ever return most definitely not. Too overrated and over priced.

    Made an reservation for 5:15 and I didn’t get seated until 6:20. We had a waiter who told us he only had distilled bottled water. Afterwards we seen a lady walking around with free water. When we figured out there was free water he had an attitude the whole time. The food wasn’t worth the wait at all. The only good experience was the music.
