   Overpriced $7 to add seasoning to chicken $20 for sub-par mashed potatoes. The braised short ribs were good. The waitress Tia was very nice and professional. For should high end restaurant how you recognize birthdays is a joke with the money people spend there.

   The best server was Cliff in the beginning we waited for hours just to sit down and even get a drink ordered when we made reservations but as we were about to leave cliff took us on as to be our waiter an he made everything special for us great customer service very understanding and all I salute him

   This was our first experience with STK and we were very disappointed. We had a reservation at 4:00PM, checked in 20 minutes prior to our reservation and did not actually get sat at a table until 5:35PM. We ordered food and drinks upon being sat. We did not receive our drinks until after our food arrived and we were 3/4 of the way done eating even though we asked several times about our sodas and sweet teas. Then we were told that they ran out of sweet tea and would not have more. We had also ordered a cocktail before our meal order was placed; however, we did not even get the cocktail until we were finished eating. We were offered no apology for any of the short comings at dinner tonight. Our bill was $750 and to be honest the service was so bad that it ruined the meal. Very disappointing!

   Understandable that it’s Mother’s Day and there may be a small wait but this was my first time here so I made a 2:45 reservation. We didn’t get seated until 4pm 😳. Waited another hour just to get bread and water to the table 😳, had to give my drink/appetizer order twice😳, and waited almost another hour for our full order 😳. Our waitress was nice and we enjoyed our spread but the wait for it all was ridiculous. Yea, having my Mom standing around for over an hour to be seated was not a good start to what I had hoped for would be a great experience. Spent almost 1k for the 6 of us, including a drink or two for each and tip. 🤷🏼‍♀️

   I had high expectations for Mother’s Day at STK, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We had a reservation for 2:30 PM, but despite several complaints and inquiries, we weren’t seated until 4:40 PM—over two hours later. It was clear the restaurant had overbooked reservations and was completely unprepared to handle the volume of guests. Once we were finally seated, the service was painfully slow. Our steaks came out overcooked, which is unacceptable at a steakhouse of this caliber. To make matters worse, the mac and cheese was bland and barely edible. What was supposed to be a special celebration turned into a frustrating and underwhelming experience. I expected far better from STK and sadly will not be returning.

   Bad service. Had to wait over 1 hour even though I had a reservation. Hostess was rude

   I was not seated until 3:40 pm for a 2 pm reservation. We reserved in order to enjoy the bottomless brunch which ended at 3 pm. By the time we were seated, we were not able to have the brunch. I was very disappointed.

   Food was cold and nasty and they were short of staff so the bartender isis was not able to attend to us.

   Food for brunch was very cheap and came out cold. They overbooked everyone and was trying to rush everyone while they were eating even though there is a 90 minute period. Food tasted frozen and with no seasoning and servers only checked on us twice.
