   Poor experience. The steak came under cooked and not how we requested it, the orders were wrong, steak had been cooked and served with the string wrapped around it, tapas not as it is advertised on the menu. Very understaffed, no one to even ask for salt and pepper. They gave us a discount and apologized but unfortunately it was just not a nice birthday evening.

   Impromtu evening out with my sister hadnt been to Stix for a while so decided to give it a try. Busy little place, good atmosphere, bar area busy! (tho no cocktails!) Service good, friendly. We had the tapas menu and the food lovely, however portions are SMALL!! Probs a bit over priced for the amount you actually get.

   Had a lovely evening on a date with my husband. The only thing that was a little annoying was a very loud group at the bar, for a small restaurant there is no where to go that you don't hear the noise. We had to shout at each other to talk. Otherwise lovely waiting staff and delicious food

   It was quite quiet, so not the atmosphere I was expecting, but it was great for our get together. Service was great, very attentive, food was tasty and reasonably priced. lovely evening. Only think we were slightly disappointed with was the desserts, eaton mess was half a meringue nest with strawberry on, and marshmellow toasted sandwich was a strawberry and marshmellow on a stick.. brownie was tasty and good value for £5.50 for 3 mini desserts

   Very good waitress, took the time to explain the menu, was a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. Food was delicious

   Overall it was lovely, and there aren't many tapas places in the area so it is my go to. However I do feel like the portions have gotten smaller since I was last there, we ended up having to order more food as we were still hungry. The mushrooms with Stilton, the BBQ pork and the ham and garlic bites were by far our favoriates. The staff were lovely and friendly and were so attentive and nothing was to much trouble. Overall I would go there again but we spent quite a lot of money and left still feeling as though we could eat.

    Came with my girlfriend and my parents. Although the food was excellent the service slow. Nothing wrong with the waitresses at all. They apologised for the wait. I would find this acceptable if the restaurant was busy but it wasnt. Myself and my girlfriend have been a few times and not experienced it like that. A little disappointed but again the food excellent
