   Stirrups is located in the beautiful hotel. We had a cocktail at the Yellow Pony bar before dinner. It was very nice and Brant, the NJ bartender was a delight! Our servers River and Irvin were very attentive and knew the menu very well. From beginning to the very end the service and food was perfect! Our hostess Miranda was also very sweet and gave us a lot of info about the horse events and the property. Wonderful dining experience. Celebrated a dear friend’s birthday! The only hiccup was OpenTable gave the WRONG address which took us 20 minutes out of the way and ended up in a residential neighborhood. I then googled the restaurant myself and got the correct address. Luckily I had planned to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy a cocktail at the bar…ended up only having 10 minutes! But Brant made it an entertaining 10 minutes! I will definitely go back!

   As usual Jersey and the team rocked it. This is the place to go. The energy is good, staff are awesome and attentive. There are few places I would go in Marion, and surrounding counties, for a nice dinner; this is one of them. Always consistent.

   Overall, our brunch experience at Stirrups was underwhelming. The facilities were very nice, the food was good, and food presentation was outstanding. Service was slow and inattentive. My "starter" appetizer arrived late, with our main order, despite me having to order it twice. Substitutions (grits for potatoes) were not allowed, and the server seemed annoyed when I asked to do so. A resultant side order of grits was $12. Given the prices they charge, we expected far more.

    Always a wonderful dinner in a beautiful restaurant in a magnificent hotel. Wedge salad was very good w a light buttermilk / blue cheese dressing. The home made pasta was too much for one person so took half home. Great the next day for lunch. Excellent bread pudding dessert. Everything was so wonderful. The evening out, so enjoyable. Look forward to the next visit to Stirrups.

    An incredible hotel about 8 mikes west of Ocala. I had business in Ocala, and decided to stay the night. Stirrups restaurant was top notch. The food was excellent. Our server, Gabby was perfect! I will definitely be back. Oh, one thing, please turn off the Jumbotrons after dark, it’s very annoying to diners.

    Restaurant outstanding. Music was too loud, poorly chosen for dining and unnecessary. We want a nice quiet dinner! Better to have none. Surprised about the $8 upcharge not mentioned before ordering for the little steak sauce I got. At $110 for a steak felt it should have been complimentary Otherwise great experience

    This was our first time at Stirrups. The facility is fantastic! There are a lot of staff. The ambiance is great with subdued music background and minimal crowd noise. Surprised they don't use table cloths, but tables and chairs are very nice. Prices are high but not unexpected in this time of facility. Menu is very nice. Seafood entrees come with sides but meat entrees are ala carte. Sides are huge and excellent and feed at least two people. Looked like many diners took portions of sides home. We both ordered medium rare filets. After soup was done (she crab bisque: very good but not the best we've had) we waited over a half hour for our steaks. Waitress did not check with us during that time and when we asked she made excuses like 'they have to cut and cook the steaks' :( . When the steaks arrived mine was cooked fine, my wife's was rare (purple). They took hers back and returned five minute slater and it wasn't much better. Took it back again and then it was okay. By then I had eaten my whole meal so it ruined the dining experience. They apologized and compled the whole meal and even brought us some special dessert pastries to take home. So basically they screwed up the meal and then did all of the right things but still the overall experience was ruined. Don't think we will return.

    Flawless evening. Beef tenderloin and short ribs did not disappoint. Flavorful cuts of meat prepared expertly. Delicious house steak sauce. Breads and sides were also perfect. We love the ambiance. Service is always great. Classy but yet comfortable surroundings. The quintessential fine dining experience

    First visit; can't wait to come back. Ambiance is welcoming, beautiful and very comfortable. Unfortunately my steak, ordered medium rare, was delivered medium well. Server, Cassidy, and manager, were polite, efficient and provided another steak. The replacement arrived rare. I accepted that steak but manager offered to buy the steak. A+ for hospitality. Things happen - it's the resolution that counts. I left with my steak, that I will cook a little longer, with a memory of a wonderful dining experience - again, things happen. I spent over 20 years in hospitality as GM so I have high expectations and you met and exceeded them.

    Went to Stirrups Restaurant within the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL and it would be an understatement to say that it was a major disappointment. The food was not worth what we paid for, and the only highlight of the meal was the 14oz New York Strip. Everything else was pretty mediocre. Probably wouldn’t come back here unless we were celebrating something else.

    Appetizers took quite a while to come out. Sat outside. Beautiful night. Patio faced competition arena. Beautiful. I would suggest turning off the Jumbotrons. It was uncomfortably bright when some advertisements were displayed. Food was amazing
