Poor experience. Sends dining offers as part of their dining club to encourage visits then refuses to honor. I’ve been a customer for years and sad to watch prices rise, food quality decrease compounded by poor restaurant management. Unacceptable manager response. Avoid them.

Our server, Maria, was AWESOME!! We were very disappointed to learn that the email we received inviting us to celebrate the Lunar New Year with a $9.99 special menu ONLY applied to the St. Louis location. We were at the Northbrook Court, Illinois location. That was not right.

As I've written previously, the food is very good, but the customer service is terrible. The restaurant will not honor its gift cards, and its loyalty program sign-in screen is regularly "offline" and therefore prevents accrual of reward points. It's a consistently frustrating experience.

Tuna stir fry was good but double the cost of the poke they would only serve rare. Date had the smorgasbord of everything. Just IK. Green tea and soda were good.

Why make a reservation if walk ins, especially ones that come in after you, are seated first? Very frustrating. Seemed like the could not handle a busy night. The food and service were 3 out of 10 at best.

The restaurant would not honor a gift card. I tried resolving the issue with the manager without success. Afterwards, I tried contacting the corporate office. Notably, the corporate office has removed from its website the page allowing for consumer communications. So I tried calling the corporate office. I left two voicemails, neither of which was returned. I'm feeling very ripped off by this experience and would never recommend purchasing a Stir Crazy gift card.
