We love stir fry and here you can choose only what you like and it is piping hot.
Good quality food, reasonably attentive staff.
Thank you for great food and fast, wonderful service. We also love Coconut Mall and really enjoyed your food and ambience.
I'm sorry. Maybe my husband and I went on a difficult night for the restaurant but our meals took a long time to get to the table and then they were warm, however, the spring rolls were the best we've ever tasted.
This place has a lot of problems with the front and back of the house. Made rez at 6:30 for party of 6. Got there on time to a restaurant that was only about 20% full. Did not leave until 8:55! Not becuz we spent a leisurely evening enjoying food and drink but becuz the service was non-existent to really slow and at times bizarre.
Waited 20 minutes to have a server assigned to our table and maybe get water and a "Hello" All of the tables/booths around us that had diners were being taken care of by one server. After15 mins, we asked her if she was our server and she just replied "no!" and moved on. Went to hostess stand at ask for a server and told that the"guy, that has your table decided not to serve you becuz he is too busy"! Really and we were just supposed to sit there and enjoy the ambiance?? We were just about to walk out when ...
Finally a server cme up and told us she would take care of us. Judy explained that they were short in the kitchen only having 3 cooks and that is why we were hearing about complaints that the food taking so long. Judy had a couple of other tables and was "slow" at best. Placed orders for apps and that took 25 mins. Ordered dinners and that took another 45 mins. Saw Judy on the line cooking and then realized she had cooked my daughter'ss Bangkok chicken trying to help expedite the food. Problem was that my daughter to a bite of the chicken and it was raw...Yay! Sent back to Judy who cooked it again only to put the re fire back on the same plate. Geez.
Finally spoke to the manager and then again twice more. Mgr never came out into the dining area and stayed back in the kitchen and back office. New mgr of location and had "inherited" all these problems.
Comped dinners--had to send check back to mgr 2 times to get it right. Ahh--almost 3 hours of fine dining!
Food was thrown on a plate. Service was slow with no one there - by the time food came i was cold....
A shame as I was looking forward to it.
Over-priced, over-cooked food. We had been happy with this restaurant years ago and visited frequently. This last visit, last week, was a huge disappointment. The selections to add to your dinner bowl were good, fresh and plentiful. However, the cook that we had managed to over-cook every dinner. the steak was almost burned in my bowl, the chicken was so overly done that it was tough and the shrimp was void of any taste. My wife's chicken was also way overly done. The server was poorly trained and couldn't answer questions about the menu or the bar offerings. We won't be returning based on this last experience,
Understaffed and out of some entrees. How can a Chinese restaurant be out of Kung Poi chicken? Our waitress was good but exhausted.
Water was leaking on the floor while we were there, and the tables were not that clean.
We have never had a terrible experience until this past week. We got there at 5:15, there was 5 tables that had customers. We were sat in the back and waited almost 10 minutes for a waitress. We both ordered a drink and water and that took almost 8 minutes to get. Placed our order and it took almost 20 minutes to get. When the food arrived we had to ask the lady who delivered to find our waitress. We had to request more water-she never asked us if we wanted another drink. We told her we needed to leave by 6:20. By 6:15 we still didn’t have our check. Finally got the check and it took her almost 10 minutes to return to pick up the credit card. Asked for boxes for our food, then had to ask for a bag. Very disappointed.
Restaurant should have been closed. Water all over floor, manager mopping all evening, food delivery very so as water n kitchen. Whole experience inexcusable. Should report to health department!!!
Not impressed. Food was just average. We didn't want to do that "buffet" sort of option, and most of the dishes were sweet (which I happen not to like). I ordered Mongolian Beef because I thought it would be the least sweet dish and it was sickeningly sweet to me. (I realize many people love that though). The special margaritas can be summed up in one word -- HUGE -- but I'm not much of a drinker and one drink that size should have put me under the table, but not even a hint of a buzz -- was there any liquor in it at all? More like lemon/lime ade. But again it was HUGE if that impresses you. One of our group asked what would be a good choice for mainly vegetables. The waiter suggested the fried rice. Wow, a huge not very appetizing plate of rice, with a few tiny bits of chopped vegetables. Really disappointing. I understand why at 7:30 there were probably only about 12 or 15 customers in the entire huge restaurant. I don't expect this place to last.
We enjoyed our meal at Stir Crazy. The duck Tacos and Shrimp Shumai were very tasty. My wife’s Broth with Chicken and veggies was delicious. My Salmon Stirfry was equally delicious. The five dollar Margaritas complimented a great meal.
While still ok it seems the food quality has declined over the years we have been going there. On our most recent visit we shared the Crab Rangoons as an appetizer. We have had them previously here (and at other restaurants). This time they were spiced so heavily that there was no crab taste whatsoever - just spice. Why?
While we may come back as we do like the Fresh Market Bar (although again recently they seem to run out of ingredients more often), we would be more inclined to go to a restaurant where the Crab Rangoons still have a crab flavor.
The Asian rice it was like a bit old, not just freshly done ✅ I'll try it again
Music 🎶 to loud
Delicious as always. Never had a bad meal there.
The wooden top tables need refinishing or a table cloth. Customers need to be informed that
there are some items not available at the bar, but are available behind the counter by asking. I.e. mushrooms, peanuts, etc.
Some small gnats were flying around the restaurant making eating difficult.
The server mixed up the selection of wine we purchased. I requested the house red, and was given a premium red wine at a higher price. No solution was provided. I just paid the higher price.
The restaurant seems to be on a decline. Would probably select another option next time.
Our first time here, you can either choose your items off a salad bar set up and have it wok cooked or order off the menu, which we did. The seared tuna dinner with (brown) rice and spinach was very tasty/out of this world; the Mongolian beef dinner and the sweet & sour chicken were also delicious. Next time I would order the fried rice for the extra $1.50, as the brown rice was a bit dry. Service is very good, food arrival was swift. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go again!
Good family dinner
Doug was the bartender and we are at the bar. He was kind, courteous and helpful while explaining the menu and how Stir Crazy works.
We found the food to be exceptionally fresh.
Really fun choice!
We enjoyed putting our dinner together with friends and then watching the chefs behind the counter cooking our meals over a hot wok.
We enjoyed our lunch service and food where very good
Food was okay. Service was fine. We had the stir fry buffet.
Kind of embarrassed with my 2 guest with the terrible service. The manager really wasn't helpful to our needs either. Food was ok. That's not really what would keep me from going back. It was the service.
The food was very good. The atmosphere was nice. The service was good. I have never been to a restaurant like this before so it was nice to go somewhere completely different. I was able to get a great vegan meal. The only downside is it's a little pricey.
It was pretty bad. Drinks never arrived and waitress claimed the empty bar was slammed. All the food orders were wrong. The restaurant was half full on a Saturday night, but we were crammed into a table next to a bunch of children. Won't be back.
Waiter was excellent... food average .. decor was interesting but the noice level high from the acoustics in the space
Ordered lunch for two. One meal (orange peel chicken) had to be returned because it was barely warm. Service was OK... But should have been great considering there were only 6 customers there... including the two of us. Food was OK...but not a great value. The meal highlight was that Egg Drop soup. Very good. Several other restaurants in the area serve similar entrees and may be a better value.
They provide nice portions. My salmon was not hot when delivered to the table.
