We stopped here for dinner after Art Basel. The food was amazingly fresh. The fish wings are a must try. The coconut shrimp was delish. I must have the mashed potatoes with Octopus again. The whole snapper was delish and super fresh. They either let you pick out your own fish to cook or bring one to your table to give the okay on before they cook it. The ambiance was beautiful. We sat outside on the patio and night — definitely a vibe. What really made our experience was the great level of service we received from our waiter, Kevin. He gave us the best recommendations, from drinks to entrees and everything was good. Above all, he was friendly, attentive and highly knowledgeable.

Food was delicious. We had the buffalo fish wings. They were so tender and very tasty. Impressive! For dinner we had the whole snapper. It was cooked perfectly and it was certainly enough for 2 ppl. Our sides were the asparagus and sweet plantains. They were ok! But didn’t take anything away from the main course. The drinks were also ok. It took a few mins for someone to come and take our drink orders but because of the reviews we were prepared. We also were ready to order everything when they came to help with timing. Food was timely fresh and delicious. Overall experience was great! We’ll certainly tell friends and go back.

The food was great. Ambiance was amazing. We ordered a few things, all good except eggs were not poached soft, but they immediately offered to make them new and even gave us complimentary dessert. Place was great! I will be going back and highly recommend.

Jhan was our waiter and he was truly great. Very funny and attentive. The food was excellent. All around a great experience. My wife and I love this restaurant. Not too fancy as to make anyone feel uncomfortable. And you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

It's rare to find a Miami Beach restaurant that has been around for a few years but still maintains a great level of service. From the hostess to our waiter to the Manager, everyone is eager to help and goes out of their way to ensure you have a great time. The food was exceptional. Fresh seafood and very flavorful. Portions are perfect. We had the deviled eggs, smoked fish dip (served with crackers and house made potato chips which are a big YUM) and a roasted hog snapper. We even took home some left over snapper which was just as delicious the next day- a testament to the fish's freshness. The cocktails are not to be missed. They're delicious. I recommend the Oaxacan Paradise. This place is a gem and has been added to our list of go to restaurants. We highly recommend!

This was a fantastic choice for a casual feel but top-notch experience for business meal or a very nice date! It’s both comfortable and cozy, while also quite polished and refined. The food was outstanding, and service was impeccable. I will be returning here VERY soon, and many more times. Definitely try the fish wings; they are very delicious, a little spicy and smoky, flavor and very fun to eat. Don’t be shy to ask how to eat them! The Stiltsville Tackle Box was also an excellent start! And of course, stone crab! I know my stone crab, and the dish I had tonight was delicious and flavorful all on its own! You don’t need the side mustard sauce that comes with to enjoy, but don’t neglect it—it is mouthwatering!

The coconut shrimp had zero flavor and tasted like it had fried straws around it, the sauce that accompanied it also had zero taste or flavor. We ordered the New York strip with crab, and it was possibly the most horrible piece of meat I’ve ever had in my life. Besides it having absolutely no flavor, even with crab on top, the steak itself was chewy and mushy, very low quality. I have eaten several times in this restaurant before and the food was definitely better. It seems like the care and quality has gone down quite a bit.

We had a great meal. The stone crab sauce was the best I've had to date. The stone crab themselves weren't cracked as much as at other places, so it was a little extra work. The ceviche was terrific, the tiradito was delicious, and the plantains with the chorizo were a nice treat. Service was great.

Absolutely loved our visit to Stiltsville, super fresh fish, knowledgeable staff, who talked us through the menu and options, making great recommendations. A special mention to Rocio, who for someone who doesn’t love fish, clearly loves her job and the place she works. We would highly recommend a trip here if you find yourself in Miami.

Wow…So disappointing. While our server was unenthusiastic he provided decent service. The food was incredibly underwhelming. The highlight of our meal was the whole fried fish, which no one can possibly mess up. The Tuna tartare was unrecognizable. It was a creamy pink, poorly plated mound, mostly comprised of onions. We couldn’t bring ourselves to eat it as the aesthetic was so unappetizing. The Agnolotti were buried under a heap of squash and hazelnuts which took away from the entire experience and the possibility of making it a great dish. Oh, tackle box appetizer. It was filled fresh seafood but with disconnected flavors. The sides which were untouched except to taste and push to the side, were just plain bad. Our server was surprised to see the amount of uneaten food on our table and graciously removed the sides from our check. The “sweet” plantains were anything but sweet. Glued to the plate with a mash of some sort, they were drenched in smoked paprika which masked the flavor of the fruit. The causa potatoes dotted with octopus were heavy and sticky, and the watermelon salad was just a odd. Again, filled with more onions and pickles. I must say, this place loves their pickles and onions! Last thing to mention was the inconsistency of the cocktails. One of my guests ordered the same cocktail three times and each time it not only looked different but tasted different, as though it was not the same order! So confusing. This was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my dearest friend and I wish I hadn’t followed the abundance of positive reviews.
